Finally we have what we want:
Less talk and more action (coming in).
I can't imagine a better day than yesterday. Now the news are being spread.
FF is gonna be insane this morning.
I will gladly look at those burning short faces.
You've got a reasonable point there!
How much of it would get the commons in your opinion?
what news/results do you expect in april to occure?
what's the reason for the run? any news on the net to be found?
Very well said!
same here.
I hope the shorties will burn soon.
What makes you so "sure"?
I think those lost the boat yesterday during the big sells before trading time was over. IMO daytraders but I could be wrong.
Another 450k buy in FF.
This is getting really hot in here.
A buy of almost 1Mio shares just hit in FF
FF just hit 0,22€ = 0,296$
Will do so, SIR!

It won't be hard for those who leave a fix amount of shares where they should be.
indeed although I don't like seeing NITE in it.
btw: another 200k buy in FF.
edit: followed by another +-200k buy.
This trading day could be a déjà vu!
Nope.
But time (judges/EC/attorneys) will tell.
btw
I'm not the one you should ask this question. lol
interesting report
especially this part:
2009 compared with 2008
Total net revenue was $100.4 billion, up by $33.2 billion, or
49%, from the prior year. The increase was driven by higher
principal transactions revenue, primarily related to improved
performance across most fixed income and equity products,
and the absence of net markdowns on legacy leveraged
lending and mortgage positions in IB, as well as higher levels
of trading gains and investment securities income in
Corporate/Private Equity. Results also benefited from the
impact of the Washington Mutual transaction, which
contributed to increases in net interest income, lending- and
deposit-related fees, and mortgage fees and related income.
Lastly, higher investment banking fees also contributed to
revenue growth. These increases in revenue were offset
partially by reduced fees and commissions from the effect of
lower market levels on assets under management and
custody, and the absence of proceeds from the sale of Visa
shares in its initial public offering in the first quarter of 2008.

I thought maybe others would have noticed that mistake. lol
Fact is: we closed pari
No need to:
EUR/USD 1,3506
maybe you used a different number..
btw: that was no offense from my side!
slight correction: FF closed @ 0,128 $ = 0,173 €
Nice buyings in FF too.
If there are people who might know more than we do?
https://chart.consors.is-teledata.com/module.chart?LANG=de&ID_NOTATION=1554182&QUALITY=BST&TYPE_CHART=STAIR&TIME_SPAN=1D&SHOW_PREV_CLOSE=1&TYPE_IND3=SST&INDICATORS_COLOR1=000000&INDICATORS_COLOR2=00FF00&INDICATORS_COLOR3=0000FF&TYPE_IND5=VOLUME&ID_TYPE_SIZE=
I fully agree. All or nothing!
Although a lot of weak players won't be at the final point, no matter how it's gonna end.
This is exactly what I thought of first. A settlement before that "deadline" would not make any sens to me. Any different thoughts?
If there is action behind these words I would be heavily surprised.
But the hope dies at last.
Or those we haven't seen yet!
When shall the tax refund take place?

In the report, the analyst notes:
"A Delaware bankruptcy judge in late January denied WAMUQ's request to force government regulators to hand over documents related to the 2008 collapse of WAMUQ. In a court filing last month, the bank holding company asked the court to direct the handing over of documents and the examination of witnesses from a host of regulatory bodies, ratings agencies, banks and other entities.
