RMD Entertainment Clarifies Details of WECTAC Special Dividend

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 12, 2006 -- RMD Entertainment Group (Other OTC:RMDG.PK - News) announced today the clarification of the details regarding the dividend and licensing agreement with Wide E-Convergence Technologies Americas Corp ("WECTAC") that was announced previously in a press release in May, 2006. The special dividend has been finalized and will be payable to RMDG shareholders of record as of June 20th, 2006.

WECTAC has been granted a five-year exclusive license rights to market all of RMD Entertainment Group's current and future products in India and the Caribbean countries.

Under the terms of the agreement, WECTAC will issued fourteen (14) million Restricted Common Shares and twelve (12) million Warrants at $.10 per warrant to RMD Entertainment in consideration for the 5 year exclusive license. RMD's management will be delivering a minimum of ten (10) million and a maximum of twelve (12) million of these restricted shares to its shareholders in the form of a special dividend on June 20th, 2006.

RMD CEO Giorgio Costonis commented, "Management recognizes the value of competing in India and the Caribbean countries. We are hopeful that WECTAC can create a substantial customer base there for all of our Urban Media content."
