I want to own more before the close today. Stop sign selling already built in and the stock is almost 50% down from recent highs. Due for a rebound
and bounce up.
The 10k filing coming will get rid of stop sign and new deal announcement
with large CBD producer can come at anytime. These will be an additional
big boost , IMO
Definitely stop sign and scared sellers are giving up cheapies right now.
Great for the buyers at this price..Thank you
WORTH A READ WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR...
1. Old CEO, Scott Sand, alleged convicted felon, and his associates are long gone from Simlatus.
2. WE have a new CEO, Richard Hylen, who had his own profitable company and took over everything Simulatus and its operations.
3. Hylen has filed and wants to file all necessary reporting requirements with the SEC as though Simulatus is trading in a higher exchange. Currently being a OTC Pink traded stock he does not have to do all this.
4. He is behind in filing the 10k. Yes, but keep in mind he took over a
backwards "empty" company" reverse merger, I believe, and also changing and pushing up the company's end of year to Dec. 2018.
A lot to sort through and crap paperwork to correct and straighten out.
I think he should be given some leeway.
5. He gives us various notices and news about the company prior to events occurring and has followed through on them. I believe the 10k will soon be out as he has stated prior.
6. There is no knowledge out there that Proscere Bioscience is working out of their garage as some poke fun at.
7. The companies that Proscere/Simulatus have contracted with for the $250 Million contracts are real companies and as in United Opportunities LLC is owned and run by longtime successful business men. They are also in the business of medical grade marijuana.
I don't think these business men would sign a contract and not know that Proscere will and how they are delivering the extraction machines they need. Common Sense here....
5, Hayden pre announced these 2 deals and then delivered. He has pre announced Simlatus working on another deal with one of the Worlds largest extraction companies.
So far so good on all his pre announcements. He has also kept investors abreast on the company with SEC filings and PR on what is going on with Simlatus, including the delayed 10k ahead of time. No surprises.
8. I am looking forward to next week..my opinion
Also, MY understanding of part the purpose of the STOP graphic is selling and Buying with insider knowledge of non public info is illegal.
The graphic states not just selling BUT BUYING AS WELL
ME TOO..
I think we have all seen stocks like this one SIML, prior to shooting up.
The stock lingers in price and then at some point shoots up to $1.
That has happened to me in watching a stock. I then do the math on the multiples and how much I lost out on because I missed the boat.
Thank you...I have been out of the loop for a little bit due to personal issues. GO CAPC !
When is earnings release 4TH Quarter ??
Dont GET IT..Explain? Why does this company have any value??
NO aaets, No Income, No Revenues
All hype, no wonder why stock in tanking and taking people's money.
This company can disappear tomorrow...
SOME big news is coming soon imo with the huge spike up this morning
Someone wanted to accumulate stock
Looks like CAPC has topped for now with the last price bounce.
I will buy again when it retests the low price.
now about $300 on the ask
Two questions...Why is someone selling 10,000 shares at .011 for $100
on the ask and then....why are the confidence people on this stock not wiping out the ask for lousy $100 ??
YES PROFITABILITY Only 12 Million cash burn rate and shrinking!!
Revenues going up!! Big investors want to buy the company but management refuses !!
So big investors cant buy the company...so big investors are buying the stock as we have been seeing !!
Nothing but good news to come going forward
Don't fall for the scare tactics, it is the shorts stealing your money.
SHORTED ??insert-text-here" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >insert-text-here[tag]insert-text-here[/tag] Does anyone think our shares have been shorted?
Could this be the cause of unwarranted share price drops now or in the past?? After all CAPC makes money and should be much higher.
I got a tip from the HMNY board. Place a limit sell order on all your stocks at GTC for 60 days
plus. Set the sell order at a high price.
Your many shares then cant be used to borrow for the benefit of shorts.
Shorters are using our stocks to drive down the value of our CAPC.
my opinion...
ROLL CALL..MY SHARES Protected from shorts
Thanks for the tip. Who else has done the same...
