I believe Lee has been to Africa. I have seen a picture of him with a high official in Ghana. He also has pictures of him in Africa on his Facebook. I have not seen any pictures of him with Niger officials. The Ghana deal I believe was a real effort that didn't work out. I believe the deals PR'd after that may have been fabricated by the company to bring interest into their SP. Very strange when the company has an MOU, the deal is closing, and funding gets pulled time after time. I know AMMX is a business in California. Strange that they have had many CFO's come and go and they will not get compliant with the SEC. The "Yield" sign is on their ticker for a reason. Strange that the new COO is a semi-retired police chief who would essentially know nothing about doing business internationally or domestically. My point in all of this is that it's very easy for them to say that they are closing a new deal with the country of Niger without accountability. After reading all about their history, I deemed it necessary that they provide proof that an actual Niger deal exists. Why is the Niger deal a secret and why won't they provide proof? You can believe him and Marty but I think that new investors should know that the company has a record of PR'ing things that never come to pass. For now, a copy of Lee's flight to Niger within the last 3 months would be enough for me to believe that maybe there actually is a deal in the works this time.
If I can see a photocopy of Lee's flight to Niger dated anytime in the last 3 months, I'll leave this board and surrender it to the cheerleaders - fair enough?
Is the name of this board AMMX or MikTrader? If it was MikTrader I would tell you all the great reasons why I am Christian. So if I post on here and I don't own shares, I'm a basher? Is this board only for cheerleaders who are pro-AMMX? Someone visits this board and they see all the positive rah rah comments from biased shareholders - is it possible they are misled at that point? Is it fair that a company would keep issuing outlandish PR'S and not provide proof when questioned about it? Should they not be telling the truth, what is to stop them from continuing? All you guys just want to believe Lee and Marty which is fine. I'm choosing to look at the facts and history of the company and sharing my thoughts accordingly. Yes, please, block me and don't comment to me. My posts are for people looking in who want to know the complete story. I wish I would've been more open-minded about AMMX when Decker showed up instead of being stubborn and just believing.
Could you please provide evidence that AMMX has a contract in the works with Niger? Any concrete piece of evidence will do.
This isn't about me. This is about a Niger deal that we have no proof of from a non reporting company that has a history of multiple failed PR's. Increase in share count greater than 100 million over the last two years and an L2 that has VNDM and CANT with an unknown amount of shares. You keep cheerleading and I'll keep pointing out the facts.
You manipulated my words and didn't answer the question I posed to you. How come?
My statement was no trader in their right mind would buy when VNDM is on the ask. You changed my words to fit your lie.
I said I do not care if the SP goes up or down because you kept asking me this question and then saying I was not being truthful because I didn't answer. My thought in saving people money is that if this Niger deal does not go through, I can easily see this headed back to .002. My goal here is to bring awareness about the risk.
When I look at a message board, I look for truthful opinions from people that seem to grasp both sides - the good and the bad. I don't look for opinions from cheerleaders such as yourself that are only showing a biased opinion or only considering the positive. You calling me a liar serves no greater purpose other than to protect your investment.
I believe that if AMMX would show proof of the Niger deal, this could be a worthy investment. I believe they need to show some kind of proof because of all their failed PR's. If you look back on the old Ihub posts you will see how many people were invested in this company only to have these big deals not work out and they probably lost money.
But, I know, you just want to cheerlead and call me a liar. Whatever makes you happy.
Yep, and that's a lot of shares over 2 1/2 years. I'm not sure what is LOL about that.
My answer to that question is that I do not care if the SP goes up or down. I thought that was obvious in my answer. I want to find the truth here.
He didn't answer my question about VNDM or CANT or SP falling, etc.. but of course you aren't going to focus on that.
Yes. I don't want people to lose money on this company. If people make money here, I'm happy. I don't want people to have a false hope in a company that I believe isn't being truthful. Any more questions?
I am a Christian man that seeks truth. I seek truth in myself, in the government, and in individuals. You do not have to believe anything I say but it is your duty to discover the facts and make your own conclusion. I am here because I once believed in the company and now I believe that they are making up PR'S to keep their SP above .002 where it was in recent past. Why would proof of the Niger deal be unfathomable? If I was a business owner and I wanted my shareholders to believe in my company, I would disclose what I could. Especially if I wasn't fully reporting. Why is that so difficult for some people to grasp? Keep buying all the shares you want. I'm going to keep telling what I believe to be the truth about this company.
If the Niger deal is right around the corner, why is VNDM continually taking the bid? How many shares does CANT have? This SP should be going up not down. Can you explain this? Or are you just going to insult me like everyone else that doesn't have an answer to these questions?
