For both company's. Canna posted today they would post a response to the lawsuit in a few days.
IMO time and money would be better spent on advertising than lawsuits.
I doubt either side will win any thing. It should give investors a chance to see if Canna has a good law firm Jerry background he seems to get bashed a lot on.

You bring up a good question. Any attorney can subpoena I HUB and if the judge agrees, get alias real identity. IMO that would make a lot of investors very unhappy. It would just show Jerry ego, gets in the way of running RMH and its all about shutting down anyone that doesn't like the way Jerry runs THCZ.
Last if I HUB admin allows a message to be posted that Jerry believes is bashing, Shouldn't he sue I HUB ? How about the other message boards. Not an attorney, but knowing mine. He want to see the alias Jerry, his board and his family uses. Plus his day trading buys and sells. Last the transfer agents ledger of who was sent shares and why.

IMO, I believe Jerry first love, is promoting THCZ stock. Next uplifting THCZ. The product doesn't matter, His past deals prove he's a promoter from Tuna to BBQ. He would be very foolish to post false finical at this point. His past is just that.
Filing lawsuit is not in THCZ investors best interest IMO. Could be an ego problem. Because of his past, some don't believe anything he post. I've read bashing on other boards beside this board. IMO, he could have gone after major distributes with the same energy as teenagers in New Mexico. RMH is good and my question, why turn distributions over to unknowns? THCZ IMO is not a scam. IMO Jerry would not post false finicals. It's obvious he plans to up lift. I've made money on my THCZ stock. Not by hyping or bashing. Just buying low. I wouldn't buy stock based on what's said in a message board.

At least Jerry's, Rockwall Distrubitor, Ms Guthrie, check her resume out, was able to get a location in Jerrys and his daughter home town of Rockall to stock it. My buddy down in Ft Worth went to the Lancaster location. Text me he was scared to just park his car. Clerk told him RMH was not a big seller like his other energy drinks. Lemonade sold best. At that time wasn't sure they reorder. No way of knowing if it's still available there.

How many of these small no name cell phone distributor, will be around after their first order, compared to established food and beverage distributors, with warehouse, not houses, trucks, not vans or trailers, Its as easy for Jerry to spend time calling on them, introducing RMH. As a business owner, I'm happy to find a new product if it fits our product line to sell.

Roger can get it done, Just not sure what month or year. Two years, lots of investors money lost. All needs to be accounted for before signing off on an audit.