CAN YOU DO THAT..as an effective way to fight back against the shorts??
Then are you asking all of us to do it...this would definitely help create the MOASS. Maybe you should keep spreading this idea.
That is hilarious salve
Yes, I noticed that as well, the earnings release on a Monday.
But as I stated in my message I just posted, a loss in Q1 would not surprise me either because a reported loss in Q1 has been the norm throughout the years.
Earnings - Historically the first quarter has always been the worst quarter
for this company as we know. Last year was an exception.
Usually it has been zero net earnings or mostly a loss in terms of earnings per share in Q1 .
Last year's 1st quarter , the exception, was only 1/2 cent earnings. That's .005.
So lets be real on our expectations for this years 1st quarter release.
Even though a profit would be great in Q1, It would not surprise me at all
if there is a loss reported for Q1.
EXPECTATIONS...Because they had such a kick ass first quatet last year, I don't feel they will match it this year.
HOWEVER..Due to the much lower tax rate this year, the earnings per share
should be closer than most people think.
The selling is way over done in my opinion based on the above...
HOW MANY times have traders seen shareprices go in the opposite direction than they expected once news comes out. I have seen it many times.
In our case here it is because the selling is way over done. IMHO
CAN someone fill me in on this new consulting business Capstone is also getting into. I read something about Capstone leveraging their Hong Kong
office and Asia manufacturing abilities and connections to help other businesses expand.
Didn't we just have an institutional investor purchase over 800,000 shares?
Of course they did their homework before purchasing and probably contacted the company as well to get onfo. . Hey, I would like the price to be higher right now too but
I am an investor not a day trader. The institutional buyer is also an investor.
Keep it in perspective please...
First.... Uranium, I agree with you for Capstone as an investment. I put a whole bunch of the stock in my Roth IRA as an investment to grow tax free. This way I am not worried quarter to quarter.
Second...Just a hand full of years back Stewart, who has a very successful proven history, took this company owing what 6 million in total assets in debt. Along with a hideous dilution with about 750,000,000 shares of stock. That's pushing one billion shares !
Now... just 47 Million shares outstanding with a buy back in the future and $5 Million+ in cash and no debt.
I think we are so use to Stewart delivery ridiculous levels of expansion quarter after quarter that we forget the real world.
Companies do well and at times slow down as far as revenue and earnings throughout the years.
Third...We have a good working relationship using the Hoover brand, whose parent company is Techtronic Industries.
Please look how big and international the company's reach and business.
If our new product lines are what is being stated wouldn't Techtronic
have an interest in in the new products? Maybe they will license from us and Capstone will benefit from Techtronic's huge reach and Sales ability.
Capstone could decide to sell the new product lines on their own as well. It's the companies option.
FAIR P/E RATIO ?? What is a fair P/E ratio for a company like Capstone? Everyone is talking about the stock price.
I feel a ratio of 12 is fair.
Even if sales in 2018 ( and I am not stating that)don't increase over
2017, then profit per share should increase on the much lower tax rate alone for 2018 as opposed to what we paid in 2017.
Then this should be a .60 cent stock assuming just .05 cent profit per share. I am guessing it will be more than .05.
This is also not taking into account of the new product line, even if sales on it don't start coming in until Q4
I noticed that too. Good for the sellers for not giving in to the low bids.
If buyers want in before the soon to be released earnings report or the announcement of the new product line, then they are going to have to pay a little more.
JMO
Wonder if Institutional Buyer that bought last quarter is still buying in
this first quarter of 2018 and is slowly adding to its position. That may be the buyer who keeps low bidding at around .50 to .52
AS long as sellers are willing to give in to that price the buyer will not offer higher bid prices.
JMO
Mike , I agree with your .09 at least per share, but also taking into effect that the new tax rate will be so much lower for 2018. That adds about another 2.5 to 3 cents on top of the 9 cents.
Hopefully the new gizmo product they have coming out soon will boost the earnings per share total even higher still for the 2018 reporting year.
