Go look at the history, it was spun off from Rushnet several years ago.
I did read the newswire, having plans and actually doing it is two different things.
Virtually every pump and dump scam uses the same playbook.
To date it's been BS piled on top of BS, all protected by the Safe Harbor Statement.
All of the smoke and mirrors don't impress me.
I had shares since this was spun off from it's parent Rushnet.
When I see something positive and it's making money for the long share holders, I'll be onboard.
The old saying goes, money talks, BS walks, so far all I,ve seen is pump and dump BS.
I'm sure there are others waiting to see if the latest plans come to fruition from looking at the amount of shares moving.
How many times have we seen these type PRs from scam companies, always protected by the Safe Harbor Statement.
I'll believe the part about the audit and becoming a fully reporting company when I see it happen.
Some interesting reading, the attorney letter posted on 4/3/20.
As of November 2019, the attorney had/was given 25 million unrestricted shares of APRU.
Is it coincidence that the pie in the sky PR came out shortly after the attorney letter ?
If APRU was doing so great, why wouldn't their financials be audited ?
One would think they would get their ducks/financials in a row before posting pie in the sky PRs if they wanted prospective investors to believe they were legitimate/serious.
The only time they seem to move is when they post a pie in the sky PR that is short lived and never goes anywhere.
I didn't need to, just the fact they are unaudited is a big red flag !
As long as this company has been around, they have never produced any sustained value for share holders.
This looks more like a pump and dump.
They haven't done squat for the last 3 years and now a pie in the sky PR that doesn't really show anything.
The same old crap protected by the Safe Harbor Statement.
No audited financials hmmmmm......!
According to their PR, they have a verbal agreement with a major university.
That means absolutely nothing until it's on paper and signed by both parties.
That's why I wrote my post the way I did.
IMO BIEI has been a pump and dump scam since it's existence.
The evidence/reality is it has never produced anything of value for the share holders to date.
We'll see soon enough if the latest PR is for real and they really do have something.
Remember they can write a lot of things including lies that are protected by the Safe Harbor Statement.
If this is true and that's a big IF, this would be huge for Premier Biomedical and it's share holders.
Remember this is a patent "application" and someone else could already have a patent for this procedure.
I hope for all of our sakes this not just another BS PR.
This is the same pump and dump scam it's always been.
They have nothing, produce nothing but BS to keep the scam going.
Dumping millions of shares at a .0001 or .0002 uptick over and over, fleecing/taking suckers for a ride straight down.
You are correct.
IMO these people have nothing and seize on every opportunity to throw out more BS and keep on scamming to enrich themselves.
If you believe that, I've got some oceanfront property in Arizona to sell !
The only thing I'm seeing here is some trying to flip for a few dollars before the RS.
He lures investors/suckers by posting BS on various websites and nothing ever comes of it.
All legal protected by the Safe Harbor Statements.
These scenarios get repeated by the same people.
Run something into the ground, change the name and repeat it, they apparently make a pretty good living at it.
Only until they do the RS, the name change and start pumping this scam under a new name.
After the R/S they'll be pumping this scam to catch a few more suckers.
The only thing this scam is good for is flippers holding millions of shares to pump and dump at one or two upticks.
IMO unless they can come up with something concrete, this scam will never again see a penny.
You are right about the RS, typically when these scammers announce a time frame for an RS, it happens soon after the beginning of the time frame.
Then comes the name change and the BS pumping starts again.
IMO the RS will probably come first then the name change and they will pump this scam like it's a new company to fleece more suckers before they realize it's the same people running the same scam under a different name.
LOL, there's a lot of truth told in a joke and BIEI is a joke played on the now bagholders.
Because BIEI is shown to be a scam company just like it's JV partner RUSHNET.
Promise the world and never deliver anything.
These clowns would probably flourish as politicians with the swamp dwellers in D.C. .
IMO, anything other than the announced Reverse split put out by these jokers/clowns from BIEI is highly suspect.
They have never accomplished anything other than bilking investors just like their joint venture partner RUSHNET.
No, these scams are always protected by the Safe Harbor Statements.
That's why pinkies are such high risk.
Highly unlikely, people will be dumping to save what they can.
I've never seen a stock price rise after a reverse split has been announced.
Hartman claims the RS will be in 2020 but my experience has been much sooner.
They have to wait 20 days after the filing/announcement, the RS will occur soon after that time.
