Tig,
I don't blame you one bit for wanting it to be worth your while, and set up in advance. Excuse my skepticism, but I will be quite surprised if you get to fly over there and see in person what everyone involved has wanted to see for years, but hey, I guess I never asked if I could go there and do it, so good for you!!
I'm all about making memories with my wife and Son. The old concept of making it better than you had it, and so far so good. That's all my investment in IMGG is for anyway. Take some cool trips, catch some trophy fish, get the good seats for some ball games, whatever. I'm not going broke or getting rich either way.
Good luck with your request, and I would appreciate just the news either way if you will be making that trip. Personally I don't think you'll be purchasing that airfare, but I really hope I'm wrong!!
Tigger, if you care to share, were you granted your request for a live demo?
Well I went away for a week with my Son's hockey team, and low and behold there isn't anything new here, except of course the PPS has dropped a little more, and breached what was said to be a very strong support level at .08
Dean said two weeks to set up the FDA meeting, and now we are pushing 4 weeks. Seriously, are even the strongest supporters of Dean surprised by this one bit? Has the man ever met a single time line he has put out there? Oh yeah, he's always on time for his next episode of MTV. Like my Gramps always said...."All dressed up, but nowhere to go"
Since it has been a couple weeks now from when Dean said he would be contacting the FDA for the meeting, I predict in the next few days he will send something out that says IMGG has in fact made contact with the FDA, and they have agreed to meet with Dean "real soon"
Nobody will know what that means, because Dean's clocks and calendars are set up much differently than mine.
Fair enough Tig, as you said, this is a forum to have a voice, and although I don't agree with all that you say, I appreciate your perspective. I am the first to admit I don't know jack about how to play the market, and honestly I don't have time to really try. I spend too much time on here as it is, but it has become such a saga, I have a hard time staying away. I need to see the final chapter, and I will be just fine however it ends up, and so will you, so good luck in whatever else you're charting, as I personally don't think you will be buying more IMGG any time soon.
Madtig, you lose me sometimes with this argument, but that being said, I do understand your points to some degree, and this is where the legal part of it comes into play for me. I am a prime example of someone who has zero experience investing in a stock, with exception of one previously, that I made a little money and transferred it to IMGG after a collegue told me about it. He got in at .06 and cashed out well over a buck, and you are right, I didn't do much of any DD. I did like the product however, and I thought I had at least enough understanding about the laws in this country, but apparently I do not.
It is without question risky to be gullible, but I don't think it is illegal. At some point here, we are going to find out if the way Dean has coducted himself was within the law. IMO there is no question he is guilty of infractions on multiple occasions, of which could and should carry a serious penalty, but that will never be decided on this board.
I have also received a valuable education in these matters, and although I love gambling, I doubt I will be messing around much with stocks in the future. I have a nice career in General Contracting, and I will just stick to making money the old fashioned way.
Even Dean in that statement is agreeing it is not the best avenue to promote the DVIS. Ok, great we all agree MTV sucks. If the guy ever went on there and did something worthwhile instead of the drivel we get each time he would be applauded. Instead we get crying about posters, whining about how unfair and evil the FDA is, a meaningless demo that raised far more questions than it did to prove anything regarding 3D realtime, BS about endless amounts of consultants on board that nobody can verify, and vague comments regarding time frames.
If the man ever went on the show with some actual solid evidence showing some real progress, instead of squirming in the chair continuosly explaining why things HAVEN'T gotten accomplished, many people would get off his back and support him. Until that happens, it is an insult to anyone that put their money on the line, and he will continue to get crucified, and justifiable so IMHO.
No Homer with me your are damned when you make statements that affect people's decisions, and then don't follow through with them. Like when Dean sends out a release to the shareholders that ON THE NEXT MTV APPEARANCE he will present an additional video, then he goes on the show, doesn't do the demonstration, and doesn't even mention it. The Facebook stuff was a joke, giving his views or passing on info to only his friends and family that were on his Facebook. Dean has not chimed in on IHUB since before I even got invested in IMGG, over a year and half ago.
