Yeah, me neither. If that were the case it would have happened back in 2016.
...then WE in turn start buying up large positions in the beaten down, proven high value stocks. That's one way of transferring wealth. I believe this is the lowest my percentage in the money on COOP has gone to since the change in ticker change(wmih to coop). I almost bought more but I don't like averaging up. jmo
Well, if the people who have our money are waiting for a huge news event under which they(whomever THEY are)can distribute our funds under the cover of mass confusion...Now's their big opportunity. jmo
Nope, that's like averaging up. I like averaging down. Besides, the r/s averaged up everyone already.jmo
Is there any mechanism that disallows the FDIC from transferring funds to trust, and the trust in turn passing through to us? That would mean that until that happens the Trust doesn't have anything. ...doesn't mean it Won't have something after such an event.
Charlie Scharf, there's a familiar JPMC name from Project West wasn't it?
Yup, what they tried so hard to keep from US, we get anyway more or less.
Thanks, just as I thought. We are IMO good.
Maybe the FDIC will send out release documents via the US Mail, just like we all received our election packages back in 2012. jmo
Were those earning producing subs protected by the Corporate Veil that the judge would not allow to be pierced?
...you mean other than they were the shares we were awarded in the settlement that then r/s1:12?
I've noticed since the middle of January, Fitch has twice affirmed COOPs rating as a RMBS master servicer. On the 14th and the 27th. Dunno if it means anything, but news starts somewhere. jmo
now that's funny, good one. jmo
not seeing anything different than yesterday in my TDA account
Yeah Bob, I know but this one is different.
COOP, all by itself, post reverse split WAS/IS NOT F&R. You're joking, right?
No, I had all flavors and sent all of the ballots, separately, via certified mail the same day and all including the DIMEQ ballot return receipts, were returned, signed by a TDA rep. I received escrow markers for all flavors, except for DIME. It was a very small investment, however if I'm due a substantial return, then it's probably worth pursuing.
thanks
Do you know what the actual amount was? TDA said they didn't receive my election in time...I have a certified mail receipt that says they did. Anyway, I'm just trying to decide whether it's worth pursuing or not.
What did DIMES recover?
..so, then imminent? just don't know how much and exactly when?
...we want it to be imminent...AZC is saying eminent..two different thangs.
maybe coop will have doubled in value(sp) by then...wouldn't be that much of a surprise. jmo
..yep, like molasses in January.
I don't know, but I'm definitely gonna give it more than week. jmo
me either, I even went to their Money section
can you release the proof now that the judge has done her thing?
...if it is, then it has a long upward track to go...like over twice of what it currently is trading, which for me personally, is a break even point.
JPM does have over 3 billion outstanding shares, no idea how many authorized.
Jeff Greene is a great example. In the entire population of investors around the globe, we're probably a relatively small group. Knowing what we all think we know and what we know we know, it's not really that far-fetched.jmo
you would be disappointed with JPM shares? If it's 1 for 1, I can't understand why.
So what are the chances, since this is predetermined, that JPM has been paying the FDIC receiver ever since 3/19/12? I seem to remember a while back Jamie talking about new millionaires at the threshold. Who would be in a better position than him to know that? I also remember after the meltdown he was a frequent visitor to the White House. Seems to me a more seamless way to fix things. jmo
agree 100%
...could be that a whole bunch of escrow holders, also WMIH newco shareholders sold their shares shortly after emergence from BK when they had a full compliment of shares(before the reverse split), trading then at $3.60 per share. jmo
...when we were awarded shares in WMIH(COOP) we were given no guidance. in fact, we were given every reason to believe there was no business to be had....that we didn't have any money, then WE buy the 16th largest mortgage servicer in the US...has anyone looked at the earnings of COOP over the past 4 quarters? Last quarter alone was $1.41 per share. So, IMO COOP has to be the tell. aimo
That would have to happen for F&R to be realized by our awarded then reversed split by 12 WMIH shares, alone. jmo
...well, I'm not gonna provide a bunch of screen shots but I'll say this: every single position in my TDA account that is represented as just a cusip(ie, no ticker, unfortunately, I have 14 such positions), shows "quote data is not available" except former WAMUQ(939ESC968) & WAMPQ(939ESC992) (now, both showing trading tabs), however, former WAMKQ(9393ESC84) still shows "quote data is not available". ...as of right now
..in my TDA accounts hovering over the escrow markers for the P's and the U's does show the bid and ask, both at $0.00, however the hovering over the K escrows show the same as always, nada..(actually, "quote data not available" ) as of just now. so something is happening in my account, maybe it has something to do with Schwab acquiring TDA, although that's pretty quick changes. jmo
I'm seeing the same thing when I float over the cusip...definitely new
...what happened to all these WMI subs?
