No worries, the SEO for Bravada is really quite complicated and quite impressive for the websites to be built in house by Danny. I only know because I have recently been building an Ecommerce website and Danny has given me some useful tips throughout the process. It truly is a complicated process to build an attractive functioning website. Stock perspective aside for BRAV whether people are pro or con the work Danny has done on all of the websites really is impressive.
I try to only post when someone has a question that I know the answer and when I see gross inaccuracies of facts that can be referenced via filings in rebuttal.
But I think I have been on here to much today as well. Happy holidays to all.

So upon review of todays discussion of Brav, I corrected several false statements with facts from BRAV filings rebutted with only excerpts of sentences and posts that were copy/pasted/rearranged together in order to attempt any sort of credibility to respond.
This has been entertaining. I will repost some of my questions today about Brav that were deflected, rearranged, and down right avoided to give a second opportunity to respond.
Did you know that Onlyleggings and Worldofleggings were advertising and offering holiday clothing on Nov 6th and Nov 8th to present?
Did you know that a third party other than the company can do a paid promotion even if they are only a common shareholder?
What is the reason for the opposite? (when referring to the Brav PPS having a green day causes pain)
How much did Brav pay for the commercial?
Was the commercial cost more than the 81k Danny put into the company?
Brav did 3.5 million revenue last year from nothing with zero dilution in that time. Did he get lucky? (in response that Danny was a poor business man)
Would you like a link? (talking about some Facts that directly proved some statements made false)
Why are you pulling excerpts from my post, cutting off sentences, and refusing to answer my questions about brav?
Why is .0054 (low PPS) more relevant than .0066 (high and current PPS)?
Most important..........Are you insinuating Danny does not disclose material information to the public?
Those are the questions about Brav that were met with deflection and avoidance.

Just an FYI, when I post specific numbers and dates I know I am right. Call it arithmetic and filings.
Lol exactly!!!
Interesting, are you insinuating Danny does not disclose material information to the public?
Why is .0054 more relevant than .0066?
I always give the curtesy of quoting entire statements in my post. I do not pull out certain key words to try and make a point. Doing so shows weakness in a debate.

Why are you pulling excerpts from my post, cutting off sentences, and refusing to answer my questions about brav? I said there was no dilution in 2012 and a convertible private placement note from 2011. Lol deflecting and picking certain words out of my post shows weakness in a debate. I understand.

OTC Magic in the press Release is a promo company. I could not find BRAV on their disclosure.

I wonder if a third party is going to try a promo here on BRAV again. It worked in Feb before. According to their website they have "monster pick" coming.

Some Late Night Brav Thoughts
I saw some Margins Dropping off on some Big Retail Company's reports and future guidance so I looked a little further into some retail company's current "deals." Now one has to know that major retailers (or any business) have the ability to float inventory and cost from one quarter to the next for whatever reason they deem necessary.

I really do not think the retail industry is doing as well as being led on in the posts on this board while pointing the finger at Danny. I think some might want to give some validity to what Danny is saying about discretionary spending in the fashion industry among consumers. The Q3 numbers may have been down from last year, but I do not think that we are losing any market share in the industry of women's leggings (that is kind of a big deal in the whole Stock Market thingy). VivaVuva.com only has market share to gain since the recent launch.
Now I get that companies do discounts during the holiday shopping season (marketing). The usual is to mark up the original price and then discount that mark up which would not effect their profit margins because of the discount derived from ordering larger quantity. This is not evident in a lot of retailers Q3 profit margin reports and Q4 guidance.
I will post some links, since the housing market has been coming back I think a lot of discretionary spending has been put back into households upgrades and even auto sales (all of which factor into retail consumer spending reports).
First link is to how high the market is going verse the Profit Warnings.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-12-12/retail-sales-in-u-s-rose-in-november-by-most-in-five-months.html
Notice the Facts in this link for consumer spending during Q3 2013 (July, Aug, Sept). This just shows a little validity to what Danny has been saying.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-11-20/retail-sales-in-u-s-increased-more-than-forecast-in-october.html
Remember Q3 fall off in sales? Just maybe (hard for some to believe here) that Danny was telling the truth about discretionary spending. I think the Alexa rankings were very accurate for Brav but the site visits verse conversions to sales dropped off from previous levels. I don't think less people are visiting the sites than before, but I think the discretionary spending for retail clothing has been less prioritized than before. When the economy was struggling people would buy clothing before a car. When the economy is coming back than they will buy a car or home improvements before fashion clothing initially because of the flash of confidence in future wealth. I think we are seeing that transition and makes an opportunity for investing in any fashion retail company (or any industry that is effected by economic circumstance) that has a great percentage of their market share. There markets may have been falsely deflated do to a fall of in revenue but not market share because of discretionary spending in their particular industry. This makes the company an investment opportunity if they can survive and strive during the economic circumstance at hand.
When looking at a stock and a company, one needs to look at the market (industry as a whole) before passing judgment.
I just thought I would share some of my thinking and assessment of Bravada's performance as relative to the retail market. Investments make a substantial amount of my annual income, and maybe things are not as black and white as they seem on a message board.

I don't dissect one company upon valuation of one report in their sectors lowest tradition quarter. I look at the industry as a whole. Hey I cant spell or do proper grammar either, but I can do arithmetic like a champ.
Lol you guys are so not my generation. But I have a feeling my future children will be making some Saved By the Bell jokes down the road.
Your not Danny?
When ever you think your team sucks. Just think I am a Bucs fan :(
I mean how can someone with a thought process like that possibly have any discretionary income to even invest? Lotto ticket? Parents Money? Someone remember them on their will. I feel like I just stepped into 3rd grade economics class.
Did you read the filing today? DA put how much cash into the company? Any response? A negative one perhaps? Anyone?
He defiantly has passion and I think the fact that he put 81k of his money in instead of diluting shares (conversion was from 2011) shows he cares about his shareholders.
Glta

So I was right about the share issuance, and Danny put 81k of his own money into the company. That is awesome.

The shares can't be sold before the OS is updated. I am saying I believe it was 2 year old financing at least (not sold but recently converted). As far as updating the OS, when was the last time the TA was called? I have not called in over a month.
Glta

There was a PR for OL on Aug 5, Sept 20, Sept 24, Nov 21 and today. In that same time VivaVuva had 4 PR's. Before that, they each had one. I was incorrect about my post earlier today about OL PR's.

Will have to dig through financials to look at PPS and timing for what I am looking for and of course wait until the annual to confirm.
But a 3,666,667 share conversion from a 10k private placement would be a PPS in the .0027 range. That stands out in my head from along time ago.
Glta
Go brav
I believe the common shares were emptied before the conversion. I don't think it would make much sense converting raising the OS by 3.6 million then selling the common holdings. From what I "believe" this was not a planned situation and an unfortunate one that warranted significant capital for unforeseen circumstances. But you are correct any raising of the OS is dilution by definition.
Glta
Go brav
Are you kidding? It has been talked about on this board for years.
Glta

I don't think the dilution of 3.6 came from Danny exactly. There was a private placement on the books for years from a major shareholder that fell into some tuff times a year or so ago. I suspect this was the last of his investment in Brav.
Glta

Now that was a post!!!!
We are pretty much on the same page. I believe any company that does almost 3.5 million in revenue a year needs some upper management help. Perhaps surround yourself with like minded people to bounce ideas off of or even have someone delegated to specific departments. That is a lot of sales volume to focus on the sustainment of business and expansion at the same time for any one person. I believe Danny is very talented but I think he needs to surround himself with mgmt help where Danny can step back and be a CEO of the company he is building.
