ANY MOMENT, NOW!! SOON, REAL SOON THIS WILL ALL EXPLODE IN PROSPERITY AND SUCCESS! SOON.......REAL SOON, RIGHT, SHIVA?
Soon, very soon, SP will announce BIG NEWS. . . . . Very, Very, Very SOON!!!!! Honest, SOON. Big News, Very soon. It will rock your world! SOON!.......
I am still here because when this all started I did a ton of DD. Some of you are aware of this. Why I am not posting with great enthusiasm is NOT because I don't think that Tivus' product won't work (sorry for the double negative), but because of Tivus' EXECUTION!! I could rehearse all their glaring errors, but you already know them. No need beating a dead horse.
If Tivus would live up to it's product potential and execute their business plan, this would be a stock that would be multiple pennies rather than this silliness we have all witnessed.
I, like everyone else, am here to make money, not to LOSE IT! When people say, "Why do you stick around?", that is one of the dumbest questions you could phrase. I am here to make some money, or at least not lose money. I am averaged down to around .001. I keep believing that at some point, this stock will move back up to it's potential as a business and product. Every time I think it might "rise from the dead", SP snatches defeat from the jaws of victory and we are once again at a complete loss.
So, SP, I once again call for your to step down as CEO (Yes, I am aware everyone thinks they can't live without ceo tweets, or other Shivagrams) and get this company into the hands of a capable person. In this, I know I am right, and SP is crippling his own desires by putting his ego over corporate development. If ST won't do the job, he knows someone who will. If we can't find someone to do the job, then there is something wrong with the product that has not been revealed, and people don't want to risk their reputation. That should worry us all.
GLTA. R3
Jwez, I don't want to get this wrong so I am asking. Has Waggett bailed on Tivus? R3
I think that "shortly" on updating the annual report means not until next week. Perhaps longer.
I am assuming the announcement of the "wonder team" won't take place now until sometime after the annual report is filed. On the OTC market it merely shows SP as the only officer in the company.
I am amazed at how many people on this board are willing to buy into Tivus on rumor and SP's hinting of information yet to come. I wish all well, but SP dropped a big bomb of an annual report earlier this week and this dream team that he tweeted is, as of this posting, no where to be seen. On this hot information people load up on Tivus?? Wow! Hope springs eternal. May we all turn into the 1%, but my natural instinct tells me SP may be the only guy getting any money out of this company as people fail to do DD, and get hooked on the promise. Again, GLTA. R3
Es1, Shiva P. has the potential of having good people run the company. ST is an industry leader with tons of valid, first rate experience. Time will tell if the inventor will trust the business man. You are welcome here, and feel free to enter your insights. We can always use a fresh perspective. GLTY. R3
Es1, you are 95% right on the chart and where this company has been and may be IF they don't get their act together. But that is true of many companies. There is a valid product from all reports, and we have had technical people do hand's on review and they assure us it has great potential in the hospitality market. BUT, your assessment of the CEO is right on! He is a man (SP) who is in love with his invention who can't run (to date) a one man parade. He says he has a new team of industry people (Steven Truckenmiller, new EVP) is one and he is impressive with a background from LNET, a declining industry leader in HDTV.
However, this company has been in a state of deterioration after SUPPOSEDLY landing a multi-million $ contract with Marriott in Philadelphia, PA. The installation is almost finished, but information from the CEO has been incomplete and at times, misleading. That is NOT good. No one knows what the contract consists of, and to date, no money has come in from Marriott, to our knowledge. We have not been informed about the real production of the ad insertion technology in $ terms, and so we are left guessing.
I am saying all the above, ES1, to say that our major wounds have been all SELF-INFLICTED BY THE CEO. The DD itself is pretty impressive, IF all works as we think. But who knows? The CEO doesn't tell us squat. So, my expectations have shrunk with my confident in this man, who needs to turn over the leadership of this company to Mr. Truckenmiller. GLTY in your DD. R3
SeeYa, I just got through taking a break when this "thing" happened. But I catch your meaning and thank you for your advice. You are a true believer and I can only hope that SP honors your trust with appropriate actions. GLTY. R3
SeeYa, most people have hundreds, and probably thousands of dollars invested in Tivus. While I "feel" for Shiva, I also expect him to act like an adult and not a child with a bright, shiny ball. A truly repentant Shiva would take the steps to put this company on a clear glide path under TRUSTED leadership.
New Leadership Team? That can disappear overnight, as has already been proven. We will know three or four months later when someone stumbles upon a former VP or adviser who is forced to admit they have moved on. This is no way to run a company that is looking to do wonderful things, but it is Shiva's way. IT IS A BAD, BAD WAY! He is unskilled at management and making appropriate decisions. This is OUR company and we should demand new leadership.