You are damned when you say you are going to produce images, and never do, you are damned when you say you are going to place a unit at a luminary site and never do, you are damned when you tell shareholders in person at a shareholders meeting that your new package for the FDA will be submitted by the end of March, and it's the middle of July and he hasn't even set up the meeting almost 9 months after his beloved DVIS was REJECTED.
Where I come from, you are usually not damned if you do what you say you are going to do, and honor your committments, and if by chance you can't honor them, you give an honest explanation to what may have delayed you. Where I come from, if you mislead and lie through your teeth when there is a bunch of money involved, you don't get damned, you get put in a pine box.
Dean Janes has a couple days to make good on his two week time line for the meeting to be set up with the FDA. Are we going to be made aware of when the meeting is set for? I would think that is an important enough event that he would have to report that to the shareholders, but I could be wrong. Friday is two weeks, and I know I won't be holding my breath to hear a date from Dean.
No word about the FDA meeting, no word on the next video attempt, no word on how anything is being paid for, so everything is right on schedule with IMGG.
Tigger, There are many that appreciate your take on this stock, so please continue to chime in whenever you feel like it. I promise if you miss some important dates it won't go in your personnel file.
Guys, it was just additional words to the song Tig was referencing. I doubt Box has any knowledge that Dean is a substance abuser.
Dean has about as much chance of actually "manufacturing" any units as I do, and nobody wants to purchase it, or he would've already sold it.
I can't quote exactly one of the questions Dean was asked on the last conference call, but it was a direct question asking Dean does the DVIS perform realtine 3D right now, and if approved is it ready to manufacture right now, and Dean said YES and YES!!!
How can any one be debating whether "marketing" is ok or not with the FDA?? How many times has Dean been on MoneyTV now?? Giving the stock ID, and trying to PROMOTE people to purchase some?? Whether or not the FDA would be happy with a video demo is a pretty mute point right now isn't it? HE ALREADY DID ONE!!! I mean, the defense for this guy sometmes just boggles the mind. Now we are back to Dean has to watch what he does as to not upset the FDA??
He has already "marketed" this thing for YEARS, and aired on TV a demonstration. Too bad it sucked, and it didn't work. Seeing how nobody has seen it work, and Dean went out of his way to send a release to shareholders promising another video, aren't any of you Pro's out there just out of your mind mad that not only did he not deliver another video, he HASN'T EVEN MENTIONED IT AGAIN???? Kind of similar to the buyback. Dean MARKETS AND PROMOTES all over the place....HE JUST NEVER DELIVERS THE GOODS!
Is this not the 2nd week now, or maybe someone can fill me in on when we will hear from Dean that the meeting date with the FDA is set? That would be a significant event that would need to be reported right? So am I missing something? Should Dean not be reporting this week that they have made contact with the FDA and we are meeting on .... date? Or, wait, these things take time with the evil FDA. It's been 8 months since NSE decision, so spare me all the BS excuses why it takes so long, and give me the date Dean.
Well he said the package would be ready Feb / March, and my calendar says mid July, so if Dean says 2 weeks for FDA meeting confirmation, what does that translate into "Dean Time"?? If we don't hear from Dean by the end of this week that there is a date set, what's the excuse then? They couldn't get through on the phone?? Please!!!!!
I.B.F....You nailed it, and it has been said before. Nobody is arguing that the FDA and Govt Agencies period could botch up a one car parade, but what does that have to do with the information was there? It was spelled out to follow, and he simply didn't do it. Then on the CC, before Dean knew we would all see the NSE letter, he says he didn't know they would request certain information???? They already had requested it prior to his submittal, so it's just straight BS!
