well my main broker for otc's is etrade and i've been paying 5.99 for years there... at the time i negotiated that price it was as low as i could get them... i'm sure i was paying 7.99 or something before that... everything is negotiable, even your commissions, but it depends on how much you trade and the size of your account... brokers need to know they can make money on you and if you do enough business then they'll do whatever they can to keep you... aside from the discount brokers that most use for pennies, other brokers have scaled fees and give rebates if you provide liquidity... i spent almost $75k last year in commissions... so, at your rate i would have spent around $100k which is quite the difference...
Yikes... you pay too much in commissions... can't imagine spending an extra $20k a year in commissions...
unlimited A/S wwweeeeeeeeeee..... lol...

all good money, but is anything gonna sustain anymore, or are they just gonna be one day runners on pumps or off the wire... at least wire plays working, even if just the day... but what's working now is play and be done... the few i've tried to play on rebound barely worth it or giving some back... ugh...
don't die yet on us OTC...
maybe those were his shares that were given back...

News out
if they sold just one ecig per day that would be a gross of roughly $1mm/day... not too bad... who says this couldn't be bought for 50x market cap...
the two new guys put into office are only there to make a buy out or merger happen... that's what they do...
and yet we're only trading at a $13mm market cap... insanity...
he moves easily when he's hit... if he had a ton to sell we wouldn't be sitting here on this vol...
wrong... what are you smoking???
would you be able to speculate on why they gave themselves no share protection and what % of the o/s you think is being held by insiders (either investors like yourself, management, or converted shares not being sold yet into the market)???
the a/s could very easily be maxed out soon at 300mm and then management has no preferred to push an increase through or protect themselves from a take over... never seen a situation like this, where a vote would actually count on a share restructure, or where a group could buy up control of a company like this...
i'm wondering about the float because it seems as if there are quite a few shares that aren't being sold into the market, yet the o/s goes up daily... i'm really wondering how many people hold more than 5% of the o/s and aren't filing a 13g, not that you would actually have any idea about that... just seems that way to me...
seems odd that you and the other poster both came on here today, but i'll be happy to listen to anything either of you two have to share...
Please fill us in on anything else you're legally allowed to share...
yah man, this whole situation is one of the oddest things i've seen... my brain hurts just thinking about it... lol... i just want them to max it out already so we can at least have that taken care of... lol... just sell it down everyday and get it over with, lock this thing up, put out restructuring news, and ramp this thing to .25 on 150mm... is that too much to ask... lol... so nutty
i would love all the 05's i could get... question remains what will happen when a/s is maxed out and whether or not anyone will have 51%... no pre14 yet, so there will still be plenty of time, plus who would vote for it... so strange there are no preferred shares... how are they protecting themselves???
I remember, it was breakaway

ROFL... I'm speechless...
Spoil the fun for most and yet create a whole other kind of fun for a smaller segment... Who wants to see the punch bowl tip over... Weeeeee...
It would also be fun to say long TUNG... I'm on my phone and don't feel like trying to dig in, do you remember who's pump this was after the last split?
No one knows how many they are selling... just because the o/s goes up doesn't mean those new shares have been sold into the market yet...
Converting a note into shares...
Say what hommie... lol... weeeeee...
exactly, and if the o/s keeps going up everyday while vol tapers off a bit and the chart builds, then the jig is up... and so will our p/l... weeeeee....
we've also been having a 1mm block everyday for the past week or so... just saying... CSTI has been soaking hidden, and ARCA always has a buyer...
Don't confuse sell with convert...
Getting closer... This is all too exciting...
timber prices are based on species, size, and grade not weight and are measured in board ft... lol...
BCLI, AEMD, MELA, ADMD, VGGL, and ECIG were a great way to start off the new year... cheers...
AEMD nice trade to start off the year... took some off here...
Wrong, it's walnut, although it can depend on your location in the states... I should know because I live on a small walnut tree farm, roughly 40 acres in Ohio... Here's the latest report for ya: http://ohiowood.osu.edu/images/July_31_2014_Final.pdf
Also, measurements are in board ft. not weight, but I believe you're just being silly so I'm all done with this nonsense...
looking back on my trades for the year, my biggest losses came from adding to bad/losing positions and from accumulating too much of a low trip zero play... my biggest wins were from low float momo NAZ and large $vol OTC's... majority of those bigger wins were from the OTC's i would swing as oppose to scalping too much and the NAZ issues i would scalp 1-3 in a day as oppose to a dozen times... the quick OTC scalps worked on wire plays or post-stream/twitter pumps, but scalping on larger $vol OTC momo/chart/event plays just kept me from making more $ and wasted my time/commissions... my patience was often misplaced, too impatient when i should've let the trade/plan work out, and too patient on bad trades... biggest psychological problem overall was wanting to be right or make a bad decision right, instead of just sucking it up and moving on... market is always right and i need to remember that and forget myself...
moving forward i'm going to focus more on my risk management, patience, and number of trades i make... cut out the noise... no more trip zero pumps (different than the story/news trips), less pumps in general, more patience with the plan i put in place (trusting my experience/knowledge), and managing my size/scaling better... more NAZ and less small $vol OTC...
gotta keep it simple... cut losses quick and don't add to losers... wait for confirmation and give yourself room to scale... focus less on the smaller and riskier trades that can wash out in the end and focus more on the bigger picture trades... patience, discipline, and risk management are the names of the game... can never stop thinking about those...
They're dropping just under 5% a day... Should be maxed out in a few weeks... They're all being absorbed, you can be sure of that... We would be sub penny if they weren't... Plus they wouldn't get the $vol to sell...
it's not just the fact that arca showed back up, but that he showed up just minutes after the 8k was filed... i mean, come on... the mm behind the mask is probably reading this board tonight with a cocktail, laughing it up... kinda twisted how that happened today... something is seriously not right with this thing... yet that won't keep me away, just playing safer... my hope is the same as yours now... let arca, dlny, cohi, et al pound it down to .01 with all 140mm shares... wwweee...
