I will repeat my position on financials as it seems many are confused. I am asking Frank to announce when financials will be released. so, if they will be released on time around the 15th, TELL US! Of course Frank should be out making deals, and if Frank is the person who does the financial statements, then this company is smaller than I thought. I would hope he has an accountant to do this for him and all he needs to, is ask the accountant when the financial reports for the first quarter will be ready to be released to the publc and then tell us the date. Quite simple, and no trouble for Frank. To be considered a reliable reporting company, Frank should have a date planned for the release of this information and his accountant should have known what this date is several months ago and been geared toward having reports ready for that date. Not worth a lot of discussion as has been the case, but imho it is not good that Frank is not able to answer a simple question about when his quarterly reports will be ready. I belive as a CEO this is something he should know and be able to answer his shareholders about.
My guess on this stock is that it will sit and do nothing for some time, but I am fairly certain that at some point it will be worth the wait. I can't see Ken Looney getting control of this shell and doing nothing with it. He will wait out the debt holders and settle with them in time and then he will reverse merge with some interested company. it may take a year, two years or it could happen next week. I guess Ken will decide when it is most advantageous for him and go from there. I will never again ask him for information as it is obvious he can't be trusted, but I will sit holding my shares and bid emy time. If they become worthless I have a small tax writeoff, if he takes it where I think he will , I will have made a killing and it will be found money. I am hoping many of you are in the same boat and were able to accumulate shares at sub penny prices using money you don't need right away, and if he ever uses this company for the purpose I feel he will at some point, you will have, as I said, found money which is the best kind. GLTA and see you when there is news. I am out of here til then.
May I ask what information did you ask for? Is their any recourse for those of us who relied on Mr. Looney's early statements that shareholders would be very happy in the near future as a reason to invest here only to find out that he did not seem to be aware or care about this debt he is now talking about? Did the lady at the SEC give you any course of action to follow? I would love to knbow, and if you wish to contact me privately let me know and I will give you an email address.
latitude, did the complaints get any response? Does the SEC even respond when you file these? Curious, becsause I too think Looney mislead and deceived a bit. Not sure why he chose to respond to emails with false statements and lead us on? what did he have to gain. he must have known that there was lots of debt, yet he told us we shareholders would be happy. why? I know we will never know, just asking rhetorically.
To all STMC'ers. i wrote an email to Ken Looney asking for some information regarding his plans. I told him that I had invested based on his track record, which is the truth, and received the a reply which I do not want to cut and paste, as I have been told this is not an acceptable practice here on these boards. So, to paraphrase, he says that "the company is riddled with debt; only time will convince the debt holders to settle for pennies on the dollar; he has multiple companies that want to grow through this medium, but not under present conditions." Finally he states that "time is on our side". (his maybe, not mine)
So, take that for what you will and good luck to all here. I hope time is not too long for us to see this pay off. Perhaps this will help with some of the nastiness I have seen here and you guys can all relax a bit since we are going nowhere fast. Maybe Ken will surprise us again though and do something else and this will all be another game he is playing. Just don't know anymore what is going on here.
Wounded Bear
Yeah, sometimes the message comes out poorly on the first hundred or so tries. I thought I was saying the same thing each time, but upon reflection my message was not really very clear. Hmm, maybe this is why so many conversations with my wife end with her saying "you are such an a$$. Don't talk to me for the rest of the night". Food for thought anyway.
I have to say I feel very misunderstood over here on this subject. I am advocating for penny stock shareholders to ask for our CEO’s to report and schedule reporting more quickly, like non-pennies do it. Especially one like Frank who seems to want to be more transparent and is anxious to please his shareholers. I am not concerned about the daily price or what this specific report has to say, I am not tortured or having doubts, I just want to ask Frank to get in the habit( a good one) of reporting more quickly to his shareholders and hoped others would agree. I am also interested to see what's in the report as I would be any company I am invested in, and I don't think it serves any good purpose to delay the release even if the numbers are bad. The reason people distrust penny stocks is because to often CEO's are hiding the facts and the sooner Frank acts like his counterparts in the regulated side of the market and does things more timely, the sooner more investors will be interested in buying in and that has to be good for all of us. OK, I really mean it now, I am done pontificating on this stupid subject.