Taking a look a little further out... Stuart just stated he is targeting
$100,000,000 in total revenues. He stated in the past targets of 30 million and 39 million revenues and has delivered.
He took this company from loosing millions to making millions. All his revenue guidance has always been on the conservative side as all long time followers on this board know.
I don't have any doubt that he will reach his $100 MILLION revenue number
looking out on the horizon.
QUESTION to IHUB BOARD...When they pass the new tax reform bill to slash
the current corporate tax rate and make it retro active for this tax year...do we see the "windfall" to Capstone's earnings this year or will it be accounted for in 2018 Capstone's tax returns??
Does that windfall add to the earnings per share this year or next year?
OK...For some reason I took it as a video webcast not just as
a phone webcast. Thanks....
HMMM...Why a Webcast....
Just speculating why not just a regular Conference call.
Hopefully it is to show us the plans the company has been working on.
This is a big upgrade to just a over the phone quarterly reporting that they have been doing.
Mike and RVD...Mike you crack me up "out reach Program" LOL
Hopefully the low volume is due to Sellers not caving in to the low bids and holding their ground.
RVD..That $3.50 was on a quick price spike with our old friend Howard running the company.
The big drop to .07 was because Howard had no earnings and profits. Stuart ran the price from .07 to current .56 because of profits.
BUT your point is well taken. Who the heck can promote this company? So far not the current management.
Maybe they should hire Howard back. He couldn't make any profits but he sure could promote the stock...lol
ABOUT 4 Years ago today the stock closed at .07
Wheee....those who bought then are enjoying the ride.
My point is I am frustrated at the price as well and better board members would be great too.
Wallach has brought profits to the company since and the price has risen from .07 to .56
Capstone Looking for Investment Expansion--This is my take on why the company hired the investment company for opportunities.
We all know Capstone has done well in placing its products in a host of
retail arenas in the United States.
We all know Capstone has been steadily increasing it overseas (other countries) retail sales expansion.
I believe Capstone is looking for an opportunity to buy/merge with another company(ies).
Capstone can take its proven success in product placement in the United States and other countries and then place the acquired companies products as well.
Capstone then can rev up its gross sales receipts and net profits to a higher level.
Maureen--Remember Fonzi from Happy Days tv series.
AS THE FONZ would say...Correctamundo...
Someone indeed is getting cheap shares.
I will play devils advocate here.
Perhaps it is someone on this board who intentionally talks down the company so others would sell driving the price down, so he/she can buy cheap shares to add to their already mountain of shares. Just a thought.
JMO, I don't think Postal got a sweetheart deal, especially since he could have bought a lot of shares below the .46 cent price he paid with his $250,000.
I still think Postal, the insider, who bought shares coupled with us not seeing any other insiders sell their shares as a big positive going forward.
With that said the company does need to take more action to see shareholder value go up.
I am just as frustrated as y'all are but hopefully the faithful will prevail.
marcelh...There was a mountain load of stocks that were bought about
.01 cent ... .15 cents post split.
Some investors are tired of waiting and are cashing in their profit and selling their stock shares.
I look at it as when an insider takes a boat load of shares at .46 cents for his 250,000 dollars owed to him from the company as a good sign. That the insider expects the future share price to be much higher.
So much for the claims that Jeff Postal who received these shares did so in an unscrupulous manner in a sweet heart deal. Look at today's bargain price that Postal could have gotten his shares.
I feel your pain Mike. I have been in this since the CBQI days.
To me its not the company that is BS, it is making money.
What is BS is the stock price. The current price mostly falls on leadership's shoulders. They obviously need to step it up in this area
of getting the stock price up.
Without more info than we know right now, I respectfully disagree.
For $5,000 Postal could have just kept his 12% loan to the company for a few more months.
Maybe Postal wanted the shares because of a higher return than the 12%.
Just speculating.
By the way not only did the company take off about $250,000 off its books in debt, but also is saving about $30,000 per year on interest.
Oh Salve, I do agree with you on one point. I also think the company will
rebound from this dip in their stock price to the 50's
