we will never see below 0.025 again. The fact this stock is less than 3 cents right now is because of the CE. When that is lifted, this becomes no longer affordable, as I see it shooting to 8 cent range instantly

i will be looking to add 2.5 million shares at the open tomorrow. Had an order at the close, but they only filled me for 1 million. I think this had potential to bounce in the range of 0.004+++ within a couple of trading days. Will be buying a lot more tomorrow folks.

i agree. the blame has to be put on AUCI. It's simple. Do you think a legitimate company would have this problem? IMO Auci did something HUGELY wrong that messed up the buyout. For instance, the reverse merger can't be all of sudden stopped when something is signed just because a buyout comes along. Something tells me AUCI messed up here big time. What did they do? I wish I knew.

im still holding shares here. But it wont be for too much longer if Auci doesn't come out with news on the reverse merger or buyout

Auctions International is at fault. Where is this reverse merger? You just cant do a deal with a company for a reverse merger and then accept a buyout. Too many games being played by them

it's a shame that Mr. Mann and DR. Newman are so quiet. Makes me want to just sell and move on. If they have nothing to say, how can they truly expect shareholders to be loyal. Makes me sick!!!! These guys need to know this is their company, and share price is effected when they fail to answer any questions!!!!

I think we're all looking at the wrong place for an answer. DR NEWMAN and MR. MANN needs to give shareholders an answer and update on the buyout and reverse merger. And what happened to the supposed buyout. He was claiming the buyout was real, so I think something wrong happened. It's their company and their job to make shareholders have the best value. I dont think either of them are doing their jobs right now!!!!

Auctions International must be at fault here with this offer that happened. No official statement from them. A million things can make a buyout get thrown off the table, and Auctions International must be at fault if they have yet to inform everyone what happened. What ever happened to the reverse merger they had? I think this had to do with that buyout being down. We need something from MR. MANN AND DR> NEWMAN. It's time they do something.

i lost here too man. I am a big believer in AUCI and I know they will get a deal done. It's negotiations, so I hope they even get a better offer. Or maybe the deal about the reverse merger can come into play? Or maybe this is the reason why the bid wasn't accepted. Who knows. But I am still holding.

to me it seems that Auctions International didn't accept the deal, or something went wrong. There is still hope they get bought out. This has just put a lot of pressure on the guys at AUCI to get something done quickly. Even a reverse merger makes buying at these prices, a gift!!!!
