It has to be an automated response or a virus... Superfly response within a few minutes and does not make sense. IMO.
Free Will is the power of making free choices unconstrained by external agencies... Make your choice. Why do you care what we do?
Superfly15... SO GET OUT!!! It is called Free Will!
Not a lot of interest on this one, but I think it has potential.
I googled dazzler65. If that is you....Well... I'm not saying...
I have a lot to learn. Thank you for the information
Maybe AUTO is just that, he set it on "AUTO" and he forgot to identify his requirements, like for instance, looking at the last purchase price. I am a software developer and I have several times thought what if it was a novice programmer who wrote an automated application, but really didn't know the "IF THEN ELSE" Statement...LOL OR The "WHILE LOOP"... LOL
Well, I see on Ameritrade 8100 shares traded, I can't see Level 2, and the stock price is .70. My Fidelity account agrees.
Dumb question, but, would that be because of a smaller buy that didn't show up on level 2?
I missed the information that you had a conversation with Jeremy. Excellent. I'm trying not to be impatient. I like picking up a few more shares here and there when the price is lower, but I must admit when I buy low and it changes the value it makes a big dent in my financial account balances. Be great to see this thing start climbing over $1 again.
Texas, if there is a filing, how soon does it post on the NET? I'm figuring we would see it tomorrow, but on my Ameritrade account I did see a filing for ZLC the very same day.
STLOGIC, Thank you, I need all the encouragement. After all, when this stock rocks, I might just take all you boyz for a ride.... In the car:) In all seriousness though, I have some solid serious questions, which I shall consider prior to posting... Serious post to follow.
Well, I'm going to the Gym, I need to look good when I buy that car!!!LOL
I have 110,500... I just bought the 500 and drove the price down. I bought at the ask, which was well below the price. Seems shady to me.
Someone holding the price down assuming that someone will eventually get tired of the BS and just sell out in which AUTO will be ready to grab the shares? Well, I will start buying, watch AUTO will only sell very few. They want to keep the price down, but they are not willing to sell much at that price.
He looked like an anxious kid wanting some attention. If Louis G JR. backs SEGI publicly, and Ed gets some deals, the business should take off.
Is there a way to find out who AUTO is, which might reveal why they are driving it down.
Thank you stlogic, Iam not sure how patient I am or if I have any wise advice but thank you for the welcome at any rate.
LOL, you guys are too funny, A woman who can afford a car like that!!! What makes you think she would let you guys ride either. LOL Don't let my name deceive you...
Your also rude Golf4food! I never said I wasn't a "Newby". What were you just born with all your knowledge? Those who don't try don't succeed. I made a comment, doesn't mean you have to agree.
Yes, I suppose that is correct, if they are ready to R/M why hold up the transaction because of the market. Maybe I approached it more from a marketing stand in which better investor confidence, better time to make a transition. I have a lot to learn, but I have a friend who has run very large companies and is a CEO of a very large company, and sometimes I go by some of the things he tells me.
I think we need to be patient. It is our best interest. S. Holtzman (sp?) is a very busy man this year involved in a lot of business transactions. Even if he is not micro-managing this transaction, the current economic situation in the east and gas prices will certainly negate any announcement and I am quit certain he will hold off until the general investors feel more secure in the economic condition and the factors at hand. For example, GM and Zale as well as others had good profit announcements. Both stocks still took second seat and went down on the investor fears. Patience is not a virtue I typically possess, however in this area, patience is paradigm.
I'm ready to Rock-N-Roll!
Hello, I am new to this board, however, I am very excited by what everyone has posted, I own 295K of SEGI. I think the media with L. Gossett and Ed (CEO of SEGI) is absolutely exciting. For one, they presented a wake up call to a market of revenue that is being overlooked. Even if they are not going to primarily focus on African American films, as with any marketing idea, it is important to identify a market in which the revenue stream could easily be increased. That is what they are doing. I give applaud. Of course I will give great applaud when the company produces what it looks like they do have the potential to produce.
Level,
Would a stock split be likely? How does that work? Is there a lot of filing to be done. Also at what point does the stock transition from a penny stock and would they have to do a stock split? That would give Foreman even larger opportunities to make money.
Then that would make it seem even more likely that they would roll Homeclick into GFME to ensure that guarantee. Holtzman surely gave himself plenty of time and had a fairly firm business plan in place in order to feel confident enough to follow through with a guarantee like that giving himself 3 years, plenty of time to overcome any obstacles.
TexasOil,
I was looking back at the posts trying to find one where you talk about a 20 million share buyout guarantee to the Foremans. What was that about and where did you find that information?
Also TexasOil, I noticed in the past that when I would put in a buy for 5K-10K, they will immediately up their price and I only get a few hundred shares at a time. To me what you are saying makes sense, because it is apparent that they are only wanting to sell to themselves. I played their game for awhile and chased their rising price in order to accumulate shares. However as you stated, if they can sell for $1.05, why drop it back to .77?
I'll check it out. I have to go to a meeting. I'll let you know what I can find out later today.
I agree. I have a friend who can assist me in doing the same.
Isn't their regulations against stock manipulation. Isn't some agency supposed to monitor and check out the possibility of someone manipulating stocks? I know this is penny stocks, but seems like penny stocks would be even more critical with all the false penny stocks out there.
One more comment, LOL, Until that commercial, I didn't know they had automated toilets with remote controls...LOL.. I'm thinking those women shopping at Neiman's and Saks, are going to go demand one!!! LOL...The only other way to market that Toilet is to put it in an Adam Sandler Movie!!! HaHa!
I think we are looking at several different markets. Holtzman, is very savvy about different markets apparently, by looking at the variety of business entities that he is involved in. Homeclick is not the market for the woman who typically shops at Neimans or Saks, however, it is a market for people who do make decent money, but are more particular where their dollars go. I initially would have agreed with Golf4Food, however, I have some experience in Marketing, but I am far from an expert. I considered the possible situation and took a more humorous stand. I am however confident that when GF makes his debut, it will certainly be consistent with his current professional appearance.
As off the wall as the toilet commercial is, and not very professionally made. The actress was a little over zealous, but then, how do you act when you are sitting on a toilet in front of a large audience explaining the modern features...LOL... The commercial has a shock effect to it. To afford television they will need some additional revenue, I am thinking and maybe these techniques at least get them some notoriety. I lived in Alb NM in the Late 80's. This guy who owned a sporting goods store I think had commercials on TV, he was loud and obnoxious and then he shaved his head on TV, but his over the wall behavior made him very wealthy.
Too funny, it is a funny commercial, I guess that is one way to get people to remember their name.
MGPPlayer247, I agree. I got in on this one late in the game, but I have felt confident and bought up over 100K in shares. Sometimes when you all see a buy at the ask I buy in 5K - 10K. When I do this the price goes up and I only get a small amount of shares I ask for, watch, I'll do it tomorrow morning. LOL....It's funny when I manipulate the share price. I had to sell 5K one day because I needed liquid cash, and I sold low and it dropped the price, but someone went in and picked it up again right away.