If you want to make yourself nautious, go back and listen to the last CC, and compare that to what we know now. Dean saying how surprised he was, and how he couldn't understand the NSE. It's pathetic!! He knew for a fact he wasn't getting approval, BUT HE NEVER THOUGHT THE SHAREHOLDERS WOULD EVER FIND OUT EXACTLY WHY. And the day Mr Sano released that info, it has flipped Dean's world upside down ever since. The truth has a habit of doing that to people like Dean.
No way Kimble...remember he knows who he knows and he has seen what he has seen.
So FDA approval in 6 months huh? I think it's time to load the I-Pod with a rendition of "Puff the Magic Dragon"
Sano, there is no question the cost of the CC's could be a factor, but in no way do I believe that is the prime reason he stopped doing them. Spending money is not an issue with this CEO. He will surely never be accused of being frugal, the way he burns through it. Dean won't be inviting investors back for any Shareholder's meeting or do any more CC's, because he has made so many promises he couldn't keep, and fabricated so much of the info during his previous calls, he will never expose himself in person or a live call to the criticism or the tough questions. I have agreed with you from day one regarding the ridiculous MTV format. It is the cheesiest low rate form of promoting what is allegedly game changing technology. I am embarrassed for him when I am watching, with the rehearsed questions, and the whole presentation period. When I think back to the last demo too, it makes me cringe that was the best he could do to try and prove his DVIS is the real deal. I don't care what guidelines anyone wants to talk about either that Dean was directed to follow. This guy does, says, and spends whatever he wants and whenever he wants!
My favorite line still from the last MTV was when he told us he thinks we're up to like 4 consultants now. They're really expensive, but he couldn't give us any more detail except some guess at how many there actually were? I couldn't even guess what some more of the insane surprises we have in store for us before the final chapter is written.
And Homer, I don't know Dean at all personally to come out and call him a scumbag, but I don't have much trouble referring to him as a liar. The list of examples is endless. You just asked in a recent post why Dean won't do another CC?? IMO the answer to that is, thanks to Sano's DD in getting the NSE letter released, Dean CAN"T do another CC. No way no day would he have the courage to take all the questions he would receive on that call, therefore no calls. Dean got caught in his own web, and took his ball and went home. There will never be anopther CC ever in the format he used to have them, unless by some miracle it was to announce a buyout or FDA approval.
Give me your take on why Dean used to regularly schedule CC's and as soon as the NSE letter was released for all to see, those CC's have stopped permanently?
Homer, I don't even need a video. Get a qualified respected radiologist to vouch for the DVIS. That's all. How about one individual on the planet besides Dean to go on record that they have witnessed the DVIS working as advertised??
If he had what he has claimed to have all this time, and placed a unit at a luminary site for some testing (like he said he was going to YEARS ago), and some professionals giving feedback on it's performance, even without full FDA approval, this stock and the company would be much healthier than it is currently. IF he had what he sold everyone on, IMGG is a slam dunk success, finances would not be a problem at all, and the famous line of let the bidding war begin, would be a reality. But there is no unit placed anywhere, instead it is allegedly hidden in Dean's garage next to the weed wacker.
So here we are again, with Dean stating he is very close to being ready to "meet" with the FDA, to review with them what will be acceptable, even though they have spelled it out for him line by line. Dean even went over the NSE rejections line by line on his Facebook, and countered that there wasn't anything on there that he couldn't resolve or wasn't already working on resolving. If that was the case, why would it take 8 months to request a meeting with the FDA to confirm what it will take? But ok, we are a week into the two weeks Dean said it would be until they were ready to make the call. Time flys by, so we will see just how long it takes to resubmit, what we were told by the CEO himself were very fixable issues. He claims he has all kinds of consultant help, so what else is there? Oh yeah, it has to WORK!
That is funny stuff Box. I agree with your logic 100%. We have been told more times than I can count that the DVIS not only worked as advertised, but all kinds of talks were in place for production locations, and all of the NDA's, and all of the per-orders that were in place, and on and on. So you take that info from the CEO and inventor and in my case I say to myself, Oh yeah, this is an amazing product that would even be hard to place a value on, because the usage has such a wide spread potential, who could accurately predict where it would top out at? Sure the FDA process is very challenging, and may take some time, but this is truly criminal.
