That's about all you can say for it.
IMO either these folks are either total morons or scheming con artists.
They appear to have taken BIEI from something that had potential and driven it into the ground.
They don't appear to be following through on anything to improve their potential.
When they hooked up with RUSHNET, IMO a well documented pump and dump scam, they destroyed any credibility they had for creating value for their shareholders and it appears they are going the same route as RUSHNET.
BIEI has been going downhill ever since.
I would like to see it turn around but at this point it does not look good.