Thanks for the support kastlem. I was beginning to feel like a lone voice in the wilderness, which is where it seems many would like me to go and disappear.
A board is not a way to bully a CEO, dude. I was hoping to enlist some folks here of like mind to ask our CEO to tell us when he will be releasing numbers. As for being a flipper, nope I am an investor and like any good investor try to make decisions with facts and figures, not the word of people on message boards telling me to stay long and strong. I really don't even know why I have gotten caught up in the discussion. I guess I felt like I could help by wondering aloud why we don't have this information yet. I am really surprised by how many of you don't feel the need to push for a realease of this as soon as possible. Your trust in Frank is truly amazing. While I have seen that he seems to deliver, the only sign of that is through his PR releases. I would prefer to see something happening on the bottom line sooner rather than later. Most penny stocks never get anywhere because the promises never translate to sales, but I believe this one could be different. frank seems to be truly laying the groundwork to the Chinese market. We just won't know it until we see results on the bottom line. I hear those who say Frank has delivered so far, but unless sales begin to take off and profits start to grow we will not realize our dreams of wealth. So, I am hoping to see those dreams start to come true soon with an improved quarter of sales and market share growth. We won't know if that is happening until Frank releases a financial report. I just want to know when he will do this. Nothing more and I don't apologize for asking him for that information. I know I promised earlier that I was done posting, but thought I would indulge myself with one last attempt to state my case. I really am flabbergasted that you good people are willing to sit with money invested and not demand to see if the investment is making progress, but would rather believe a string of PR than ask for a true measure of that progress. While the argument that Frank consistently underpromises and overdelivers and will eventually release the financial reports is true, we are approaching a time when we should be seeing growth filter through to the bottom line, and we should all be asking for that information from our CEO as soon as he can get it to us. At least that is my belief and I state it with great conviction. However, as many of you have pointed out, I could be wrong. This is just one man's opinion and I thought the purpose of a message board was to be able to state your opinion to fellow travelers. I am surprised by how many of you seem to think it is wrong to ask a CEO to release a financial report in a timely manner and let his shareholders know when it will be done. I believe I am a great team player, in spite of your arguments to the contrary, because I am sticking by my guns for the good of all shareholders. Unfortunately doing so here on a message board is not going to make the slightest difference to Frank, but it has been fun to have some good old fashioned debate on the subject. I do appreciate the civility of most on this board and hope I didn't get too carried away today in making my arguments and insult anyone. If I did I apologize, because that was not my intention. Good night and Good Luck to all.
Great answer. Thank you. I do not have a long history with Frank, so I can only go by what I have seen since November, which is almost all positive. This really is my only issue and you addressed it beautifully. would have saved me a lot of words if someone could have given me this answer earlier. Seriously, thanks for the well written answer, it makes sense. I do still want to see those freakin numbers though, because I am a numbers guy from way back and they do tell the story better than anything else.
Sorry I am answering multiple posts and you are correct, I will give it a rest. I know its a pink, but Frank has stated a goal to report and I think this quarter will give us a good read on the direction company is headed so I am anxious to see. I believe they could have a significant effect on investor interest which would benefit all. This I promise is my last post on the subject. Please don't applaud too loudly.
Tell me please when is a reasonable time for the release of Q1 financials and I will stop arguing if your answer is reasonable. I thought all companies delivered or scheduled release of earnings within 45 days of the end of the quarter if they were reporting. Again, I am asking for the date when the results will be released, not the actual results. So, please someone tell me when this should be announced and put on the earnings calendar? I will learn from you. I am obviously off base here and don't have the right to question why my company isn't able to tell shareholders when earnings will be made public, so someone tell me what is the correct answer please.