Prove that it doesn't work? Didn't Dean just do that with his last demo? That wasn't 3D realtime, and everybody including Dean knows it. Where is the next demo he promised to quiet all the critics from the first demo? There isn't one. Why? Logic says because he can't produce it, but we don't know for sure because Dean hasn't said a word about the demo since sending a release to investors that it was coming. We are WAY past the childish argument of "prove it doesn't work". What a crock. After all this time and NOBODY of any professional stature can verify it? It is in some secret location, while the stock crumbles to nothing and the company is flat busted? There is one person that has the absolute duty to prove something, and it isn't any of the people that have handed over their hard earned money, and been promised their dreams would come true. If you want proof, you might want to try the guy with his Mercedes double parked at the airport, hurrying to board the private jet, while not trying to spill the drinks in both hands!!!
One thing that Dean does know now, courtesy of the great work done by Mr. Sano, is that the formal letters from the FDA can and will be acquired by shareholders, and there will be no guessing as to the specific issues the FDA may have with the package. It has to be playing a part in this long delay to get anything re-submitted, because Dean knows we will see the results, and he can't just make it up like he did last time. I still wish I would've printed the posts from Brian A and Dean on his Facebook the day the NSE letter was released for all to see.
The countdown is on for Deans statement about the meeting, so come on Dean, try and get within at least a month of what you predicted the time line would be.
Exactly my fear Former, and BTW, THANKS FOR SERVING!! How in the world are we to believe any update from Dean as to how the meeting with the FDA went, with his history of keeping us informed to this point? I have a feeling that Dean will say things went well with them, but they do again have some "administrative" issues, and while that is going on, well they need some money, and wham that's when the dilution hits. Who knows right? I guess first step is Dean actually confirming that the meeting has been requested.
Lobcrab, are you saying Dean has taken all these months actually acquiring the images, so when he requests the meeting with the FDA, he will already have them? I mis-understood then, because I thought the meeting was to discuss the protocol of what the FDA wanted and what they would accept, and then Dean would go out and get that, and then re-submit.
I am curious now what the consultant count might be on the next MTV appearance? We started out with 1 butt kickin consultant MWE, then the next show we were up to 3, and now the latest count is 4, because it's time to get really serious.
Dean should be back on MTV in a bout 3 weeks right, telling us the good news and giving us the actual date for the FDA meeting? What will the consultant count be then, 6? They may need like 8 for the actual sit down with the FDA, because those guys are very tricky, and are constantly changing the rules, so the more high paid bodies in that room the better so they don't pull a fast one on Dean again and confuse him.
And when Dean does finally sit down with the FDA to discuss what they will accept, I truly hope he takes notes, and my recommendation to him would be to then submit to them what they actually asked for. It was spelled out for him last time, but he had his own way of doing it.
With 8 months past, enough consultants to start a minor league baseball team, and more lost money than Charles Barkley at the Blackjack table, I truly hope two more weeks is enough. If it does turn out to be, that will be the first time frame Dean has ever met.
Have a safe 4th of July, and GLTA!!!!
Oh yeah Great Interview!! Give me a freakin break. First of all the guy sends out a release to shareholders telling him he is coming back to MTV with additional videos, and completely blows it off and then doesn't even mention it. Gee I wonder why. I guess he couldn't get the recorded video to sync properly with him putting a nail in the hand. So people, there is still nobody alive that we know of that has seen the DVIS perform as advertised. You know the secret machine being secretly hidden in some bat cave somewhere for YEARS!!!
