Excellent post -totally agree. I usually only "trade" pinks, but occasionally I will find a company that actually makes something that I believe in (see XKEM, TRBY, IESV.OB, IPKL, CTKH) only to see it turn into a printing press because its not marketed properly or CEO turns out to be an outright fraud.
besides Wiley's persona, as you wrote I am really steamed about no audits and no financials. Buy a frickin version of Quickbooks and get it done!!. LOL
I feel your pain - have been in and out of XKEM a few times and now really stuck. I am beginning to wonder if the penny market in general will ever catch fire again.

Details, details...OK, its an OTCBB ,but has acted like a pinkey for a long time IMHO!

Well Romney bowed out today... Rejoice, rejoice. Maybe his kids said: "Hey dad, quit wasting our inheritance!!!"??? ; )
Meanwhile the Clinton's pump in (a loan?) of $5 mil to their campaign, Obama sends an email to his supporters and comes up with another $7mil since Tuesday.
Sure wish there was another way to get elected...Close to a billion bucks to elect a president for a country with lousy health care, underfunded education and crumbling infrastructure.
Wonder how much of all those bucks goes into Rupert Murdoch's and other media giants media machines for advertising?
Saw a show on these dogs in Argentina that were bred to hunt wild boar. Well trained, and after they "bring down' the boar, they let the humans finish the job.
Back home they act like little puppies around the kids.
I don't approve of what they were bred for, but was very impressed with what went into breeding and training them.,

Came very close to dumping - but held on. Sent a nasty email to management - no replies... LOL
Then the PR's started up. I just might add some as well here. This is still one of my better pinks - which should tell you how bad my other ones are. ; )
Good luck to us all - and to the IESV sales team. Sell that $hit!!!
I liked this

It sure was. After the Pats scored that second TD, sure looked like it was over for NY. Really happy for the Manning family - Archie, Peyton and and now Eli.
Another reason why I was turning somersaults when NY pulled off the incredible win they did today!

Belichick - you might be a winning coach but you are a cheat, a sore loser and a sissy!
Brady - will probably drown his sorrows in the arms of a new super model soon.
Can you tell I don't like the Patriots?
LOL
DK, Great pictures and very pleased to see something positive come out of this mess.
Thanks for sharing it!
Aloha

Anyone watch Bill Moyer's Journal last Friday??? More outrageous info about this admin, Blackwater, First Kuwait and other "outsourcers" who are not being held accountable by Sec of State.
Cover ups galore. NO wonder my buddy Kucinich wants to impeach.
Applause to Bill Waxman who appeared on the show on Waste in Washington.
I will be contributing more money to PBS soon.
Any guesses on Monday's open? .05 or less?? ugh....
fwiw My small # of shares average is .12.
LOL - apologies to Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West
So true. IMO, it's tough to be a Republican this election.
Did you hear? If McCain gets the nod, Ann Coulter says she will promote Hillary??!!
What a world...what a world... LOL
LOL - no problem Jeff. I can totally relate to what you wrote. I was attracted to Obama when I heard his speech at the Democratic Convention, and then a later speech on balancing religion and politics. Then along came the Donnie McClurkin fiasco, Farrakhan piece in Trumpet magazine etc etc.
I am now pretty much satisfied with Obama's explanations and think his character and stance on major issues outweigh the negative. I truly hope that he really is "his own man" and will follow through on the real changes he speaks about.
I totally agree as well that the Clinton / Obama debate last night was a refreshingly dignified and in stark contrast to the GOP. There is no perfect candidate, but for the time being, Obama appears to be the best that has come along in a long time. IMHO!
Now can we just get rid of the Electoral college's antiquated way of choosing our next president?
Here's a link to a good article in our local paper about it:

You really need to get some help.
Here is a link some appropriate music while you contemplate your posts.

