The one thing that sits on investors minds that I believe keeps them interested, is still what effect the Polartec news had on KBLB share price. Kim's RS announcement has again driven the pps down to .21, but many still remember how quickly it rose from .06 with just a pr from Polartec, and now correctly think that if Kim prs substantial production and/or partnerships the pps would explode.
Assuming he has those prs, Kim can release them anytime, or wait until before or after a RS, or wait before or after dilution, or before or after uplist. Substantiated production and quality prs virtually assures KBLB of success, but how Kim chooses to proceed will determine just how successful it will be, and who will still be around to see it.
Bottom line, if one can afford to stay invested until those prs are released you'll be golden, the only questions being when and how much money you make!
The only way you lose is if Kim screws up the business end, or of course unless you're being scammed!
The only problem I have with everything you said is "about to take up production", not exactly what investors want to hear. If Kim chooses the uplist path without proving substantial production and partners then the risks go way up of failure on Nasdaq if we can even get there.
"It is what it is."
And what it is, is POTENTIAL. It's why so many have stayed with Kim through a decade, not because we trust him explicitly but trust in him enough to eventually get the job done. At this point, we can only trust that getting the job done doesn't include massive dilution, a possibility of a RS and uplist.
Whether he succeeds or not, it's all on him. We can support Kim or not, many of us will stay till the bitter end strictly because of that potential, which could begin to be realized immediately upon a pr of massive production and quality.
Whatever, we're just along for the ride!
Is there a time limit assigned to those warrants?
You're absolutely right, it is FEAR! It's fear of Kim and the unknown, and there's not a thing investors can do until he reveals his intentions.
Nobody KNOWS his plans, but the announcement of a possible RS stopped a rising pps in it's tracks, not a move that instills confidence. But then again, maybe it's all a part of his genius, and we'll end up on Nasdaq with prs of massive production and solid partnerships!
I really pray that it's genius, because if Kim chooses a RS then uplist strategy when our pps is .21, he's going to need those prs to keep shorters at bay and long time investors from cashing in.
Sorry, but I disagree!
If Kim prs substantial production and announces just one solid partnership the share price will go far higher than $1 almost immediately. Quality and quantity, once these are established it's game on for companies that desire KBLB silk for any number of final products. All the potential of KBLB will come into play, the many commercial uses of spider silk will become a reality.
KBLB is like the snowball on a hill, once you push it over with quantity and quality it will gain momentum that would negate any need for a RS. Or Kim can go with the proposed RS and hopefully uplist without dilution and hopefully keep on Nasdaq, which would equate with pushing the snowball back uphill with numerous pitfalls in your path.
Can't imagine many investors cashing in at $1 if Kim prs production and partners, the upside of KBLB is too great to ignore. If Kim can deliver that news, by spring we could enter Nasdaq if we desire as a solid company with proven production and partners, instead of one that had to RS just to get there.
Not much action thus far, feels like most investors are sitting pat, just waiting to pounce on news. Nobody wants to get caught with the wrong move, especially considering how fast the pps rose simply with news of Polartec., or how fast it can drop with questionable moves by Kim.
If the news he prs is accurate and confirms quality and quantity, NOW is the time to deliver. Even if the production is short of MASSIVE, no concern as long as it's steady and improving. Most investors are waiting for one sure thing, that being KBLB producing silk in the quality and quantity we have long hoped for.
Kim has all the marbles, it's his game, and unless investors want to cash out we're all depending on him to succeed.
I just can't understand why Kim doesn't release news of production and/or partnerships, notwithstanding the NDAs, unless there is none.
If he does have it, quantity and quality, then immediately all the potential of KBLB silk must be considered by investors. Never mind any partners, this news alone would skyrocket the pps., with potential partners lining up for Kim. From that point on only the market will determine how high the share price will go, but it would surely rate a Nasdaq standing if desired.
So to do nothing, with investors staring at potential RS, Uplist, and dilution, doesn't make any sense at all. If Kim has the bullets, and I hope he does, using them to erase those problems and make uplisting a breeze would seem the prudent action.