He says he hasn't done anything wrong, and the company hasn't done anything wrong and it's all the FDA's fault. Typical cry baby Dean blaming anyone but himself, as he pulls up to the bank teller in the mercedes to withdraw more of your money. My favorite line of all from the legendary BS artist is "I THINK we're up to 4 consultants now" HE THINKS???? Last time it was 3, now HE THINKS IT'S 4, but I guess he's not sure.
If you honestly can watch this guy speak, and believe one word he is saying after all the lies previously, I wish you well. Hell at 8 cents you should load the boat. I mean come on "HE THINKS" they are only a couple weeks away from "requesting" their meeting with the FDA. Not two weeks away from a scheduled meeting, but for the request to meet.
Does the CEO have any plans EVER to explain to the shareholders how he plans to pay for anything?? He sure mentioned how expensive all the consultants were going to be (not sure how many, but he THINKS there's 4), but ya know he just HAS to do it now, since the Mensa underestimated all the changes in the FDA. Sound familiar? Like when he said he was taking off the gloves and bringing in the heavy hitters from MWE? You know the very expensive, very reputable consultants that "terminated" their relationship with IMGG and demanded their name be removed from all of it?
Yeah GREAT INTERVIEW!!! What a joke of a company!!
Again with the pictures...I can see the points that they shouldn't be in place of the info that was posted previously, but I'm sorry, I really get a kick out of looking at them!! With all the angiuish this stock has caused people, I welcome the humor. I mean how serious can anyone take this anymore anyway? Look where we are compared to a year ago. The entire company is a disaster, and honestly Dean has brought the majority of this on himself with his failure to produce anything worth while. Yeah he took the stock from .04 or whatever it was up to $1.95. But that price shot to that number on what?? It sky rocketed on a bunch of hype and fabrication. To this day there still is not a soul that can verify they have seen the DVIS work. If there isn't anything worth reading, at least now we can look at some entertaining pictures.
SMF, your new profile pic is classic! As is the case almost every time news of yet another MTV appearance is going to take place, I am anxious to see what Dean has to say this time, and I love trying to guess. This time I really can't even take a stab at what he will lay on us. If it is Kimble's guess that he will lash out about the pictures posted, that will be hilarious. If it was going to be the next video demo, you would think that would be stated ahead of time to spike the price. The fact that he has already stated he was going to do another one, if he doesn't now on this appearance, what does that say?
I am going to step out on a limb and go for the unlikely guess that will shock all of us. Dean is going to announce he has grown weary of all the criticism, so he has decided to sell the company, and is entertaining offers right now. Finances are in bad shape, the FDA has stuck it to him for years, and the shatreholders have turned on him, so he is going to move onto his next scam....er...business opportunity.
You know the game well SMF. The rumor is they have been flying back and forth talking, but there isn't anything with IMGG I truly believe except for the actual NSE letter I read with my own eyes giving the DVIS a big fat rejection.
RUMOR on Yahoo is Toshiba deal in about a month. RUMOR!
The pictures are just a perception thing for me. When I first got involved investing in IMGG, my perception of Dean now compared to then are night and day. He seemed kind of conservative, and listening to him on a CC or seeing him on MTV back in the day, did nothing to change that perception.
Since then all of the BS that has transpired, and the company going backwards, has given me a whole new perspective of Dean. I know individuals that could buy and sell Dean 10 times over, and the last thing on their mind would be to go booze it up on some private jet, regardless of the scenario. I am not going to overly judge Dean on those photos, but it surely helps clear up the perception issue, and tells a lot about Dean's personality to me anyway, and it's not very attractive at least from my view.
Tigger, if you don't mind me asking, what is your theory for all the volume a couple days ago, and then no news whatsoever following that activity?? TIA
So do I understand it correctly that the much larger volume yesterday was due to some internet stock promo services, that for some unknown reason had IMGG as a hot stock or something? Still no news about any MTV or anything else for that matter, so I guess the promo theory would make sense for yesterday, because today wasn't anything to talk about?
No way Yaboy...Don would never be a part of something like that...wink wink
What's the news???????? The anticipation is just killing me. With the volume something is up. Come on Dean, what's all the commotion about?
