Good afternoon,

I have been a shareholder for three years now and was wondering why the delay in the press release?


I just spent time answering your last 2 mails. I also spent a lot of time preparing the materials that we posted on the website.

I am very busy with the Army and others working on projects and negotiating new contracts. I work 75 hrs per week and haven’t taken any time off in years.

Next week I have a major meeting with the Army that will take days to prepare. After the meeting, I am going to Mexico for a week. I am sorry but the press release will have to wait. Please remember that the company owes way over $1/2 million, so I have the most to lose. We won’t lose, I never have in 45 years of business. Ask anybody.

I will get to the press release when I can.

<<<my guess was the 'big' army meeting was a final closing of the first sbir, and after that is done, he is free of their rules and can sell the new pump. Then, my guess about the trip to Mexico was to check out leasing a production line, (the usa race buyers must have connections on the other parts they buy and race with, ect))>>> all JMHO

that was two weeks ago, so lets hope the army meeting is done, and maybe the Mexico trip is done this week too, April could be the next good chance for the press release and any additional good news added to it besides winning the second army sbir. GLTA