Bottom line, quantity and quality are the key issues, how and why Kim uses them will determine how determine the success of KBLB. Whatever the plan, I hope it's well thought out and certainly not detrimental to investors.
Well, the good news is after a decade of waiting for KBLB to produce a gamechanging spider silk we're finally coming to crunch time. The bad news is I don't know if Kim is producing any such silk, or if he has any partners, plus we do know that a RS, Uplist, and dilution are all possible depending on what Kim's plan is.
Cash in or wait, the first gives one a nice profit while the latter is a tossup between losing your investment or a massive profit or somewhere in-between. Investment in KBLB has always been based on two factors, potential and Kim, both of which come with unanswered questions that are vital to making this decision.
If I cashed in and then Kim starts dumping prs of massive production and such I would be pissed at myself and Kim. If I don't and Kim simply does RS and dilution to uplist and has no such prs then I will really be pissed at the same people.
For me and I assume most investors it boils down to whether you trust both Kim's intelligence and integrity. Don't want Mojo to have a stroke, but that's the position we're all in and it should be a wild ride to the finish!
POTENTIAL! That one word is the reason most investors still trust Kim to deliver, no matter if they bought in low or high. As soon as mass production is reached, investors will be able to cash in many times what the pps is currently. When partnerships are established, another rise in the pps, followed with a steady rise in share price as the many uses of spider silk are developed and the industry develops. This is the best case scenario, but that's KBLB's potential that we invested in, so it all comes down to what Kim has planned.
We HOPE Kim has a plan, one that at the very least allows investors to cash out with a hefty profit, but HOPE it's a plan that allows a very, very, very, hefty profit. Don't know why he's putting us through this when there are other options, but if we're heading for the dreaded RS then I HOPE he's got the powder to prove KBLB belongs and to keep us on the big board.
Exactly right, and I think that is what is playing out right now with the share price. Shorts and traders have had their way with the extreme drop and persistent level of the pps, but theirs is a gamble that is dependent on current MRKR trials will either be viewed as negative or simply not completed.
I think the PC data, once used to drop the share price, is now influencing that share price simply because it was impressive as it actually proved the treatment successful. How long do shorts hang on when every pr could be the one that possibly doubles the share price?
WHAT I DON'T KNOW :
is how close are we to substantial production? Are we producing enough to qualify as massive, or have we even started yet? Can we produce enough to fill demands, and is it the quality needed?
is there another "Polartec" out there, a company/companies that will move the pps substantially if known, or not? Is there any demand?
is why Kim would stop a rising pps with news about a RS, then remain silent while the pps tanked? Doing so he has insured that investors
would question not only his ultimate goals, but also whether he possesses any dry powder at all.
I'm going to find out soon enough the answers to what I don't know, just hope those answers don't conclude with the words "massive dilution" or "40/1"
Some good points, most of which are argued on a continuous basis, but all of which would disappear with proof of massive and quality production.
When Kim prs that silk is being produced in the quantity and quality needed by future partners, share price will skyrocket and that is a given. Can't help but think companies will be lining up to deal with KBLB once they can be confident that the supply of spider silk will be consistent and plentiful.
That being said, the share price could easily be 2 or 3 dollars within a week negating need for RS, but how high will depend on whether Kim allows it with transparency regarding those partners. Nevertheless, the news of production is by far the key we're all waiting for, and if it indeed becomes a reality the only question will be whether Kim prs before or after a RS.
Not saying anything new, just reminding investors of the potential gold mine KBLB could be if and when we finally produce the silk desired by companies.
From your post to Kim's eyes, may it become a reality!
Sad for us, problem is those assumptions are relevant because of the lack of communications from Kim! Some investors are all in for Kim regardless of no solid prs about production or partners, others are quite the opposite, with most in-between waiting and wondering.
I read all the opinions on what Kim is doing and why is viewed as good or bad, all the time wishing the good would prevail and the bad would go just away. But Kim has taken all the air out of KBLB with his proposed RS, and done nothing to replace it, and this assures that the bad will be with us until Kim decides to blow the pps back up.
