Its-a-fact (and common sense), all public companies do not disclose everything. Imaging3 is no exception.

Here are some names for this.....
proprietary information
insider information
trade secrets
non public information

its just plain old common sense

I work for a public company and there is information I am not allowed to disclose. I come upon secret trade information every day. You don't see me posting it on my facebook page or telling my friends.

So, if you were a CEO working on a project with several consultants, all of which you want to keep the information to themselves, would you be crazy enough to go blabbing their information all around town? I think most people would answer no. You have to keep secrets from your friends and enemies alike. The minute you give out too much information, you are opening up yourself to attacks from the outside and the loss of any edge you have at the time.
