Well everyone - It's been one hell of a go - I am officially no longer a long in XMDC :/
I had to sell because I'm getting married and the few grand this was worth yesterday to me is really gonna help it haha :)

I hope it does go back down to 0001 so I can get a few hundred bux in to get a few hundred thousand shares in hopes she will get some good news!

I'm out until it drops back down that low - and depending on WHY - Hopefully I can get back in!

I'll still be on the board... It's kinda like crack right? haha :)

If it does skyrocket - It's BECAUSE I sold and that's JUST my luck hahaha - SOOO I'll be accepting tips for making the stock take off by not being in it!

See.. this is a great instance where that theory is actually valid. Some people babble on and on about how "OH THE MMs ARE TRYING TO SHAKE US DONT FALL FOR IT!" when it's normally just a bunch of flippers selling - pps is just tanking.. But these crazy BxA pops that are bouncing 30%-40% ESPECIALLY when some people have orders in above the last sell that hit seems like it's deff. the MMs...

Let it go to 2 cents please mms.. I'd like to cash out some of my shares and jump back in in a couple days when the pps is in the 3's - 5's.....

Oh - NOT TO MENTION the fact - Contracts are called CONTRACTS for a reason, right? So what of the CONTRACTS the hospitals ALREADY HAVE with OTHER COMPANIES?!?!?! They have to find the right hospitals, that have expiring contracts, that are willing to accept their products which they've never used, and are brand new (which may or may not be an issue, just a point to think about right?) as well as dealing with a three person team instead of a fully functioning business with sales reps, and a long chain of command that has been around for years....

As far as bidding goes: It's the 30:10:1 rule... Call and make 30 contacts, 10 may call back, and you may get ONE to accept the proposal and take it to the next step. This is how sales work....

How many companies are there like this one? How many medical supply companies have been born, are being born and have failed?

open your eyes to this information people - I know a hundred guitarists that make 50% of the most famous guitarists look like little kids playing air guitars... But they're playing in their basement with a couple buddies working a landscaping gig.. Not saying that's a bad career choice, but I'm saying just because they're good doesn't mean they will win.

Bottom line buck - (oh and I apologize about clustering you with the people that made fun of how many shares I have - by the way..) I want this company to succeed.

Me holding shares is my support. - May not be 10 million shares but I simply do not want to risk that much money on a stock that has lost pps value for 7 months straight... took a sale of 700,000 shares to get me even + 435k shares...I'm happy with the amount of shares I have especially because they were basically free.

Ridiculous theories that the members of this company had been working on multi million dollar contracts before the company was formed - and I'm theorizing how that just could not be the case..

And thinking about it - they have to pull of at LEAST a few million dollar contracts (on an average of 1.1 million dollars a month) between now and when they report their yearly financials - how are you going to juggle more than one of these contracts with a hand full of people? That is an unBELIEVABLE amount of work to be done....

If they pull it off I will give them a standing ovation as well as admit the fact that I was 100% wrong in my assumptions that they can not pull off 10 million dollars in the next months to come...

I will be HAPPY to be completely wrong here. But I'm just pointing out the situation the company is in at this point, and that the "just give them a little time" statement is a little ridiculous, and gets more and more ridiculous every month we do not hear of contracts/deals being signed...

My point in this post: There isn't enough time between the FDA approvals - and working at other companies to speak with hospitals or whomever about large contracts like this.

Either they were working and couldn't speak with potential clients legally or they weren't working for previous companies in which case they were in the process OF getting their products approved by the FDA - meaning they didn't HAVE FDA approved products and therefore - nothing to present to a client for hopes of multi-million dollar deals.

This is a post that's worth one of my last 2 posts of the day...

This is what I'm talking about, 3TI - is the fact that most sub-penny/penny stocks have this playful proposition in mind that "IF WE COULD JUST TAP 1% OF THE MARKET WE WOULD BE HUUUUUUGEEEEEEEEE" it's almost a stereotype. Which is why one should be extremely skeptical when something looks too good.

This company looks TOO GOOD people - and yet another beautiful display of irony. The company is so good it is doing horrible on the short term front - and again again again again AGAIN - people are correct in stating that we don't know if they will hit their 10mil mark based on what we have, but if we are to expose ourselves to what data we DO have as far as projected revenues are concerned - it just will NOT happen within the year. $10,000.00 in three months does not equate to $10,000,000.00 a year. And I don't even think the revs are near the 10k mark on top of it.

If we broke it down monthly - which I think is [at least] a fair point of reference - SGLN would have to make a little under $1,000,000.00 a month from here on out to reach that projection they gave off.

That being said, hopefully the current sales - a neck brace or whatever here, and a scalpel or 2 there - are just "trial sales" meaning they are just testing processes and are [insert corporate term for progression here - ramping, gearing, launching] up a faster route to their business model/plan.

What do you think 3Ti ? (that sounds like some cool new drug that all the kids are taking! lol!) - because I value your opinion over everyone else's here (no offense everyone... 3TI just spills it how it opens and I admire that)

It is very frustrating- exactly why I speak in concern/anger or whatever people want to call it :) Truth is, my facial expression is the same as when I'm fishing. lol :)

Not new - not the best - not the worst - But yes - something bad happens I'm not going to roll over and say, "bahhh it's all good, the company I put my money into is doing poorly pps-wise now, but hell who cares? It's only my money they're using!"

you're 100% right short term the pps doesn't REALLY matter - but the perception the pps gives off is incredibly visual right? I've said my fair share of negative things - direct - about the company but overall I think I've said some positive things about the company as well. Good idea, good plan, SEEMINGLY good management - even though that's all the company really is right now (which is FINE for a starter company you can't hire a hundred employees right off the get most of the time)

But so FAR - bad sales (and if you extrapolate the data-in-hand, we're in trouble with the 10 mil projection) , bad volume and bad pps...

AGAIN - I know it's only THREE (3) tha-reee (NOT FOUR/4/one more than 3 hahahah) months in and this is why I STILL OWN SHARES. I like giving things a shot.. I'm a long term holder - and have flipped smaller portions of my shares to either gain position or ease my way to even money with some shares sprinkled on top. I've been in about a half dozen companies for a year plus - almost including this one.. I THINK I'm about even with this company too - sold some when there was a bump in pps a bit back to make sure I didn't lose money - just shares in this company..

This company is doing everything wrong. Projecting themselves up to fail - 10 mil in revenues. honestly you REALLY believe that this is the case? and even if it does - you'll probably find they are in 20 million in debt or something completely ridiculous like that.

If I were you - PLEASE GOD do not buy more shares... this is a tank and a money pit for the execs that are running this crap. People like you and I will not make good money -if any - on this stock. I'll bet my shares on it.

When the PR is issued we might know more - In the meantime I don't think there's room to predict any pps, or predict anything with what XMDC has to offer just yet...... There could be a new deal in the works and you nor anyone has any idea. Yes, I understand both sides here.

Hmm. No I would be a little more concerned about it in a few months..... If they're not at some recognizable standpoint with the value of the company sales-wise over a steady period of time then projected sales look grim imo... All we have is what information is given to us... so to base your dollar predictions into the double digit millions on a few thousand in sales would be a BAD idea in my opinion, once again.

They've projected over 10 million in revenues for the year, and only sold what a few thousand and it's mid march? that means they'll have to pull out an average of $82,608 from here on out monthly to hit their projected target.. unless they get some big deals going through... I'm not sure if egos have anything to do with this for sure BUT - sure feels that way eh? heh...
