Speaking of the QTMM website, in late March I volunteered to create the new site for free. I proposed that I would submit a prototype, and if they liked it they could have it for either free or, well you know, maybe a few shares of stock. I received this within the reply:
"A QMC website is in the works.
Money is not the problem, we have
people we have worked with for some time."
Now, I actually expected that by this late time that they would have the site in the works, if not completed. I was groping for a tidbit, and who knows, if they didn't have a site already maybe they would have entertained my offer. Getting this confirmation was actually what I was hoping for.
Just imagine the speculation that we, with PV in the lead, have written about over the last couple of years. It is all there, nearly six thousand posts, the majority of which included PV19 in some way or another. We all tuned in daily for the latest, and there was PV leading the discussions with his take on things, his opinion of what the tidbits of information was telling us. He was one of the really busy ones mining every single morsell of information possible, then working to put the peices of the puzzle together. I for one, quit even looking very hard because I knew that even when I found something, PV, and others, would have already posted those findings and made some sense of them, moreso than I could have. The temptation now is to indulge in wanton insider trading by asking PV to divulge all of the things going on of late. It seems so natural to ask him, "hey, have we been right?" "Are we in the ballpark or are we way off?" "What is going on man, how much more stock should we buy?" More so than a matter of keeping quiet for the sake of the good of the company, whether for stealth or just good corporate security, we have to be careful what we ask, and he what he answers due to SEC rules. Kind of reminds me of Maxwell Smart walking down the corridor toward his destination and suddenly the door shuts and smashes his nose.
Hey Solar Express, that other board became useless when it stopped being a place for information about QTMM with PV and DD and IH and others, to the political venue that it is today. Don't pay any more attention the the drunk one than any of the rest of us do. You are fine.
Haven't you guys heard about PV yet? We've got one of our own on the inside now!
The new U.S. Air Force Orbital Test Vehicle, X-37B takes flight today for the second time. This vehicle is unmanned, and is taking the place of the Space Shuttle. So many things about this vehicle are so classified that most people never heard of it and most governments would really love to know more. Among the classified attributes are its length of time aloft. It can stay aloft for so long due to another of its clasified attributes. Quoting from Fox News:
"The first test flight stayed up for 225 days and was fueled by solar power. Those solar panels are the secret part of this mission." Would anyone like to start a rumor?
I don't understand the folks that seem to be lying in wait for someone to express a doubt or frustration or concern so that they can pounce on them and strangle them with accusations. Like the qtmm thought police or something. Some of us have held this stock longer than they have and they want to fight over what we have to say if not according to their thoughts. I remember when we used to get frustrated over the endless cut and paste 10Q's that generally said nothing new. We would get it off our collective chests and then, together, find positive reasons to hold the stock and move on. Now days there are a few who want to jump all over you as if you have done something wrong and assaulted them when you voice a little frustration. Their robot like, programmed attitudes get old to me. The point is, we are all still here, with one or two exceptions, after more than two years, and have the right to say what we please, ideally without being personally attacked for it.
Let's hope for Joel and more like him to help find the qtmm's of the future, we will need another diamond in the rough after qtmm soars. The penny stock is a new arena for me, and I found qtmm completely by accident. I usually deal in retail stocks that are down in Jan.-Mar. and up in Oct.-Dec. A long range winner if played right, but nowhere near the power of a Qtmm explosion. BTW did you see the new domain, qdotss.com? Got to be soon now.
I wish he would throw his patient, longsuffering shareholders a .0269 bone that we can buy for .05 and sell for .16. That would take a whole lot of vinegar out of this wait. I wish we could stop the insults because some happen to have a little doubt creep in sometimes. Nothing wrong with wanting accountability.
I usually buy all the shares I want when I buy at the ask.
And still LOL
I am not saying that it was an error, but that everyone, to my understanding, thought that it was an error because the share price hasn't been above twenty-somehing cents in forever, eight cents at the time, and not above a dollar something ever. I have no idea what happened, I was like some and just hoped that it was eight dollars and would stay there. unfortunately it didn't. Can I change my handle to IOWN30K yet? or am I stuck with 22K?... You can laugh now.
I like the info, I just wonder what is being said on the deleted posts, and who does the deleting.
This was the transaction that everyone on the other board assumed was a mis-print, as the PPS at the time was .08. The whole issue just kind of went away, meaning any interest disappeared, with everyone comfortable it was a mistake.
Correct again Mr. DD. I haven't seen the movie, but have seen a documentary and read a website or two about the "event." One skeptic that I read claimed that, based on several sailor's comments, that the story couldn't be further from the truth because the USS Eldridge never docked in Philadelphia. A few paragraphs later though he quotes another individual who stated that the ship did in fact, leave the harbor in Philadelphia on the night in question, sail to Norfolk, then back again in record time. They supposedly made a two day trip, one way, in six hours, which caused casual observers to think, mistakenly, that it had disapeared and reappeared. I don't know which story the skeptic is trying to validate, but I do know that some pretty groundbreaking science went on during WWII. Necessity is the mother of invention, just ask the Japanese survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Maybe we will get to watch a holographic version one day, thanks to TQdots.
You are absolutely correct, I forgot the repeat, I was only thinking, with tunnel thought, about the original line.
You got the "like a hawk" part right. It was DD and PV that caused me to quit looking for my own info. For over a year I had been digging for data to justify the investment I had made, then found the HGUE board. There was a couple or three hundred posts and they all had to do with info I had already dug up myself, so I thought "wow, this company must really be legit after all." After a while, though, I noticed that every time I found new info, I couldn't get a post in quick enough, someone else had already posted the news. Then I noticed DD and PV seemed to be the most energetic ones posting, and finally concluded that I was working too hard for nothing because they kept beating me to the posts. So now I check in daily to see what the guys have found for us. Not lazy on my part, just effecient use of my time.
Paul Newman didn't say it,It was Strother Martin, or the Captain character.
Don't worry, I messed up his plans. I bought 630 at the ask of .11. Just wanted to round my position up to the next thousand. That move did mess up my average purchase price though. The things we do for love.
There has been no reply. I didn't really expect one because I wasn't stroking them and asking for the usual put off, but I was hoping that they would take me on. Hearing something about a 10K and Q would be better than hearing nothing. If I am figuring correctly, I think they will be due three 10Q's by end of month January.
May-July... fourth fiscal qutr 10Q and year end 10K
August-October... first fiscal qutr 10Q
November-January... second fiscal qutr 10Q
I suppose that for some reason they don't have to report anything so they don't.
PV went to the Printed Electronics/Photovoltaic conference. Says that the other companies are ignorant of the progress with TQDs. Mr. Lee gave Dr. Jabbour's speech, and there have been other speeches in the past as well as the Dr. Bob paper, so I don't see why this ignorance is rampant unless the other companies don't believe in the technology, or don't care because they are too vested in something else. Either way the word is out and has been for some time, so if this ignorance is out there it seems to me that QMC is operating in relative safety.
DD
The "say what I please" statement was for those on the other board who love to gangbang anyone who gets frustrated and voices it. Recently they jumped on a mark, who was only venting, like a pack of hungry wolves.
I hear you B, I also want them to succeed. I have said my piece, now let's see if they have anything to say.
As I told the other board with the post below, Thanx.
I thank all of you for supporting rather than bashing my attempt to jolt a reply of substance from them, rather than the usual put off. I know that they do not consider how I think in their daily business nor should they, but they do need to realize that we want to be informed as any stockholder/stakeholder would. They can put us off and chalk it up to stealth all they want, but their product, the science behind it, and their plans and vision for it are already known, so just what is it that the stealth is supposed to be doing for them exactly? If I were a competitor rather than investor, I would already know more than I know now, and if I wanted to pull something I would already have done so, so I don't buy the stealth BS. I also wasn't very concerned about the "snide remark" remark, until I thought more about it and now think that Dr. Bob needs to learn better understanding of investor concerns. I personally don't recall any snide remark whatsoever, and I have read every single post since number 300 and something. I already said, to a previous post, that as stockholders we all have a right to not only expect, but demand information, the same that the SEC requires, and they are giving the impression of incompetence by doing such a dismal job of providing this information, all with the worn out excuse of stealth. I don't buy it, and don't have to. I own stock and can think and say what I please, and their reaction should be no less than professional and informative. Due to an unemployment, I am a man of modest means until I can replace what I lost. I started with 19,000 shares and have scraped and clawed my way to 30,000, and I will keep accumulating as I can, so I don't mind holding their feet to the fire because they work for me. Now the ball is in their court.

