The MinnPack seems like it could be a good product. But what confuses me is the Fund thing. I don't understand why a health company would promote a Fund? What I am looking to buy into is a health stock with a low float. This one seems to have the low float with the MinnPack potential. But they also seem to be into "Other investments include fields such as online entertainment, e-commerce, publishing, finance, and production/producing", which confuses me to no end a what this company really does. It seems like they want to get into a little bit of everything.

Can someone explain what this company does? I read the latest PR and now I am confused. I am considering buying in tomorrow but after reading this I am not sure what they do or what they have to offer.

I agree we could go to penny land very fast. Yesterday while I was doing my DD it looked VERY good. Another company I was with went to .002 yesterday and they have no income at all. This one with proven income and now with this new PR this one should already be .005.

Yes, it does feel good. And to see gains so fast! I had a good feeling about this company when I first started to research it yesterday. My only regret is I only bought 4,000,000 shares. I wish I had tripled that amount now.

I am not a tick flipper in the least. I was in this for the long run if it was Healthe Trim that got merged in here. But I don't know enough about this kind of company to evaluate how much it is worth. After I do research I may buy it back.

The merger was just not what I was wanting. Of course this company could be worth much more than a drug company. My research will let me know that.

Thank you centPannie, I am an old woman of 47 and just tired of working for a living. I know TOFS is the one to free me from working. I have a good job but I just do not want to work any more. I guess I want the lazy way of life for a change. I am just tired of working and want my freedom.

Garyst, I have been investing for the last 10 years so I am not a new investor. And neither am I a tick flipper. I too bought this several months ago. I have studied this stock from every angel possible. The only thing left is to get the official word from the CEO on which company he is going to merge into this ticker. There is a very strong and I mean strong evidence he will merge with Healthe Trim. If he does for sure we that hold our shares are going to do very well.

So do not look down on me as if I am a newbie. I am not a newbie to this stock or to investing.

I am sorry you had had to lose so much money and I hope you gain it all back eventually. That goes to show that a complete research into all stocks is better done before investing. My research into this stock and the CEO has lead me to say what I say.

Your post is worth repeating. If it is Healthe trim we are in for a big ride. A BIG ride!

Revenue and lots of it! Heathe Trim has only been on the market for about a year and already is selling like crazy. If we merge into that one we are going up big time. If we merge into something else then we will still go up but not as much.

I know TOFS or what ever the new ticker is will be a big payoff for all of us if we hold. Plus my dream of not having to go to work every day to make a living. I am going to sip drinks by the clear blue ocean while I grow old.

Thanks emz, I know we will not go up to a dollar over night. But over time I believe we will. If it is Healthe Trim that gets moved in here I am very confident we will be able to retire when the dust settles.

I mean to say one dollar per share. If it is Healthe Trim that is going in here we are going very large. Any other company and it may only be a penny. But if we merged with Healthe Trim I would buy every share I could even for a dollar.

Just wait and you will see the revenue that is generated. If it is the company I think that is going in here a dollar per share will be very cheap.

Don't be surprised to see $1.00 yes (One dollar) per share soon. Hold your shares and buy more. All that hold their shares from this level will do very well when the dust settles.
