File with SEC Daily... Day 28. Its funny how the article in the Fresno Bee didn't mention the increase of O/S, or the fact that the announcement of the BUYER (not potential buyer) was after the LOI expired and therefore misleading. Be more diligent than THRR and file daily.

If I were so messed up in the head as to have committed such a scam knowingly... You do realize the purchase of HM3 was in April and would not be in the first quarter financials. Second quarter financials alone will may shoot this stock up.... once HM3 is reflected. I don't believe we will have to wait that long to see multiple pennys and dimes.

You are likely to double that if you are patient enough to hold for another month or two.

This will be back and forth for a while .... short term flippers take profits.... slows down the recovery. Can't wait until they announce the next product... and then the next while thats still going... and on and on.

IHSN was another one like Thresher, it fell through. The BIG difference was the company actually had value, still has value, and the buyout was within normal trading range. Plus, the news that the deal was off came out way before high volume started and way before the forecasted day of completion. Its called being a respectable company. You have to make sure the buyout makes sense unless you want to lose your butt.

Looks like the plunge before news.

So, according to the press release, this company should have sold 52,500,500 shares @ .40 today... creating 21,000,000 in revenue. Where is the news? There were supposed to be another 20 something millions shares optional @ .50 too. This price should be a lot higher. This stock is WAY oversold.

News should be here soon, only four trading days left in May. Actually, just three days... forgot Memorial Day