Frank seems to be doing a great job, and that is why I am invested. We won't really know it until we see profits and he should be releasing the Q1 results to show us if he is indeed delivering. I repeat that it is not so unusual to ask our CEO to show us financials! I still can't figure out why everyone here is so reluctant to want to see results? Are we afraid that they won't be so good? Why would you want him to not deliver a financial statement as soon as possible like all good companies do. I operated a company that did millions in sales each year and we could always produce a financial statement right off the GL and then do our period end adjustments within a couple of weeks. It's not like they are being audited, they are only releasing a compilation anyway, so it should be extremely easy to do. Frank is the one who stated a desire to be a company that reports properly, so I am asking him to deliver now on this. I am also asking other shareholders to ask him as well. Nothing so crazy or wrong I think. Not sure why the uproar over this, but I like this company because I thought they were not going to behave like a typical penny stock, which is what I look for. I am in this company because I believe it has tremedous potential to deliver outsize returns in time. I want to know if they are on the way.
What do you have to base this on if we don't get financials. I just don't get the people here who are arguing that it is OK for the company to not tell us the results in a timely manner. The company has spent lots of effort to tell us that they want to be a full reporting entity and get a listing that reflects this and then refuses to tell us when they will be releasing that information. I am not saying that the results will be bad or that they have anything to hide! I do believe that this company is poised to do well over time. I just want to see them get on track with regular reporting and not act like a typical penny stock. I think all of us should be asking Frank to step it up and get the numbers out sooner rather than later! End of discussion becaus eI am not bashing or looking for a problem as has been suggested. I simply want out company to do things the right way and for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone here wouldn't want the same things. I saw another of my stocks jump today because they finally released information that guided investors and gave them an indication of how strong they are. I want the same thing for GDHI. If they are doing well, lets get that out there.
My God, this is ridiculous! Of course he can't email individuals, but he can and should tell us the date for the release of the numbers! He is the one who has stated a goal to be transparent, I am asking him to stick to his own word and when he plans to do so. You should be doing the same imho. We seem to need to hold his feet to the fire. Please don't tell me not to light a matches near his feet, cause then he won't be able to run the company if they get burned. Jeez.
Wow, if my post was stupid, then you just upped the ante for sure! How does waiting for sales results from Q2, that occur after the period to be reported, hold up the release of financial statements for Q1? Not sure of your logic here, but I don't see how it is misleading to ask for results of an investment?!
Hey finally someone who agrees that it would be nice to see some numbers! Way to go Bax.
You are correct in everything you say, except that Frank has made statements that he was going to be differnet from the others in Penny Land and he would release finanacials in a timely manner. I am concerned as to why he is avoiding this question now when the PPs is down and we could use a boost from a good statement if that is going to be the case. I don't understand why no one else here is as concerned to be honest. We have a great deal of the outstanding shares if Ferris compilation is correct and I am hoping that we can as a group get the finacials released soon or at least get frank to tell us his timeline. Yes, it is my wish to see the numbers so I can evealuate my investment. I don't want to be in the dark and hope for something good. I invested here because it seemed this was not a typical penny stock. Hope this makes sense to the rest of the board and we can all try to get Frank to see the value in releasing results on a regular timeline instead of waiting and avoiding the question.
Hey dh30067, I think you miss the point in asking for release of Q1 financials. The only real way to know what is going on is to read financial statements. all the other stuff is PR fluff put out to entice investors. the only real measure of results comes in a financial statement, and while there have been no deadlines missed or expired timelines, these reports are due now and the only reason to withhold them is because the news is not good or something is wrong, which I am hoping is not the case here yet. At the very least we should know by now when the Q1 results will be made public. All of us should be nervous if the CEO refuses to let us know when he will be releasing them. It is a huge red flag, but having said that I am still very hopeful that Frank will come through and give us the information soon and I am awaiting a good report and the resulting run up in PPS. If you think that it is OK to not get timely financial statements from a company you are invested in, then I have a bunch of stocks I'd like to sell to you, just take my word for it, they are all great and there have been several public releases saying so! Who cares if they don't publish financial information, they are telling us they will do really well, so come on and buy them from me. Please.
We have no way of knowing if he is doing a good job unless we get information from the company! Financial reporting is the foundation for investing and it is within our rights as shareholders to ask for timely reports from our company and the CEO. All good investors will tell you that they got to be good by talking with mangement at the companies they invested in over time and developing conclusions about their abilities. Not by sitting back and waiting so "we don't bother them". A good executive can handle any demands that come his way, so the argument that he is too busy is not valid.
