Even more importantly, is the number of clinical trials that are starting this year, the partnerships etc... There is a lot going for INO. Big stuff this year. FOOL knows it and AF knows it. Dirty tricks IMO. I used to think pumping and bashing was for penny stocks only.... LOL

these are very different in mechanism of action. The electroporation is the similar but the DNA construct that ONCNS is using is not a vaccine...its a cytokine.. not a vaccine.

Several new phase1/2 studies are planned for this year. I like what I see.

You are referring to tumor lyses syndrome. It can be managed with iv fluids, medications and close monitoring. Not a huge deal IMO as long as it is expected and managed.

"unblinding" results in a clinical trial means to reveal them. It does not mean the blinded trial is really unblinded nor is it referring to a different trial. The author of the article does not understand clinical trials.

The article is BS. There are no pure targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors. ALL chemotherapy drugs and ALL tyrosine kinase inhibitors have potential serious toxicities. The arterial thomboses were unexpected, now that we know ponatinib has this risk, we can monitor for it and consent patients. The article you sited was clearly written by someone who is bashing Ariad. I can say the exact same words for nearly every cancer drug there is, just change the associated toxicities.

I'm more interested in the EGFR and ALK inhibitor in NSCLC. There is a great need for a 2nd generation EGFR inhibitor for when patients fail Tarceva. After Tarceva, the options are usually chemotherapy and the response rate is not good. I think ARIA has great potential as a long term investment.