Madtig, what say you? History would say we are about to get some news huh? With this kind of early volume for absolutely no apparent reason, when it has been as quiet as a church mouse??
Lobcrab, if you had some inside info on the big progress Dean has made, I am sure a lot of folks would've loved to hear about it. So do you have a prediction when the new package will be submitted? My prediction is never, but sounds like you are in the know, so after pushing 8 months since the last rejection, are we weeks away? A couple Months? By end of the year?
Image comparison success too huh? I'd love to believe that one, but nobody has seen the images. At least not 3D realtime images.
I'm all for it though! Let's get this phase one of the three phase master plan out of the way, so we can start working through phases two and three!! I have a feeling there will be a phase 4,5,and 6, but that's just me.
Homer, a quick thought back trying to think the last time I said, ok, MAYBE this still has a chance was when Dean told us a bunch of BS on his last conference call, and the taking off the gloves and hiring the big guns and all that crap. We have the best in the business, and then it was confirmed that MWE was aboard, and FDA was their specialty and on and on.
Then MWE terminates the relationship, and has their name removed from everything. Please don't tell me they completed their task and told Dean someone of lesser caliber could finish up, because that's not the way it was presented to us regarding their role, and nobody has a clue what MWE actually did besides say hello and goodbye.
The hiring of MWE was the last positive news I recall, and they are dust in the wind, so fire away Homer...Excite me about Dean and his secret DVIS. The one that continues to be at some mysterious location so the competition doesn't get their hands on it. The one that nobody has seen.
With all due respect Homer, you ask me the same question every time, and I have answered your question multiple times. Is it POSSIBLE Dean has an ace left? Sure it's "possible", and I am a degenerate gambler, so I will leave the crumbs that are left in there just in case that happened.
NSE rejection, company financials, Dean's credibility, Dean's bogus demo, etc lead me to believe I'm going to lose it all, but I will play it out. It doesn't mean I won't be critical of the company, and rip every ridiculous news that comes out of there. I would love to see the light again, but there hasn't been anything what I consider positive to come out of that company, for as long as I can remember. If so, please refresh my memory with something that made you say to yourself, oh yeah baby, we're lookin good now. Just a matter of time, or should I say it's not if but when?
Long yes...Proud no, at least not where IMGG is concerned. I feel dumb for having fallen for this, but actually not that dumb. Over a year ago things were definitely different, on the surface anyway. Having just seen the company go on an amazing run to $1.95, I did believe in the product itself, and looked at the potential of the DVIS in the medical field, and could see big things if it were to ever be manufactured and sold. All of the bogus statements and unkept promises and projections from IMGG Mgt. has killed all of the excitement. If you would've told me a year ago we would be where we are now, I would have said you were nuts. Forget about outright FDA approval, there is still no viable proof the thing even works. Having some challenges with the FDA getting a legitimate invention passed is one thing, but this is so over the top messed up, it is hard to even process it all.
I can understand people not wanting to be negative about something they've chosen to invest in, but how do you seriously back or promote this right now if you own any of it? However that is done, I am sure Dean appreciates it!!
I agree Sano, it is hard to not continue to follow this until there is complete closure. I had very high hopes back in the day, but now I just want to see what the "final" outcome is. You are right about the money though, Dean and crew should have masks on when they go to cash checks at the bank.
If anyone finds out it is being offered for 2.5 cents, can you put me in for 400 shares, and I will pay you back? I found a buck's worth of loose change in my console this morning.
If you want to really aggravate yourself, do like I did, and go back and watch the facility tour video again. I hadn't seen it a very long time, and knowing what I know now, and all the BS that has tramspired since Dean put out that Academy Award winner, it will make you want to throw your monitor out the window.
You do have to hand it to the guy. He has made a boat load of money off this, and to this day has not shown the finished product to a soul. Maybe that's where the Mensa part comes in?
