Mini-evac or partial didn't happen last night so the 2am post is false. Just got off the phone with BLTA HQ's and they stated it is still scheduled for next week because it won't happen tonight either. Call them at 718.244.8880 and the woman answering will provide the info.
Bummed because I was hoping the 2am post was correct.
Why would it being a non shareholder much less an employee?
Oh I'm sure seeing that a confirmation button is usually followed up by the initial buy order. The guy/gal couldn't of made two mistakes on the same purchase order.
Which means someone had to buy those 1.139M shares correct? Still waiting for my 150k shares to clear at .0055. Might as well keep adding a little here and there to hopefully hit 3M shares soon.
Just received a call back from HQ and at this point they are still in the meeting discussing last nights attempt. He couldn't confirm nor deny a failed attempt. Guess the IR guy is returning all calls from this morning.
Called 718-244-8880 asking if they passed the mini. A woman picked up stating she does not know and that currently no one is in the office. She will pass my number to IR as soon as they arrive.
The good news is there is no bad news like after each failed attempt. The silence could be a very positive sign.

I'm one of the few who did call and didn't receive an actual date but a "next week". Found the actual date from another message board that shares such info more readily to fellow investors. The next week comment didn't bother me at all seeing the person who said it three previous times was spot on.
Ya LT I made the mistake of not adding 100k shares yesterday before close due to getting tied up at work. Someone that continues to buy shares at the rate this investor is doing says a lot no matter what others say.
What part of contract work do you not understand? They are paid as contractors when the company needs them to work. Very simple concept. I suggest you call HQ for clarification.
I understand about the blaming. The negativity surrounding a date that didn't produce a mini brings out the worst on this board.
That being said it seems like each person at BLTA will give a different response. I called on Tuesday and spoke to someone who always gave the answer next week. He has been right the last three times I called therefore never pressing the need for a date. If the date is known it should be posted as tentatively. We're all shareholders seeking the same goal...just my opinion.
Here's an idea. Instead of flooding BLTA with calls about the mini evac why don't those that actually know the date post it? It would of taken a lot less effort to post the date than provide the reply that you posted.
Attrition is the only issue but every startup airline uses this method for contracting its pilots/stewards. Again why pay people full time salaries for part time work or no work at all?
As I stated in an earlier post there are no pilots/stewards on the payroll. They are basically contractors until BLTA gets certified. It would make sense...why pay people that wouldn't be working? Once certified they will immediately be placed on the payroll. You can call HQ to confirm like I did.
Passing the mini won't be the game changer. Yes it will be one step closer to certification but actual ticket sales will be the game changer. When the company PR's the start of ticket sales or that their website is now open for business, ie ticket sales, BLTA's PPS will see a dramatic rise. I'm looking forward to the next step and that is the passing of the mini. Everything else is just noise.

It would be a tarmac kinda run seeing that ticket sales could possibly start!
Reason I bought another 54k at the ask minutes before the close. I'm now at 2M and won't be buying anymore. Can't believe I still continue to chase good money after bad. Waiting for the mini to pass and start proving flights. Just two more steps!!!
Totally agree MIT. I believe that the company won't and can't give up being so close to certification. The time and money spent, yet only two milestone achievements away from being able to sell tickets, is the reason I keep adding to my position even though I swore I wouldn't. Monday I hope to hit 2M shares and then I'm done buying. BLTA can easily hit .05-.095 after passing the mini-evac and starting proving flights. Once ticket sales start it will go higher. Keep in mind that contracts signed for transporting cargo will also help with the PPS.
Problem is there is no one at HQ other than a receptionist. Every failed mini-evac management disappears!
.0125 is much closer than .02 and seeing it is now at .0135 it will most likely hit. Never say never...

Denial is always an indication of having a problem. In the baltiaholics case it's believing that each failed attempt of the mini-evac is somehow a buying opportunity, the chant of cheap shares gets old seeing the shares are pretty cheap now. This company is looking like it's run by a bunch of armatures.
He has been spot on about the past mini-evac so why doubt him again? So now BLTA has to wait another 3 weeks for another test. Same song and dance. Wonder when the FAA is just going to say give it up already.
I'm in the same boat. Everyone can buy my 1.886M shares at .0245 when the time comes! I'll be more than happy to sell to anyone willing to buy them. Lets all hope they pass the mini tonight or tomorrow and see a rally the following day.
Just called BLTA and the mini has not been done. It is scheduled, wouldn't provide the date, and they are waiting on the FAA. He wouldn't even tell me if it's this week or next but they blew two slides last week with the FAA observing.
Now wouldn't that be a surprise. Calling Investor Relations, if they pick up, might give an answer.
"Another week" gets old real fast. AND if they fail this fifth attempt you can bet sub penny. We can only hope and pray for a successful mini-evac.
I received the first call back from management and the mini will be sometime next week, later in the week most likely. He provided the date but since it wasn't a definate there is no point holding him to it. Two slides will be installed tonight and will be monitored by the FAA to make sure there are no mistakes on the installation. Another week...
You are right...the only agenda I have is to dump my 1.843M shares at .0255 just to break even. This has been dead money for the past 1.5 yrs. Luckily I have been able to average down but not anymore.
You still don't get it? Safety/Equipment w/e... the fact still remains from my previous post. The declining PPS is proof no matter how you sugar coat it.
Just called 1-718-244-8880 and spoke to a woman with a strong accent, assuming Russian. I asked about the next mini evac being scheduled and she had no idea. Next I asked to be transferred to Barry and of course no management is in the office. She asked for my name and phone number and someone would get back to me. Unfortunately I told her that no one has ever called me back so it's pointless but she assured me someone will "this time". I had to laugh! This is getting very old to say the least. Buying opportunity people say? No way...why keep throwing good money after bad? I just want to make my cash back and dump this POS.
No communication from the company and over 5B share structure results in a declining PPS. This delay in the mini-evac is unacceptable and as each day passes they burn more cash.
Just buy at the ask and I promise you it will get filled. My 36k order was filled instantly yesterday.
When the FAA certifies BLTA who am I to disagree?
The FAA allows the carrier to start ticketing sales by as much as 45 days before certification.
Has anyone confirmed the date of the mini-evac?