Maybe we have massive production, maybe we have nothing, maybe it's somewhere in-between? Maybe we have partners, maybe not? Is Kim gonna release prs to raise pps so we don't need RS, or will there be a 40/1 split at .23? There may be good reasons Kim keeps quiet about his plans, I surely hope so, and also hope those reasons are beneficial to investors!
We've been bullied and ridiculed for the past 2 months, just hard for you to see due to the location of your head.
Regardless of why we are here, the promise of what MRKR offers will come into reality through the trials. Just the preliminary pancreatic data showed a viable alternative to chemo and this is just the tip of the iceberg, hopefully on-going trials will show equally impressive data and then it's game on.
What we know is nothing's changed from the time we were at 9 except for pancreatic data, so what the hell's going on. Apparently shorters aren't to blame, no conspiracy by BP, yet the promise of a effective and non-toxic treatment for cancers doesn't seem to resonate with investors. Go figure how this could be when MRKR appears to be on the verge of game-changing cancer treatments!
Sounds like extensive trials are needed before the right combinations of the dosage and/or combination of treatments. Seems like the one huge advantage is the non-toxic delivery, gives great leeway as to the frequency, length, and make up of the injections than can be given.
That being said, what are the chances that MRKR will follow up with the trials necessary to obtain optimum results from their treatments. Based on the data, there is ample evidence that MTAA shows great promise, but can MRKR proceed as needed under the current threat to their finances?
Were there a limited number of injections given and are any of the patients still receiving them or are results based on solely a designated number?
Low volume, 5m short interest, set up for short squeeze with any solid pr! In reality, shouldn't even take pr, MRKR treatments are proving successful with no side effects and should/will soon be recognized as a leader in cancer treatments.
Perhaps it was a good thing my last post was deleted, contents wouldn't have done any good and would have taken away from any point I was trying to make.
Bottom line, the confidence I held for MRKR took a big hit the last month, not the least factor being the way management handled the pancreatic debacle. Never mind any stock manipulation, they were woefully unprepared and even solid technical data was presented in such a way that it only added to the panic.
The bright spot is the realization by management of a need and taking action to fill it, specifically the hiring of Nadia and Steven who both bring impressive resumes. Their expertise covers everything from dealing with successfully with the FDA to the business end including partnerships and/or buyouts. Hopefully they can provide the leadership and knowledge necessary to insure that MRKR can continue to work toward developing unique and successful treatments for cancer.
Ha, right back at ya!
Got the wrong guy, I don't make calls, gotta rely on experts like you for imput!
Well then I guess insinuating Fidelity as having a significant role in what is taking place was not only misplaced, but actually they don't care who MRKR is or what they're doing. Not exactly how I would imagine them doing business, but you're the expert so I defer to your expertise.
That being said, it only leaves shorters as the true geniuses who recognized MRKR as overpriced and even a impressive pancreatic data presentation wouldn't deter them from betting millions. I guess that's what they do and apparently are very good at it, for betting that MRKR's stock would fall so far and fast was something that took guts when you consider MRKR's successes to that point. Who could have guessed MRKR would have went from a buy to a sell overnight, and would continue to fall based solely on the positive pancreatic data?
Shorters did and without any response thus far from MRKR they continue to control the pps, just hope that doesn't last long with the recent hires at MRKR making a very positive impact on the business end.
Oh yeah, moving forward I won't use the "F" word any further!
How's that, not mad at me anymore?
What the hell am I doing with my money invested in MRKR when I can invest in Fidelity who clearly has a crystal ball that foretells the future. Crystal ball or pure genius, Fidelity knew to go all in leading up to the release of the pancreatic data when everything pointed toward it being impressive, making huge monies for the shorters who also showed genius with this apparent "risk".
Investors' posts prior to pancreatic debacle forecast nothing but positive vibes, predicting a rapid rise in the pps based on very positive pancreatic trial data, so what did Fidelity and investing shorters POSITIVELY know to bet millions that we didn't? Call it what you will, it was and still continues to be a "gamble" that sucks the money out of MRKR, something that will continue until hopefully MRKR lets Nadia and Steven do what they do and build upon the successes of ground-breaking treatments.
