AB issued a BUY rating on BKMP:
http://www.americanbulls.com/StockPage.asp?CompanyTicker=BKMP&MarketTicker=OTC&TYP=S
.0008 x .0009
That website is not run by TFN or Blackout Media.
I agree.
Quick shake! Now the reversal! Watch!
4,830,000 buy at .0015 just went through
10 .001 x 2 .0011
Here come predictable EOD buys. Watch for .0013 close.
I agree. Watch for it.
I think you are stretching a little on a couple of those.
Let's break 1 billion share volume today!
BKMP breaks .001
3 x 9
Bid building without many buys at ask...MM's are ready to take it up IMO.
Just confirmed FIGHT on my Cingular phone and I subscribed to the service. This is sweet!!! I get fight content now on my phone whenever and BKMP will rocket once this news fully disseminates.
Bid building L2 -- 4x11 .005 x .006
I think if we could get 50 million on the ask (all buys) or so that would give us the momentum to see a .006 x .007 close today.
Don't be stupid. He stated right in his post that he stopped by a kiosk. He never said he was on the phone.
Exactly!
I have a 10,000 sq foot office building and 50 employees, but in all my corporate documents we use our mailing box in a nearby city at a PostNet. It makes it easier to have one location for all our mail to go in case we move to a new location we don't have to try and update hundreds of people that would send something to us. Companies do this all the time; no big deal.
BKMP NEWS
IPRE moving up on very small orders.
WOW!!! Only 110k shares bought at ask and MM's take it up. I think they are definitely ready now. All we need is some moderate buying and it should put us back in the .004 to .005 range.
Letter to Shareholders (QUESTIONS & ANSWERS)
May 13, 2006
Dear Shareholders,
To those of you who have come to know my style, you know that I’m a big believer in communication. This has been my approach ever since I came on board this company, a little less than a year ago.
I was upfront with shareholders when we had to sell shares, and I announced when the selling was complete. I took a lot of heat last month for explaining about the selling, but I believe that investors now know that I tell it like it is.
Since our tremendous run this week, many new shareholders have come on board. And many new questions have come my way. Based on this, I felt it time to update you about what’s going on, and to dispel some of the myths I have been hearing about the company.
I decided to take this opportunity to start posting my thoughts on Stock Info Systems.
I have so far released several shareholder letters, but sometimes there is not enough news to make a full-fledged press release about it. It is in these situations that I feel that this is the most appropriate venue to address matters of interest.
You may not always like what I have to say, but at least you know it is the truth. I am a big believer in being transparent to shareholders.
So without further delay, here are the answers to some questions I have been getting:
Q: Are you selling shares?
A: No, we announced that we closed our Regulation D Offering. Here is the press release:
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060509/20060509005678.html?.v=1
Q: Do you anticipate doing another Reg D offering?
A: No.
Q: If you did do another Reg D offering, when would you be able do it?
A: We can only sell $1 million of stock in any 12-month period under Rule 504. We do not intend to do another 504 offering, but if we did, it would not be till May 2007.
Q: How many authorized shares are there?
A: 2 billion.
Q: How many outstanding shares are there?
A: 1,998,101,227 as of May 9th when we closed the 504 offering.
Q: Did you pay for the new PR firm with cash or shares?
A: Cash. This PR firm is very reputable. Reputable PR companies do not take shares. Here is some information on them:

Q: How do you think this firm will help you?
A: They are very experienced at Cannes, and will assist us in helping to stand out and market our latest movie “Say It In Russian” (http://www.sayitinrussianmovie.com/) to film buyers.
Q: How do you sell your movies or make money from your movies?
A: There are three ways:
1) We can sell out a movie outright to a big film buyer either for cash upfront or a mix of cash and future revenue.
2) We can sell the movie rights to various countries and markets ourselves. For example selling the Brazilian TV rights, the German DVD rights etc, etc…
3) We can distribute the movie ourselves. We started our own distribution company for our first release of “All That I Need” (allthatineed.net), which was released in theatres in December.
Q: Which of the above options would you chose?
A: We will negotiate the best deal(s) for the company possible.
Q: If you can’t sell shares, how do you fund your future projects?
A: With unit investments from investors, which may consist of either equity in the films or equity and restricted stock; a combination of both. To the extent we have subsidiary divisions, like Muller Media, the funding will be done through the subsidiary.
Some of our projects also benefit from being co-productions, utilizing tax incentives or sponsorship deals. We can also pre sell distribution rights in exchange for capital.
"which most buyers reacted to as 'A BIG MOVIE' after having seen the trailer."
NEWS OUT!!!
lol, actually I'm on my way out to play golf in about 10 minutes. I'm not saying I am better than other people here; I was just making a point that I didn't realize some people here spent so much time of their life on this board and following IPRE for $70 ticks.
snipe, I am independently wealthy from a cash cow business I have owned for about 5 years. I have 50 employees that work for me and I have hired a President that oversees the day to day operations so I can go out and golf. I have extra money that I like to throw at the market. I have lost big amounts of money and made huge amounts of money in short periods of time. I guess that is why I don't care too much about the day to day up or down ticks here....even at $1900 a tick right now.
I'm betting short term here on fundamentals and a management team. I'm confident that IPRE will be valued at a higher market cap that 6.6 million with what they have in the pipeline....and if I'm wrong, oh well, you win some and you lose some.
Wow, I had no idea that we had such small time players here. Each tick to me is $1900.
match trades on tight spread posting here.
.0045 x .0047
IPRE at HOD here.
IPRE @ HOD! .005's here we come.
IPRE @ HOD. b/a upticks on very low volume.
Wow, only 50k shares traded at .42 before moving it up again. MM's are ready to take this to the next support level of .007's IMO.
b/a uptick on small volume now
IPRE here we go; get ready!!!
.0042 or .0058 isn't that big of difference when this is trading in the .02 to .03 range.
Awesome buying opportunity. Just transferred some funds to take advantage of this price. Should clear later this afternoon.
IPRE looking good for EOD run.
If you watch L2 you will see that there are certain MM's that are the major players with a stock. With STTK the major players on both the bid and ask have been UBSS and NITE. MM's can manipulate the price of a stock (especially in the OTCBB). Technical players, among other things, pay attention to L2 market maker movement and play the game in the direction that the major MM's are taking the stock.
With that said, I have noticed that ARCA, although not always present with STTK, has always showed up on the bid with sizable bid orders (more than 50) before STTK took its dramatic up swings or reversals. ARCA showed up and played the game regularly during the big volume days from the $.30's to over $1.50 and then disappeared while it was beat down over the next month. ARCA reappeared from the mini-run last week from .40 to .60 and then disappeared again until today where he is playing the bid again.