The Farrakhan link to Obama is nothing more than a Myth. I've checked into it and there is nothing there.
Checked into that at length as well, and whereas I was very uncomfortable at first, I am satisfied it's no longer an issue.
Romney wants to round up "illegals" errrrrr undocumented workers and deport them and their kids.
I liked what Hillary and Obama said about the immigration issue - the Republicans for the most part are living on a different planet - totally unrealistic answer to the question.
Pay a fine, pay back taxes, get in line, learn English and crack down on the freakin' greedy business owners that hire and exploit undocumented workers. Who in their right mind could imagine enforcing a "round up" of undocumented people? Our current admin could not even track the money that went into housing for displaced Katrina folks, let alone the truck loads of money that has been misspent in Iraq.
LOL - at least Obama admits he experimented.
Totally agree Dave. Have no problemo with a lady Prez, its just that IMO Hillary is just the "wrong" woman. Now that Edwards is officially out - I gotta throw Obama my support.
Obama / Edwards - has a nice ring.
Obama / Biden - probably won't happen but was of some interest to me.
I guess I am just wacko - I would have been happier with a
Kucinich / Paul
Or
Paul / Kucinich ticket which never had a snow balls chance...
; )
PS - there's snow on Haleakela today!
Agreed. I also liked Caroline Kennedy's endorsement.

Actually the word they used fits - they are going to produce energy "from another source"???
Thanks for posting the news. Very upbeat. Had to look up ad·ven·ti·tious
Function:
adjective
Etymology:
Latin adventicius
Date:
1603
1 : coming from another source and not inherent or innate <a Federal house without adventitious later additions> 2 : arising or occurring sporadically or in other than the usual location <adventitious roots>
She is the Federer of the female tennis circuit. An amazing player with a backhand I could only dream of possessing. Her personality and off court remarks have turned me off long ago.
We got together for dinner, but the main reason was to prepare for the MLK day march. I played the music for the rally at the community college before the March. Many who grew up singing the spirituals at church told me I got the "feel of the music" right. Could not have done it without the help of our neighbors who organized the event.
We had more music, food and speakers at the park. About 300 people showed up. Nice group, but we were hoping for more. This was also the first time that the county blocked off half the boulevard for us to march ON THE STREET. In previous years, we were confined to the sidewalk.
Long story short, we were supposed to go to our Chicago friends place afterwards to watch the debate. But after cleaning up, driving back home and putting away all the tables, tents, speaker systems, etc etc., we were running late and too tired to join the other folks for the debate.
We are "agreeing to disagree" with our friends regarding the church they and Obama attend and the recent church magazine article lauding Farrakhan. I will grant them that not everything Farrakhan has said or stood for is wrong, but if there is enough out there to put me off, there is plenty to turn off a large number of would be Obama supporters.
The recent email we all received from John Kerry about how to handle the Swift Boating of Obama addresses some of the issues, but not far enough in my opinion. I still think Obama needs to distance himself from the Trinity United Church of Christ.
Women's final is "Clash of the Cuties"
My fav Ana Ivanovic vs Maria Sharapova. Maria has been playing great and certainly has the edge. Hopefully Ana will bring her best game to the finals. Soooooooo glad that Henin got knocked out early.
LOL - ahhh, the leader of the free world strikes again.
heh heh heh ....he said cornhole
Sorry, but stupid humor sometimes makes me forget how much I am down here.
GLTA
Yes, very good points and analogy.
Looking a little deeper into The Trinity Church website - they welcome gays, women preachers etc., and are affiliated with the largest GL church in Texas. OK - so I suppose I can understand a little more about why Obama had ol' self-hating McClurkin around; to perhaps pacify the black churches that do repudiate gays??
It's all such a mess.
If you are interested take a look at this Snopes link regarding another viewpoint on Obama's church black empowerment stance.
http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/church.asp
I don't agree with the logic that it's the same as a Church that proclaims itself Greek, Irish, Polish etc. Those churches are ethrocentric - while IMO unabashedly proclaiming that one's church is unashamedly black is racial-centric. (if there is such a word)
From their website: We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian... Our roots in the Black religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are an African people, and remain "true to our native land," the mother continent, the cradle of civilization. God has superintended our pilgrimage through the days of slavery, the days of segregation, and the long night of racism. It is God who gives us the strength and courage to continuously address injustice as a people, and as a congregation. We constantly affirm our trust in God through cultural expression of a Black worship service and ministries which address the Black Community.
Finally - YES, shortly only 1 year left for Bush. Praise the Lord. : )
LOL! There is no "cure" for our prez and this admin's legacy IMO. Hadn't heard anything about that Canadian training manual. Interesting!
Oh wait, Bush is going to bring peace to the middle east before his term ends.
If we have to torture a few unfortunates to accomplish that, so be it! All is forgiven!??? bah.
I love it here on Maui/USA/paradise, but retiring in Costa Rica is looking better and better as I contemplate what if any "changes" the 2008 elections will bring.
Gotta go clear my head at the beach later - I'm really depressed.
Aloha and all best!
LOL - geez.... I hear we are getting closer to a cure for Alzheimer's. Couldn't come too soon for most of these guys IMO.
aloha!
I am ashamed to admit how naive and uninformed I have been. The Clinton's statement about MLK and Johnson, IMO pale in comparison to the reverse racism rhetoric espoused by the Pastor and church that Obama is affiliated with.
Maybe most of you knew about all this already?
While the Anti-Defamation League, ADL, may be pacified by Obama saying he disagrees with his church's magazine Trumpet praising Farrakhan,
(quote from Obama yesterday:)
"I decry racism and anti-Semitism in every form and strongly condemn the anti-Semitic statements made by Minister Farrakhan," Obama said in a statement. "I assume that Trumpet magazine made its own decision to honor Farrakhan based on his efforts to rehabilitate ex-offenders, but it is not a decision with which I agree."
http://www.newsmax.com/insidecover/Obama_raps_Farrakhan/2008/01/17/65151.html
It's not enough for me. Until Obama removes himself from the membership roles (like Oprah did some time ago) of Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ, he will NOT get my vote.
Our friends, (a racially mixed couple) Obama campaigners from Chicago, who are hosting a party here to watch the Dem's debate on Monday are also members of the church. Reading the church's tenets on the website explains a lot about their fervor to get Obama elected.
http://www.tucc.org/
It's too bad that religion has to play any part in politics. That aspect of the process nauseates me.
Don't get me wrong, I still like a lot of things about Barack, but again until he cuts off all ties with his pastor and church - I will be finding another candidate. Since Kucinich is unfortunately unelectable, it will probably be Edwards.
Sorry, have no idea. The only "gas" I smell is the new low pps on this POS.
Guess we invested in a science project run by geeks and not business men - IMHO>

