Gold $1500 p/once, Does ALTO have Gold?
definately lots of volume, Buyers are on to this 1.
Trapper, is it fair to say that ALTO should be concentrating on the 2 projects rather then paying the accountant today for the Financials, as long as Alto files before the extended deadline. Personally I would be more interested in spending my time and money today, on the production. Look at the BIG PICTURE
Please no replys from GC and Thank You
Sold everything and lost my shirt
Sold everthing and lost my shirt
Sold everything and lost my shirt
When I spoke to investor relations, my questions were straight to the point (1) Is Capital required (2) Will production resume? The answers as followed. The Company Alto is in a position right now to offer investors a plan, we do have financing available from lending sources but the borrowing costs don't seem feasible, his reference to the Company, I know whats going on with the Company right now and production is underway shortly. The amount of minerials is a large scale and revenue will provide investors with a return yield on investment. The stock price should reflect on the Companys growth. Not only do we have 2 properties in production stages, other property licences and the negotiations of another. Many remarks in this form are not certain and that was the reason for my call.
Buy Buy Buy and it dropped some more today, i've been watching this stock drop for over a month, the LOI is great news, Company has 2.5 million surplus in 2009. Price of oil on a rise, many positives. i'm going to put this on my watch list.
Is this a good stock to buy? Thats alot of oil, whats going on?
I think your right now! Just drop the stock right down to.0001. It's only money who cares.
Yes time and patience, but basically from what i understood is there is plentiful of minerals and the plan is to raise the bar. I was looking for the standards and rules for listing, so i shall read up on it, when i get a chance.
I also asked about the CEO to question the slander and bad wrap from this board. The investor relations have alot of good to say about CEO and the Geologist. When i asked about subpenny, he laughed and said this company is heading upwards and it's a good time to invest. Your saying Alto is de listing then re listing, i will call them back to see if thats really the truth.
Many Companies to choose from, thats why it's good to spred your investment money. In regards to Alto, I've been here for awhile with no earnings to show. After contacting the Investor relations department, to confirm the Company was infact in production stages of 2 properties, as well, in an aquisition process of another Property, along with rights of a number of other properties. The overall impression, Alto Group was in the best position right now to invest. Todays news just confirmed that their intention to offer Shares and Warrants and eventually list on Nasdaq, which is a min Cap/share price.
Thats right! and 2 properties are in the middle of production. I spoke to the investors relations and the offering of stock with Warrants is a indication ALTO is ready to jump up to Nasdaq. When i asked if they need Capital? the answer was no, but in retrospect of turning the Company into a Nasdaq stock, an investors plan was established
email ALTO
Oh ya you can see all the stocks in my portfolio?
Yes i got the same impression, positive feedback.
See you guys Best of Luck and i will be watching my interests
You know if you contact ALTO ask for the information package, they we send that to you. It's your opinion to decide if the Company is what your looking for, yes there is hecklers and nothing is ever for sure. ALTO has a game plan, the opportunity to yield a gain is entirely in your own hands
Talked to the office today, if you want answers i suggest to do dd, in my opinion ALTO is a good go. the fist phase is paid for, results to come ( Gold and Silver). Thats only the beginning of news to come. I say P/ps+ in the near future.
The OTC Bulletin Board or OTCBB is an interdealer electronic quotation system in the United States that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information for many over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities that are not listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange or a national securities exchange. Broker-dealers who subscribe to the system can use the OTCBB to look up prices or enter quotes for OTC securities. According to the SEC, "fraudsters often claim or imply that an OTCBB company is a Nasdaq company to mislead investors into thinking that the company is bigger than it is."[1]
Although FINRA oversees and runs the OTCBB, the OTCBB is not part of the NASDAQ stock exchange. In September 2009, FINRA announced that it would be selling the OTCBB.[2] OTCBB formerly collected 100% of quotes, but that number has declined with the rise of its competitor Pink OTC Markets, which is the leading contender for purchasing the OTCBB.[3] In response to the decline of its OTCBB system, FINRA has proposed a "quotation consolidation system" under which it requires dealers to report their quotes to it; Pink OTC argues this is anti-competitive and an abuse of FINRA's authority.[3]
Companies quoted on the OTCBB must be fully reporting (i.e. current with all required SEC filings) but have no market capitalization, minimum share price, corporate governance or other requirements to be quoted. Companies which have been "de-listed" from stock exchanges for falling below minimum capitalization, minimum share price or other requirements often end up being quoted on the OTCBB.
Stock of non-reporting companies (those without current SEC filings) may be quoted in the Pink Sheets. Most OTCBB companies are dually quoted, meaning they are quoted on both the OTCBB and the Pink Sheets.
Stocks traded in OTC markets such as the OTCBB or Pink Sheets are usually thinly traded microcap or penny stocks, and both retail and institutional investors generally avoid them, because of fears that share prices are easily manipulated and there exists a potential for fraud. The SEC issues stern warnings to investors to beware of common fraud and manipulation schemes. As such, most companies choose to list on more established exchanges such as the AMEX, NYSE, or NASDAQ once eligible.
In the United States, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., or FINRA, is a private corporation that acts as a self-regulatory organization (SRO). FINRA is the successor to the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD). Though sometimes mistaken for a government agency, it is a non-governmental organization that performs financial regulation of member brokerage firms and exchange markets.
I just called the office and left a message.
Are you saying that the Alto Board said that they don't plan on continuing to operate the Company, that they are bankrupt and all shareholders should sell their interest. I'm going to call the office.
Where did you read this?
Any news on the shipment of the device.
http://ih.advfn.com/videos/stock-chart/alto-technical-chart-12-3-2010_8izoP9dmzEQ Too many stock blockers, this Video should not have been produced, it was a topic of arguments just to drive the price down, this stock has been pretty stable, with the exception of the bullish run in December. Too much negative comments about the Company and CEO have hurt this stock price. Lots of volume in near year end and beginning of 2011.
A 6 month comparison is usually stronger then a 1 month comparison, retail sales in January always plummet after Christmas. Happy hoho!
The next resistance level looks like .02+, the level has been hovering over the last 6+months, and has dropped to .01+
Good we all understand now!
listen! you just want to buy for cheapies and double like you always do! And suck it out of the mis informed. All these exploration companys run with a deficit and very few are as close to production as ALTO. Go talk up another one, you think is climbing.
The way GCRC talks down the ALTO Company, anyone with some liquid Capital and assets could buy the entirety of the Company and start production today
Are you a member of the Alto board with voting rights? answering questions about operations without the Company's support could be mis leading
Dilute and sell at 2 cents
Will the issuance of non registered shares be used to pay down accrued debt and operation expense? Is Capital required to begin mining? Once the mining starts, income will be generated from operations, thats the bottom line. Getter done, News about mining is golden right now.
I know it's been a wait! that is for sure, long over due for some green days
but only a little more then 1 million shares trasfered hands today, I have more then that myself
It's just minimal volume at these low prices, a couple people sell because they need the money for other reason, other wise, it looks like the majority are in for the Gold production volume.
why do you buy?
Fair! then i guess dilution works if the long term goal is to increase the share price and pay the investors, other wise, there's alot of other profitable company's offering interests. Maybe show the share investors taht the Company is heading to make money and not just suck it out of pocket