Annual Report? That was a hodgepodge of misinformation and glaring errors. An annual report with no financial information? Really? No attachments posted? Really? SP, get out of the way. You don't have to leave, just move to some other job that you can be somewhat competent in performing. GLTA. R3
The fact that the OTC Market would take the "Stop Sign" off Tivus merely shows how meaningless these reports have become. Tivus files a meaningless, pasted filing that is a joke by any standard.
I repeat, SP needs to turn over the reigns to ST. Nothing else will restore confidence from this joke of a company under SP's leadership. This is as nice as anyone can be, given the utter incompetence of yesterday's action. SP, apologize and get out of the way. R3
I repeat: the most immediate thing to restore confidence in moving forward is for SP to step down and ST to take over as CEO. Is he (SP)sooooo blind he can't see the benefit of having an experienced hand in running this business? This guy must have a whale sized ego because I believe he would rather see this company die than not be ceo. . . . of nothing.
This thing was so botched up today that they could not make proofing corrections and re-submit the report. Obviously, there were far many more errors than originally thought. That means that SP never even read this report before submitting it under his signature. This is how people end up in prison; by not reading what they sign, and then proclaiming innocence.
SP, STEP DOWN AND GET ST TO TAKE OVER. WATCH THE PPS GO UP, UP, UP WITH JUST THAT ONE MOVE. JMHO. R3
Jwez, As an initial step, I concur. I am hoping for more action, but the immature and un-businesslike "annual report" just floors me. I cannot get over anyone would accept this as anything resembling a business worthy report. I must say, I feel a bit of contempt for the shareholders with this nonsense. I am sorry that my comments probably disappoint you, but SP is just not ceo-grade material. I know he loves his creation, but getting that creation to market requires more than blind obedience. It requires capability on the part of the officers of the company. JMHO. R3
I just don't get why there isn't a hue and cry for SP to step down for a seasoned veteran running OUR company! LNET dumped their ceo after a rapid share price drop. Do you want sp to rise? Do you want a steady hand steering the company? Do you want a guy with professional contacts in the hospitality industry running the company? We have one, and that is ST. Jwez says he is still with the company. I want sp to rise and this company to have a future. SP hasn't and won't get the job done. He just doesn't know what to do, (Canouse???? Really????) and after this fiasco, what is he waiting for? GLTA, but SP should stay to what he knows (tech) and ST to what he knows: the business. R3
Shiva, you have one shot with one answer: Appoint ST CEO with you taking tech duties, and watch the sp go north in a hurry! This is the answer to what appears a death sentence. GLTA. R3
If ST is still around, the ONLY thing to save Tivus would be if SP got smart and announced the immediate appointment of ST as CEO. One shot and that means, "NOW!" R3
Dead serious, Jwez. When did Tivus announce the resignation of Jimmy Carter, accountant? When did they announce the loss of the Marriott cousins? When did they announce the loss of other officers? Can you give me one good reason to think a top flight person like ST would put up with this BS (being silly)? I know you really believe this, but what would you do if this type of thing went out and your reputation of years of work in an industry was at risk? You would get out! That is what I am saying about ST. If he is there, there is an easy way to prove it: have him put out a statement about his efforts in the company. They did with the Marriott's, and they can do it with ST. GLTY. R3
Nic, how do you know that ST is even involved with Tivus? R3
I had great hopes that Tivus was getting it's act together. But I have lost all hope. This mess of a report with no financials, no admitted accountants or auditors just says, "Stick a fork in this bird. It is done!" Anyone buying this stock at this point AT ANY PRICE is merely giving their money away. GLTA. R3
Well, what is it? Thousands of rooms and hundreds of customers or two customers who haven't gotten us a dime?? Jeez, this is incompetent to the Max WiFi!!!! My pet goat could file a report better than this and it just proves that SP did not even LOOK at this report before filing. Dumb, dumb, dumb. ST, please, take this company over. R3
"The Company has not earned revenue from planned
principal operations since inception on July 22, 2008."
"Tivus currently has only two customers:"
Duh!! I hope this site has been hacked because this is way, way beyond incompetence if not. R3
Are who is surprised? Go back to bed because this is either a joke or SP has done it again. We await clarification from Jwez. R3
When did QS stop representing Tivus? R3
SeeYa, Tivus has gone so far down the road of "doubt" that I think they must come up with big, big news to even move this to the penny range again. What kind of news gets us back to pennyland?
1. Contract with Marriott with multiple installations using the Tivus business plan. 2. M&A with Lnet. 3. Ad insertion revenue being made in Philly that follow their original (now absent) estimate sheet with new contracts. Everything else is sub-penny. GLTA. R3
Thanks, Blah! I take from your comments you believe that this is all normal in the process of setting up this system.
