We've been hearing of the pending arrest of Dean Janes for years now, yet he hasn't been arrented or even contacted by the SEC, FBI or NRC. Can anyone tell us when he will be arrested and who will be stopping by the office to cuff him?
I still dont see the proof that "SEC HIT ON JANES IS IN PROCESS" Please elaborate.
Chevy, That was my thought too. The SEC does not have Janes on the radar except for the fact that people keep calling and suggesting they start an investigation. If they investigated every CEO that lied to investors, they would be busy 24/7/365 and need to double their staff. Dean has a working device, the FDA is working with him and approval will happen soon enough.
The SEC is nowhere near having a case on Dean because there is nothing. Just a couple frivolous lawsuits and that's all that will happen until the FDA approves the DViS.
Agreed, so how can anyone say the SEC is investigating or even keeping an eye on Dean? You answered my question. There is no proof the SEC is watching Dean. For all we know, they don't even know who Dean Janes is Thanks!
SEC investigations are conducted confidentially. GEEEEZ !!!! http://www.sec.gov/answers/investg.htm
DID THE SEC TELL YOU THEY DO HAVE A CASE AGAINST JANES? DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF?
I dont know of anyone that has made contact with the SEC and the last I heard from postings on this board, nothing was going on with the SEC.
WHAT PROOF DOES THE SEC HAVE? AS FAR AS I HAVE HEARD, THE SEC DOES NOT HAVE A CASE AGAINST DEAN
If the SEC accuses Dean of something, they must show proof. That is not what is being done here. Lack of proof means there is none and he is being accused of something based on opinions.
Hubris, I accept that logic. overtalking a product and speculating on the approval from a government agency is one thing. Flat out stock manipulation that Dean has been accused of today in this forum is another. Given that the SEC is watching makes me believe the accusations even less. Dean may not be the brightest Mensa member, but I don't think he would manipulate the SP especially when he is being watched.
Those that accuse of something must prove their accusations. I still do not see any proof of stock manipulation.
I dont see the link in your post. Still no proof Dean is manipulating the stock price.
I was replying to your post accusing Dean of manipulating the stock price. I do not believe he did this and there is no proof. Please post the proof of your accusation.
This is not proof that Dean is manipulating the stock price. Please post a link to some valid proof. I do not believe that there is any proof of stock manipulation. It would only be speculation unless there is a link posted with proof.
I would like to see some proof that Dean is manipulating the stock. A link to something in writing would be nice.
Yes, the patent is very valuable.
It has never been real time. There has always been a slight delay in the image processing. This is as close to real time as you can get. Nothing has changed.
Good question....Near real time means that it is not instant real time imaging. My understanding is that there is a very slight delay in the image display due to assembling and processing the images. Someone posted the details a while ago, but the delay is slight (seconds or fractions of a second, I don't know which).
I believe it was King Kong Guru that had the technical explination of how the entire process works as well as the speed of Near Real Time as the DViS produces it.
Its-a-fact (and common sense), all public companies do not disclose everything. Imaging3 is no exception.
Here are some names for this.....
proprietary information
insider information
trade secrets
non public information
its just plain old common sense
I work for a public company and there is information I am not allowed to disclose. I come upon secret trade information every day. You don't see me posting it on my facebook page or telling my friends.
So, if you were a CEO working on a project with several consultants, all of which you want to keep the information to themselves, would you be crazy enough to go blabbing their information all around town? I think most people would answer no. You have to keep secrets from your friends and enemies alike. The minute you give out too much information, you are opening up yourself to attacks from the outside and the loss of any edge you have at the time.
Chevyman....Dont worry, Mugs will take care of everything with the FDA. The FDA will be cuffing Dean real soon after Mugs contacts the FDA criminal investigation unit for us.
Or, Dean has a working near real time 3D device that 70 people from the open house can be witnesses for. This will be a three ring circuis in the courtroom and will be thrown out when Dean fires up the DViS for a live deom to His Honor the high judge.
On one side, there are the "experts" that didnt go to the open house and never saw the DViS, on the other side will be the consultants and witnesses to the open house demo of the DViS and the working machine itself.
I'll get Dean to give you a personal near real time 3D demo of the DViS in his office. When can you make it?
Eva would be stupid to tell her opinion of IMGG or the DViS to anyone over the phone, but then again, she does work for the FDA (for now)
Dean has a working (near real time 3D) device. 70 people saw it. If you weren't one of them, then you didn't see it.
I agree. The FDA will not answer certain questions or even give an opinion on something that is not official and published to the public. So again, I ask - Where are the answers to any of these accusations regarding Dean, Imaging3 or the DViS - in writing?
insert Cricket sounds here......
Bottom line, if you don't have something in writing from the FDA, SEC or other official government agency, it is heresay and likely made up.
Your reply will be regarding a verbal conversation with the FDA that will prove nothing. I could tell you I called the FDA, talked about Dean and they said they had roast beef sandwiches at the meeting, but I could not prove they really did.
Imagine someone from the FDA being confused. The FDA is a government agency that changes their rules all the time, so I would be confused if I worked there too.
Dean talked face to face with the FDA with his consultants and the path is agreed upon, so we will hear from the FDA soon, but this time it will be in writing and it will say "Approved".
Its interesting how phone calls to the FDA regarding IMGG and Dean are stated as facts when there is no written proof. Here's a challenge. Prove something rather than saying "I heard this in a phone call". I'll bet there is nothing in writing regarding personal converstaions with the FDA and there never will be.
If you didn't go, you don't know.
Vibe, apparently eye witnesses are not good enough. Those that didn't go and don't believe will say whatever they want to discourage anyone else from believing the DViS works. Its a shame, this will skyrocket and they will all miss the boat.
High Volume...probably a day trader getting in and out for a couple bucks. There are still a few of them out there. Common Sense.
Yeah, for each seller, there is a buyer and the price is holding at .09. Go figure.
Kimble, YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE OH. YOU COULD HAVE SEEN IT FOR YOURSELF. DEAN WOULD HAVE BEEN GLAD TO LET YOU TAKE YOUR TURN IN THE DVIS AND GET A REALTIME 3D IMAGE OF YOURSELF.
You say "Dean only has device on paper". There are at least 70 people who saw it first hand and disagree with you.
April 5th, 20010? They will be holding those shares for quite a while.
Watch the broadcast for yourself and listen closely. The FDA and Dean are on the same page. This is a 510k. The process is clear and the DViS is nearing the checkered flag of FDA approval.
Wrong. The meeting was not postponed. I don't know where that information came from either, but it is incorrect. I would love to see some facts posted by those who say the meeting did not happen.
Yes, the meeting was scheduled and it did occur. I don't know where that information came from saying there was no meeting, but it is not based on any facts.
Hubris, Where did you hear about the press release? I was hoping this would come out before the MTV spot.
Hubris, please tell us what you know about the meeting.
I have a feeling we will hear from Dean soon.
