RS 1:70 was done to keep it over $1.00. Doesn't the company have responsibility towards shareholders if they keep failing....!!!

Seeing the past record, its quite possible that no PR and the mgmt may still let it get de-listed...no surity on their actions.

SAPX Must close above $1.00 for 10 consecutive trading days to maintain listing with NASDAQ.

With the board of directors already having approved to carrying out the RS before September 7th, it means they can max do a RS of 1:10..i.e take it to 25 cents, still need a lot more to get to $1!
Could there be a surprise in the earnings !!!
It has to be a miracle surely if SAPX needs to reach above $1 from 25cents.

Couldnt agree more. I have been in both PEIX and BIOF since September last year.
Sold off all earlier this month but now I am holding at a higher average as bought in again after BIOf's earnings but much to my dissapointment the present pps of high 60s is not what I expected.