: ) Our papayas are the "strawberry" type too. Yum>
Yep, you can't beat Florida for delicious citrus - grapefruit, oranges, lemons etc.
I am looking for a Meyer's lemon tree to plant next.
Thanks for sharing that Dave. At this point, I'd settle for some elephant manure for my composting in the backyard. Might help the papaya and apple banana trees. : )
Thanks for the reply. Agreed, the volume was encouraging. Have been in this since early 2004. My crystal ball was really wrong on this one.
Well, haven't pulled the chain on this yet. fwiw, green today and getting some volume.
Anyone have some news to share?
TIA

Interesting link. Maybe I will retract the scathing email I sent to the company yesterday..........not....yet....

Looks like some folks are calling it quits? Less than $4400 sold and I suppose purchased, but unless we get something positive, subpenny IMO is in the cards soon.
Ugh - shoulda coulda woulda dumped on the last upswing and save a few grand.
Unless they prove me wrong, adding IESV to the same bonepile as TRBY, XKEM and ATWT - products and companies that I believed in as an investor and consumer.
All turned/turning into pigsh$t unfortunately.
Well said. Hillary for Condi's job??? ; )
I am more concerned about what the voting public feels about his perceived lack of international experience, and what that might mean for traction with the GOP candidate, McCain, Huckabee or whoever may rise to the top.
IMO, one of the main strengths for Obama is his already proven ability to bring people together, and the respect he has garnered with senior people like Lugar, Biden, Dodd and even Kucinich.
This article has an interesting perspective
http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/features/2006/0609.larson.html
I also think Obama with his mixed family pedigree would stand a better chance of re-garnering some much needed respect for the US in the international community.
