Support for a current price of the .03 to .04 range as it held. Will not be the same for the after Reverse Split price conversion. The room for post split price dropping will be greater and one better expect a strong sell off going forward.
Achieving an extension does nothing other than mean the company has room to work with in the short term to try and do what they haven't been able to do to date. Cause if the haven't been able to raise the share price now.
How are they going to be able to maintain the RS conversion to meet the requirements of the extension?
Expect a good spike in the volume the rest of the week to be the norm as many try to save what the can.
Agree....and that's exactly why they are facing Delisting action. Its obvious.
If they can't avoid executing the RS it will remain a SELL no matter what any analyst project. Thus as long as the RS aspect remains in place. Bids will remain low.
Would you jump in on a company pending a RS or one that has announced a forward split of at least 2 for 1?
The possible RS as to its make up is very unknown and will not be released to all until very last minute or after it goes into effect.
So its a sure bet the RS is keeping money on the sidelines.

By AS, are you referring to the Authorized Share Count? I think its inclusive all shares in a authorized total count. And now with those shares recouped and retainded by the company out of trading circulation so to speak. They may be reissued in the form of a dividend or utilized as a Forward Split or as a Special Dividend Offering to holding shareholders whenever in future at the company's desecration if circumstances have improved and is beneficial to both shareholders and the company. But that could be a long way down the road at a later date, or never happen.
All depends on how well conditions improve and sustain matters of what the co is involved with and managed during the recovering of how the RS may impact all aspects going forward if thats achieved I think.
Apparently the financials may not be as desired or instead of an RS they would do a share buyback in the least. So the RS is basically a paper shuffle cause things may not be looking as hot as all have been led to think.

Maybe so.... really didn't mean to get long winded. But those that may not understand the diff between an FS and an RS. Might find it helpful if its their first time getting hit with an RS and how its going to affect their invested money or trading.
Trying to decide what to do myself presently looking at my position and its 200 dollar loss and what all is pending for the near term.
To which taking the present 200 loss. Is sort of a negative Gain which gets cashed in for tax purposes. Depends on how one looks at things now and them.
There are two kinds of Piggy Banks. :)

You have your RS split numbers backwards. An RS would be reflected as using your figures as//// 300/1 or for every 300 of your shares you will retain 1 share of your shares total held at the time of execution.
A 300 for every 1 share is a Forward Split formula and results in PPS decrease. Meaning the existing shares would become cheaper and is opposite of the RS intent which reduces shares outstanding and increases the share price due to less shares issued.
To which as to how both types of splits are viewed or assessed.
The forward split is positive indicates some strength of share price to grow back or increase going forward.
The RS split for the most part is viewed as negative by share holders as its a corrective action. That needs to be undertaken in order for the company to meet listing requirements and remain as a going concern.
So where the Forward split increases share holder value. The RS decreases share holder value even though the initial invested amount is the same. Because the shares are now suddenly more expensive due to the increased share price and carries a higher risk of price falling again due shareholder sentiment being affected and hesitant to buy at the raised price level.
I as many others have probably had to deal/cope with RS actions and its for the most part results in overall negative value regardless of what the company has as a product or items in its pipeline awaiting positive development or PRs expected.
Basically the RS is an effort for a company to buy time and try to regain its status and there is no guarantee it will work or be profitable to anybody interested or concerned.

Throw a bid out there for it @ 1.00 and watch it get jumped on.
Buy stock in bandaids for all these falling knives being caught.
It was either profit taking or near capitulation. I took profits and left a lot on the table that was suffering a small loss to sit out on.
Best to Think vertically (support floor) with (resistance ceiling). Horizontally is for sideways movement trading referring to the time lapse between any upward or downward movement.
An add on is probably a correct description. As it is something that needs to placed on something to work.
Was wondering about the daily leveling off of volatility. So in looking at the 10 day 30 min chart. The leveling off of trades appears to begin in the 11 am hour after a flurry of either buy or selling. Then it seem that there is pick up of buy activity going into the 2pm hour. So we are it seems in the daily trend area of sideways trading till around 2pm or so.
A flat Friday close will feed the anticipation for Monday's Opening Bell.
BOMBS AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Doubt you can afford to buy back in..... :) Congrats/
Have a buy in at 2.50 and that a sure sign it will stay where it is or go higher. ASK's are in control.
Anybody can meet the filing deadlines on time when there is really nothing to report of any change from the last one.
Was just wondering the same thing after switching over to the TOS chart.FRIDAY THE 13TH more than likely.
The Optimum word in BRGO of shareholders is not HOLD....its STUCK
FAT FINGER trades still happen.
Nice encouraging posting of whats been said for years over and over.
Go ahead and Bid 2.10 now and lets see what happens/
Berg was able to bum a penny off someone and did a major stock buy back.
According to CNN? Now that really good advice.
Yep...if for nothing more than a dead cat bounce.
Its far better and easier to buy when others are in a panic and selling.
Take an early extended lunch.
And that its a PINK SHEET also/
Seems to be the resistance level also. Meaning sideways movement of flattening momentum. Traders and investors presently undecided....Thinking and waiting.
Because they would have to prove it.
Looks like the latest 2yr add on BRGO victims are finally catching on to what going on here.
Yep..same here with me, trying to connect from FL. Can see some info as far as positions held. But no account financials. Says try back later.
Sell it and seek more profitable ventures. This has been this way for the last 5 years. The only change has been the depth of the BS that the CEO has been serving up to all that drop a penny in this.
Keeps solidifying a higher support level on the dips.
Keeps solidifying a higher support level on the dips.
Turning into a scorcher. :)
So is buying a new car.
Needs to come back to .35 and retest that support level then rebound upward today.
You must not have been around for the MEGA DEAL that never happened?