The emails back have his signature on them and his contact info. As a matter of fact, they suggest that you call rather than email, which is ridiculous IMHO.
No, of course he can't give one person the info, but he could say I will announce it for all to see and then make a PR statement about when it will happen. There is no reason for a CEO not to know when his company will release financial info, unless he is playing games. He must have an idea of when his accountants will be ready. It is unfair to shareholders to keep us guessing.
We can hope! I wish Frank would let us know when he is planning to release a financial report. I have asked several times via email and get no response. Has any of the board members who talk to Frank asked about this> Can one of you do so if you haven't? I don't feel comfortable calling him as a newbie and relatively small shareholder making that call, but would really love to know when he plans on releasing this information. I think we have a right to know what his plans are for reporting. Thanks to anyone who responds and gets the information or any kind of answer.
Does anyone know when Q1 report will be issued. I tried contacting Frank via email to ask, but no answer other than the standard return email directing me to the IR pdf through a link that doesn't even work. I find this very frustrating. So, has anyone had any luck in contacting Frank on this subject?
Thanks for the answer.
Van,
Is there some news that is driving EXPU stock price down today? Have I missed something? I see people ranting about dilution , but can't find anything to oindicate what they moght be talking about. I thought you might have some answers. Is this the work of those malicious forces? Any word from RR on the release of new financial data for the first quarter?
I saw the email too, because you shared it with me. I do not agree with your conclusions though. he said it was mostly accurate and bio's always have an error or two because they are not written by the person usually. He has done reverse mergers which he confirmed, all he said was that his partner was the movie producer, not him, but that it was his company invloved. He verified the other stuff. he also has been saying in emails that something is brewing here and that he is in control of the shell. i think he has since run into some snags, but it was clear that he intended to do something with this shell. I think we may end up being rewarded for patience, but it is also possible it all fails. this is a troubled stock with a troubled history which is why it is worth virtually nothing. the hope is that Looney uses the shell for an RM and that was the hope and it still is. all the talk here is nothing more than specualtion and we just have to wait to see if Mr. looney finds a way to make himself some money with the shell. If he does we all gain with him. he didn't get into it and gain control for nothing. He isn't fighting in court for nothing. it may not go anywhere, but I am sure it has a chance.
Hey Nutsack, still looking to load up? What are you seeing that tells you to load up? I can't see any news or sign of hope yet that let's me know we are getting ready to take off. Looney has been silent and if anything has backed off his earlier statements. I am troubled by the alleged response to Chad saying he is having trouble cleaning thew shell. I am gussing you are not believeing that was real, biut I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. What have you got as far as real evidence and facts? You had sent me some stuff, but nothing to indicate a chage coming.
Yeah, I guess I was a bit strong on that one. If someone has good information we all need to hear it, I just am sooo tired of bashers coming on boards with nothing but an opion that the stock "sucks" or is for "losers" with nothing else to offer. If I am wrong about TMJ, then I apologize and welcome any comments that show us why we should all head for the exits other than a lack of interest which I think someone a few posts back addressed very nicely. I have been fending off some really nasty shorters on other boards in companies I believe in and brought it with me here. Sorry.
Time will tell and I hope that in time I will be able to say to you that you were wrong. I don't know why there are no buyers, because this company has delivered so far on anything it has said. If they come out with a new product before june 30 that looks like it has a chance to be succesful, I believe this will soar. If they also announce decent sales from the 7 week infomercial run, same story. I believe that the squeegee is not the ultimate selling vehicle and was just a product thrown out there to set up distribution channels and partners and get a feel for how to succeed in this marketplace and the next products will be the ones to make some dough with. As I said, time will tell and I hope to be writing next December about the killing I made by holding this company while others were selling. My wish is that people like yourslef who are out of the stock and don't believe it will go anywhere would exit the board and keep their negative comments to themselves. If a shareholder feels that the company is not executing I would love to hear from them, but not you who have left the building so to speak. Sayonara, adieu, so long, farewell to you and you and you.
