I feel a ratio of 12 is fair.
Even if sales in 2018 ( and I am not stating that)don't increase over
2017, then profit per share should increase on the much lower tax rate alone for 2018 as opposed to what we paid in 2017.
Then this should be a .60 cent stock assuming just .05 cent profit per share. I am guessing it will be more than .05.
This is also not taking into account of the new product line, even if sales on it don't start coming in until Q4