Once the RS is complete, the few shares we have left will have a much higher price for a few hours maybe as much as a day or two but probably wont even be enough to pay the broker fee to get rid of them.
I guess I can say, I told you so !
When BIEI announced a joint venture with the scam company RUSHNET, it would lead to their demise and a major ripoff of shareholders.
IMO these people at BIEI have shown themselves to be the same as the cunning con artists that have been operating RUSHNET for years.
IMO they will continue to pull these scams over and over.
They blatantly lie to rip off investors and get away with it because they are always protected by THE SAFE HARBOR STATEMENTS.
What are you implying ?
This patent was 10/21/2014, it appears it never went anywhere in 5 years as far as clinical trials or being FDA approved.
IMO this is just an attempt to pump and dump an otherwise worthless stock.
The products showing here can be purchased at OLLIE'S outlet stores much cheaper than what shows here.
That says a lot about the value of these products and the integrity of the people involved.
Sounds like a scam to get malware/spyware into your computer.
I got a similar message and just deleted it.
Today GRPS has a yield sign, that doesn't speak well for them.
IMO it appears BIEI threw away any integrity they may have had when they joined up with the likes of RUSHNET and GRPS, two worthless paper companies.
IMO this becoming a conglomerate of con artists.
Birds of a feather.
All BS to pump and dump this RUSHNET scam.
Nothing they have posted has ever come to fruition.
Nothing of value for the shareholders.
It appears that does not bode will for Premier Biomedical.
IMO, These people are either among the biggest idiots in the business or among the top scammers, I suggest the latter is the case since they are associated with their joint venture partners RUSHNET scammers.
All people will be doing with BIEI is pump and dump.
Everything I see so far is nothing but BS.
Nothing has been accomplished to benefit the shareholders.
You mean a possible slide down to trips don't you ?
This scam is nothing more than a pump and dump like it's joint venture partner RUSHNET.
Nothing they have said has come to fruition.
One of their key phrases in their interviews is, "We hope to".
IMO what that means is we hope to fleece as many suckers as we can before we bankrupt this company then come back under another name to fleece some more suckers.
If it's just a name change, it shouldn't wipe us out but if they dissolve/go bankrupt this company and open with another name as a new company, it could very well wipe everyone out.
I've seen it happen.
I agree, many of the same products showing here, you can buy at Ollie's discount stores much cheaper than these prices.
IMO investors are beginning to realize that these people are a bunch of con artists just like the folks at their joint venture partner RUSHNET.
Birds of a feather scam together.
Mostly what we're seeing here is flippers doing the same thing they have been doing with Rushnet, dump a million or 2 shares at a 0002 uptick over and over.
IMO BIEI will soon be joining it's scam joint venture partner in the triple zeros headed for 0001 again.
My bad, you're right, I was thinking of the Rushnet scam.
They announced as joint venture partners allegedly for marketing purposes.
As it turns out, the only thing they are marketing is their con artist BS skills to rip off investors.
That's why we can talk about both on the IH websites.
I agree, when I bought this stock, it looked like it had good potential.
When BIEI announced a joint venture partnership with the well known RUSHNET scam, IMO it sealed it's fate as to it's whether it is a viable company.
It has shown us by it's actions/PRs and lack of anything of value for shareholders that is not the case.
It has shown itself to be a PUMP & DUMP scam just like it's JV partner Rushnet.
I and I'm sure other investors hope it it will get high enough for us to at least recover our investments.
Then pumping and dumping a few million shares at a time on a 0002 uptick.
Pretty good payday from a scam isn't it?
So what you're saying is, it's easier to run a scam company than be legitimate and honest with investors.
That sounds about right in pennyland, it's a pumper and dumper's paradise.
When one sees what's been the routine for this company and their joint venture scam partner company RUSHNET, it's pretty obvious.
We keep hearing all of these ifs.
There's an old saying about ifs that fits RUSHNET very well.
It goes "If in one hand, $h..t in the other and see which one fills up first".
I will be dumping BIEI if it gets high enough to get my investment back.
That's about all you can say for it.
IMO either these folks are either total morons or scheming con artists.
They appear to have taken BIEI from something that had potential and driven it into the ground.
They don't appear to be following through on anything to improve their potential.
When they hooked up with RUSHNET, IMO a well documented pump and dump scam, they destroyed any credibility they had for creating value for their shareholders and it appears they are going the same route as RUSHNET.
BIEI has been going downhill ever since.
I would like to see it turn around but at this point it does not look good.