Despite what mojo says, Kim's not a idiot, at least I really hope not. Evidence is mounting to support mojo, and in view of recent prs by KBLB there isn't much evidence against it. But we can only surmise at what Kim has planned, maybe solid production prs at the time of the RS
or maybe private and/or bank financing negating a RS, or maybe something in-between.
Whatever his plan, I truly desire it makes me feel foolish for ever doubting Kim, that he is truly a genius for coming up with the greatest plan ever! But I'd still punch him!
Extraordinary conspiracy? Fidelity amassing short shares in the face of what everyone considered would be impressive pancreatic data, a premature release of that data followed immediately by a luke warm evaluation of that data, followed by a sudden overnight drop in the bids of share price are what actually took place. Those are not my beliefs, they are facts, but it hardly raises to the level of extraordinary, pretty simple to accomplish if you have the expertise to use the system.
Is what took place actually fraud or a conspiracy or simply Shorts getting lucky? I don't know the answer, so what evidence do you expect me to produce other than what actually happened, this perfect storm of events that Fidelity and shorts saw happening against all odds. Take from those facts what you will, but don't piss on my shoes and tell me it's raining, then tell me it's just my emotions!
And those bids were made by shorts covering in your net zero scenario?
Quite a drop in share price for what amounted to the positive data released, but effective in causing panic selling that was just the prelude to a campaign dedicated to attacking the share price that continues to this day.
Agree. Even though the past month has been depressing to say the least, the fact that management has recognized the problem and taken steps to correct it is a very positive move. That being the hiring of Nadia and Steven, both of whom have impressive resumes that extend beyond the science into the real world of business. The pancreatic debacle was a prime example of lack of experience in the business end and it has cost dearly, hopefully what was a negative will turn positive with these hires.
Don't be screwing around with my dream with any kind of LOGIC, that's not how KBLB rolls!
When the saga of KBLB finally plays out and we're all millionaires, at the party to celebrate I'm gonna hug Kim, punch him in the nose for all he's put me through, then hug him again!
I would offer that the hiring of Nadia has had a profound impact on the strategy of shorters and traders that felt very satisfied with the silence from MRKR since the free fall of the pps. Her resume shows the ability to deal with all aspects of bringing a drug to market, a talent that should bode very well when dealing with the vast potential that MRKR currently shows. When and in what form her impact will be felt certainly isn't known, but with MRKR currently trading at such a low pps it leaves a rapid rise in the share price very possible depending on what changes she initiates within MRKR management decisions.
Wondering if the hire of Nadia had something to do with the spike in share price? Everyone still invested here KNOWS the potential of MRKR and is waiting for them to present some sort of counter to the fall of the pps. Perhaps her reputation proceeds her and makes shorts nervous enough to start covering before she has a permanent impact on how MRKR handles their business.
Exactly, when massive production and quality of silk is confirmed the floodgates will open. Everyone is waiting for it, and when that news is out investors better be ready to buy very, very early or they'll be spending 1+ per share before that day is gone. Once quality and quantity of silk is realized all its POTENTIAL will come into play in the form of a multitude of companies.
Of course they're geniuses, heck they KNEW to accumulate short shares, KNEW pancreatic data would be released early and what it would entail, and KNEW that a early analysis of that data would be lukewarm. That they KNEW all of these things answers the questions raised on this board concerning the massive accumulation of shorts prior to the conference, even though all the speculations pointed toward a impressive data release, as to why Fidelity was so confident MRKR stock would fall.
Of course this attack was initiated and has been prolonged by shorts, with absolutely no regard for the long term effects this might have on future MRKR trials. Was this perfect storm that shorts KNEW would happen deemed illegal, probably not, but most certainly NEFARIOUS!
All the more reason to get word out to the public of MRKR's successes and on-going trials, drawing attention to this promising method of treating cancer would make it increasingly difficult for any entity to prevent it's progress.
MRKR is just beginning to tap into what could be the gold standard for the treatment of all forms of cancer. What it progresses to finally be at it's endpoint is purely conjecture, but the optimism shown of a toxic free delivery of a effective cancer treatment is a great improvement in itself. As trials progress, hopefully with consistent successes, MRKR will rapidly become known to the public and that will end any and all nefarious actions to stop them.
