MediaG3 to Secure $10M in Funding for Wireless Broadband Build-outs
MediaG3, Inc. (OTCPK: MDGC), a provider of wireless broadband solutions, has signed a Letter of Intent to secure a $10 Million funding arrangement with Competitive Companies, Inc. (CCOP). This funding for capital improvements is one of many funding arrangements scheduled with CCI in a unique Partnership allowing both companies to flourish in developing next generation broadband. MediaG3 will sell its Wytec assets to CCI with an ongoing Partnership arrangement that will provide MediaG3 continued and unencumbered access to all of Wytec assets including any future improvements at no cost to MediaG3. Additionally, MediaG3 shareholders will realize the benefits of future patent valuations in a unique dividend share arrangement with CCI. Funding will begin immediately with initial proceeds being directed to current patent maintenance and development.
"We are very excited about our financing arrangement and relationship with CCI in that this type of financing entails a longer term in which future financing needs are pre-negotiated and allow MediaG3 to focus on establishing revenue streams and its objective of becoming the premier provider of 4G and next generation broadband services throughout the United States," explains Val Westergard, MediaG3's chairman.
"Though MediaG3 is utilizing the sale of the Wytec assets to CCI for the funding arrangement, Media will retain full 'usage' rights to the technology and future improvements for its own use. Thus the Company gets the best of both worlds; funding to expand its business and the use of the patented technology at no expense to MediaG3. This is truly a win-win situation for MediaG3," comments CEO Val Westergard.

Because you sold IMO
MDGC is current again.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MDGC/quote
You think the media credits are bogus and I think they are non dilutive healthy financing. You're the Ying to my Yang
Might be a rumor worth buying in to
The real question is what if something real does happen I.E MDGC receives federal grant money?
Looking forward to a great week! !
I'll take chocolate with a side of MDGC :)
I'll mail you the receipt..
Address please...
Chart is in your favor
Let me explain it for you. Obviously since you sold when the chart is a technical buy, you need help.
Val is cash poor and he has people willing to help pay for things like this.
11k judgement is small
His friends have deep pockets therefore making the 11k small.
Just ask if you need more help
Looks like Val has friends with deep pockets.
How will we ever survive?
For the huge price of 11k hahaha
I will say he looks and sounds more professional then in past videos.
I heard them say they plan on becoming fully reporting, so my guess is they are aiming for OTCQB.
Just a side note, there are plenty of pink sheet companies that trade in multiple dollars. So up-listing isn't required for a higher PPS.
I would assume whoever is investing would like to know where their money is going I.E. rent paid to NHWP.
Audited fins and being fully reporting could give or break confidence.
Has there been an official public announcement pertaining to up-listing? Or was this in an email you received?
Just two more weeks
IMO
:)
Thanks Grease!
Better than a local Boise IT company could do
How long do you think it took Clear to get where they are at from the point of thought inception?
2 years is nothing
Please don't distract us with facts
So you're finally out?
Huge buying? Aren't you down 26% today?
Good jungle juice today
Can you prove the A/R is bogus?
[q]I understand many are shell-shocked, but just trying to keep it real.[/q]
Lol from what?
I am... Chart is still bullish.. Looks to me like a bull pennant
Sorry thought you would realize what I was saying. Once restricted shares become unrestricted they are then allowed to be sold on the open market.
Much agreed... I stopped following the board as much because of the immature banter
But when 10% of the float is traded and the stock goes sideways you have a different situation. The shares were traded with the pps in mind.
These restricted shares were traded so that the pps would not be affected. Someone with cash still believes in MDGC!
And that is good enough for me...
So who bought the 120mil shares the other day? That's $120k...
I don't need to convince you or anyone else to buy shares. This is bigger than some message board.
What are the odds that two people randomly decided to buy&sell 100mil shares the same day? This sounds like an arranged open market transaction. IMO we should hear news by Friday
Another 10mil on the bid!!
Dude get out of my head.. I was just thinking that..
You can say that again.. After that 30mil went through the bid and ask went right back to where it was before the bid support showed up
Are my eyes correct?? Am I see 20mil bid support!?!?
Do you have a link to that information ?
One major difference.. GreaseWD40's link actually works and yours doesn't
Bull pennant forming