I understand what you are saying. If they didn't have a record of failed PR's in the past, this would be a no brainer. The fact that they keep on backing out of becoming fully compliant with the SEC and the fact that they will not commit to any factual confirmation of this Niger deal makes all this very fishy. They have a very poor track record and over a hundred million new shares in the last year and a half. They are authorized to 1 billion. Read the old ihub posts. They keep claiming things and nothing ever comes to pass. Their COO is part time and his only experience is the police department. Their CFO is part time and she has a company that she is in charge of. VNDM is continually on L2 so someone is getting rid of their shares. You can believe all you want but the facts/evidence is stacked up against this company. Write them asking for some proof of the Niger deal and you'll know what I'm talking about. Ask Marty why her business license is suspended. Ask Kevin why he is no longer employed there. This is all just too risky.
Nice. Thank you. I'm really more of a trader though.
I've been watching L2 also. Seems like it was one MM with the shares (ATDF?) But I watch so many that I can't be for sure. Anyway, news would be huge if they finish as you mentioned.
Not bad at all. This is going to be huge when it goes.
If volume comes on a day that no dilution is present, this could be a huge runner.
Does saying that childish stuff make you feel better or do you somehow think you're being witty?
No trader in their right mind would buy a stock when the bid keeps being chomped away by VNDM. Your insults and lies tell me a lot about who you are and how you esteem yourself.
We're on the breakout board! Say whaaaaa?
My pick is TWDL @ .001.
I really need to get on the board.
Picked up some shares in the .0007's. Look like this is picking up steam and could have quite a run. I like the float here.
Also, Niger, as of Friday, is being attacked by Boko Haram. I'm pretty sure Lee won't be going to a country that is being attacked by Islamist militants.
A safer way to invest in AMMX if you're convinced the Niger deal is actually legit would be to wait for the PR/announcement that actually states that they are awarded the contract.
You may miss out on a couple of fractions of a penny but you will still be able to get in early and it will be much less risky.
Wait until VNDM is gone and CANT either leaves or shows his true share count. Right now any buying is very risky. If another delay comes up or someone sells their shares, there is not enough buying pressure to keep it from going subpenny. Notice Marty and Lee haven't stated that they are involved with those postings regarding the Niger purchase.
You know for a fact that AMMX employees have traveled to China and Niger? Proof?
It will link AMMX directly to this project and then if they say "funding was pulled" once again, we can then verify whether or not they were actually ever part of this to begin with. Notice that Marty will never commit to anything of that nature in writing. She made it clear once again that this project is not a go until they get funding approval.
Personally, I would like to see her say in writing that those articles are the same project that AMMX is working on. She has not confirmed anything by her words. Same verbage as before.
Did she confirm that those links that GarronSC supplied are directly linked to the deal that AMMX is involved with?
I wish you would disappear as well.
When I first bought into AMMX I wrote Marty suggesting that they reduce their A/S to something more realistic. Something significantly under 1 Billion. I think I see now why my idea was shot down.
I wonder if Kevin's shares are hitting the market. I wonder how many shares the new CFO and COO are getting. I wonder if Marty still has her shares. I wonder who's shares really became unrestricted last year. Just thinking out loud.
Jeff has been the most accurate one on this board. I wish I would've listened to him way back when we were in the .04 range. I have a feeling many others wish they would've listened to him as well.
My pick is RSII @ .0012
I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are saying. Is it possible you can rephrase it so I can understand your point?
Yes, you're right. If you look at the old posts, it doesn't appear that anyone has ever called them out on their failed PR's. Everyone just takes their losses and goes about their business. That is why it is very important that all shareholders demand to see some proof of this deal. If it was their first PR/deal, I wouldn't even bat an eyelash. But this is now their 5th failed PR.
If they can't answer due to contractual agreement, mention to them that any real evidence that they actually have a large deal pending in Niger would suffice. Pictures of the trip to China/Niger. Email addresses of the two representatives on the ground in Niger or any third party so one designated person can contact them. Even a sworn statement would work. It can't be a verbal though - it has to be in writing and I hope you post it on here should you actually get something.
You're very wise Moras!
Alien, this is really getting us nowhere. You can nitpick everything I say if you like. Look at history, logic, motive, and accountability if you really want to. If not, just keep on believing. All you have right now are promises from people who have a lot of money at stake.
In my email to her I said "Marty, based on your past history of large African contracts that did not materialize, please provide me with some kind of proof that the Niger deal actually exists".
This was her reply:
I don't want to see the contract, I want proof that they are actually working a deal with Niger. A picture of Lee with the Minister of Transportation would suffice. Anything. Interesting that she says they are a reporting company when they have a Yield sign next to their ticker. Limited info only!