Hey TSHO'ers always fun to come back and see what is happening here. Nothing much I see, which is what I expected until something new happens to our company. I am awaiting developments and will continue to hold my shares until the time this company fulfills its promise and we all make some money. I also held Apple stock way back when as people pronounced it dead. I am never going to compare TSHO to Apple, but the point is patience is sometimes the only way to make money in the market. Pick a stock you believe in and feel has a chance to grow and become profitable for whatever reason, whether it is a CEO who has the ability to invent great life chaging products or a company developing saleable items in a world where people buy from 30 second infomercials. I still believe that TSHO is real and developing it's products and sales techniques and we will see results down the road. I will add at prices that seem reasonable and wait for the pop. If someday I see that I was wrong and they stop delivering products or don't deliver on the promises they make, I will be gone and chalk it up to a bad move on my part, and a company that tried and failed, not that some research company duped me. We must be responsible for our own actions and stop blaming others for our own mistakes. I hate the all to common practice of blaming others for our misfortune that seems so prevalent in today's society. Let's all sue Skymark, because they held a gun to our heads and made us invest, or they lied about TSHO ( lot's of companies guess a target price and get it wrong, happens all the time). Oh well, another Wounded Bear rant, way too much time on my hands today. So tired of reading how people have been "talked into" making moves. You make a move and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Stop crying when you lose and go somewhere else and try again people, or wait and have patience if you are a believer as I am. GLTA and sorry if I have gone on too long.
Thank you EX Blockman. I am impressed with how friendly everyone here has been. nothing like the nastiness to be found elsewhere on these boards. thanks again and I hope you are right becuase I am going to take a flyer on this strategy and give it a go. Hope in a year I can write back and thank you again.

How much do those filings cost? What constitutes big money, if I may ask? I am looking forward to both you and Chad back on the STMC board. Mighty quiet without you guys. I did not have a chance today to look at anything, but will get back to you tomorrow. thanks nutsack.
I live in the greater Philadelphia area and can't travle too far at this time, so Pittsburgh is not even an option (it is 6 hours by car anyway). thanks for your help. are the picks or an explanation posted anywhere?
Thank you sidesh0wb0b. Say hello to Krusty for me.
Hello Den,
I am fairly new here and have been looking for some understanding of how this board works. I read and understand the float lockdown theory and like it a lot. I am having trouble finding Monk's picks and how to begin as a Monk follower. Can anyone direct me to this? I looked all through the Ibox and see a picture of the TV character Monk with the caption Monk's sucky picks, but it doesn't have any links or anything to take me to the picks. What am I missing here? Can anyone guide me as to how to become a disciple of Monk? I do not see any Monkinars coming to my vicinity any time soon, so this is not realistic for me either right now. thanks in advance for any help.
Wounded Bear
Hello Mr. Monk. I have been following this board for a short time and like the tone and family feeling being generated by you and your followers. I would love to become more familiar with what you are doing, but don't see any Monkinars coming to my vicinity. Can you tell me where to find both your picks and philosophy? I see a section on the ibox that says Monk's sucky picks, but no links to go anywhere. Please tell me what am I missing? Thanks.
Regards to all, Wounded Bear
You are right, but I made the leap that if he was saying he had control of the shell, that meant he had cleaned it up to gain that "control". Of course I once again learned what happens when one assumes.
Chad I posted this previously several times, but here it is again.

Hello one more time Mr. Looney. I know I said I wouldn’t bother you again, but I have one last question if you can stand it. Another follower of STMC posted this claiming it came from you. Can you confirm that this was indeed from you and not made up by the poster? Here is what he said you wrote him;
Mr. XXXXX
I am now in control of the public company and will be getting an update out to shareholders in the near future. I believe that you will be very happy with the new company. That is all I can say at this point because of insider issues.

Yes I sent the email
Chad, if you got that message on 4/8, why have you waited until now to share it with the board? Also, Ken told me on Feb2, that the shell had been cleaned up and I can't understand why he would lie in response to an email from a stranger back then and tell you now that there is an issue with debt restructuring? What is the game here? Who is lying, you or nutsack? I am thrown by your not sharing info from the 8th with all of us who have been hanging in on this thing, when you have been posting all kinds of stuff up til now? What gives dude?