Now, I am less convinced that a picture of Marriott means any connection between Tivus and Host. I will be convinced when the phantom Philly "contract" is REALLY signed and there is money in the bank with a longer term relationship. GLTA. R3
Blahdude, please help me out. I am terribly confused about the system in Philly. Can you please clarify this from when it was "installed" and working when Jwez and the long, lost Waggett visited, and what changed???? I need your expertise to clarify why we should expect Marriott is still in the game in Philly. Thanks in advance, my friend. R3
This is a new week in a new month and hope springs eternal. Here's hoping that SP and Tivus get some substantive results in front of us. BTW, I noticed that Tivus is a client of Shareholder Development Group out of Atlanta. I do not think this is a new development and I do not know the level of support from this pr firm. I have had some experience with SDG and they have been very successful in some instances of advancing share pricing for other pink sheets. GLTA. R3
They are a highly reputable investment firm that was all but wiped out on 9/11. I am surprised (almost shocked!) that CF has anything to do with Tivus. Are we sure this isn't a mistake? GLTA. R3
Blahdude, thanks for the update. I don't understand all the software lingo or processes, or why we coordinate this with Marriott. I guess it means some downtime with the system. Thanks, again. R3
Scott Peterson is still on the BOD's at LNET. I think the chance of him having anything to do with Tivus is ruled out, unless through some M&A activity. Any more news on Philly Marriott (you know, the hotel in Philly where we have an mou)? Are our switches installed? Any information from anyone, please? GLTA. R3
I got the new site, and it is attractive. However, I see little of substance, especially with all the new personnel moves?? There is only one move:ST. Now we are ready? Ready for what? I am just totally confused. Where are we in Philly? Is there a contract? Can someone update me on the Philly Downtown Marriott project, PLEASE??? Is IBM still installing switches? Are we earning revenue from this "test"? Can someone clarify this from Tivus? Can ST tell us something, anything? I want to support Tivus, but I need some help. GLTA. R3
BTW, maybe they don't realize that SP is available!!!!! LOL, LOL, LOL, LOL, etc. R3
We don't need to worry about LNET. This would only be good news if ST was appointed to be CEO, and then it would probably mean that he left Tivus as VP to save LNET. I think the whole LNET thing is as important as Host has turned out to be. Would be nice to be wrong, but don't think so. We can't talk ourselves into a company. Only performance will do that. GLTA. R3
If SP wasn't paying attention, he will after today. SP, IF YOU SEE THIS AND DON'T GET IT, YOU ARE CLUELESS. I think we will look at May 31 as either Tivus' drop dead day, or the day SP wakes up. I, unfortunately, think it will be the former, not the latter. And if ST doesn't get this either, he is as clueless as SP. Sorry to be so blunt, but you both get F's for running a public (not private) company. GLTA. R3
SeeYa, I totally agree. Have a good, restful weekend away from Tivus and SP. GLTA. R3
Ace, there is no way that Host wouldn't have jumped on this if they thought it had value and money earning potential for their bottom line. I am afraid that the ad insertion technology is a bust! SP has reported nothing and he would have IF there had been anything resembling revenue. Again, much to my disappointment. R3
Nic, you are right. I don't know what is going on; so whose fault is that?? Tivus is leaving us all in the dark and unfortunately, no one, including you, knows what is going on. GLTY. R3
Question: When did SP NOT have the best industry team? Were Marriott's chopped liver? I am afraid this is another meaningless tweet because SP has no money, Philly is not working and I have increasing doubts it will ever work as they announce more delays and more delays over "switches". Again, SP is broke and the only thing remaining is a merger with someone. Even the moderators have deserted the board and have thrown their hands in the air. Their silence is deafening. Host is no longer interested in Tivus and SP is putting out meaningless tweets. It is a shame, but this company is imploding, I am sorry to say. GLTA. R3
SP seems to be reporting continued delays. I hope that he reports something more soon, but I must admit that Tivus is looking more and more like a dream that has slipped through SP's fingers, and our fingers by proxy. I hope I am wrong, but this long shot has turned into a really, really, really, really, really long shot. GLTA. R3
Nic, I posted earlier today and for whatever reason, it apparently was deleted!! It was on target and did not dump on anyone, so I am perplexed why my first post in weeks was deleted! Anyway, good luck to you. R3
Nic, I certainly see the possible linkage here, and you have done your best to paint a potential picture that might work. I am just not sure that SP has that same vision. I am staying with Tivu 1. Because it has little or no value in it's current state and a loss only comes when you sell for a loss. 2. I am hoping for a "Hail Mary" pass.
I am still concerned that Philly Marriott is NOT working as advertised. The blame of "switches" from IBM waiting to be installed just sounds so hollow. How is it that Jwez and Waggett get to Philly and see this great system functioning only to have it not working a short time later. Something here just doesn't ring true. If revenue is coming in in any way, why isn't Tivus telling everyone that it works to some extent? And no, I don't buy that Marriott has gagged them. So, there are a lot of "this doesn't fit" in my book, but still hoping this is all explainable. But one by one the big supporters of this stock have left this board and have moved on. That speaks to me as much as anything. GLTY. R3