I just tried it to see if it jolts something loose from them.
An email I sent, should i bet on a reply?
To QMC,
I have held, and accumulated your stock for two years because I believe in what you are doing. Yes, I am in it for the money, just like you are, that is why people invest. But if an investment can be tied to the betterment of mankind then so much the better, so I am not apologetic for being an investor with a fiscal motive. I have waited, along with every other investor, for the slightest morsel of information to be dropped to us, some small crumb to drop from the table just to keep us happy and drooling for another quarter while we wait for some kind of growth, or another little morsel. I don’t even mind Dr. Bob’s reference to the “snide” remarks on the IHUB board. Those “snide” remarks are made by people who are investing in and trying their best to believe in your vision. They have stayed the course through unending months of silence from you, and have a right to make any remark they please when waiting an unreasonable amount of time for even the basic things such as a 10k and 10q. They wait, like I do, for the report, then wait through the delay, and now wait for who only knows when, for the thing to ever materialize if it ever does. I have to admit that I am not a little frustrated, but quite mad about the silence. The delisting, the conferences with canceled attendance, 10q’s that are so late that you may as well skip them because other 10q’s are due already. I understand the concept of stealth mode. I understand that you have a lot riding on how well you bring this product to market, and the dangers you face from the competition. But something isn’t adding up here. Your product and vision for it is not a secret. You have a web site and have placed PR’s periodically in the past. If those of us on IHUB know what we know, and am able to speculate as we do, there are much better minds than ours out there doing the same thing, and no doubt know much more than we do about you and your product and the progress you have made. So why do we get fed this continued silence, and get pushed aside when we are only asking that you do the simple things such as post timely quarterly and year end reports? If this is too much for investors to ask for now when you are small and in need of supporters, I can only imagine how you will be when you become “too big to fail.” I have seen how you and others have responded to emails from some of the board members, and I thank you for that, I think that it was actually a surprise to some to get responses. I do recognize that you have a world class science and management team. I will hold the stock that I have, and will continue accumulating when possible because I hope and pray that you will become a large part of my retirement. So what is my point then? I wish that I wasn’t embarrassed to sell you and your product and vision to others. Anyone looking at you logically, without my level of commitment will not chance a serious investment in a company that disrespects its owners by not even posting required reports, not to mention .075 cent PPS. Hope is not a strategy, and people that I know who might ordinarily invest in something like this will not do so based on my commitment. They will want to see something real, and all I have to show them is the information that attracted me and caused me to invest to start with, but little to nothing lately other than the unending conjecture on the IHUB board, along with those “snide remarks.” I wait, and will wait, but I also reserve the right to blow off some stress and make “snide” remarks about MY company.
Thank You
Mike McIntyre

Great info.

I tried to submit this privately, but only have a free account so I wasn't allowed to. Soooo, WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED ON THE QTMM BOARD?? One minute everything is normal, the next minute PV is quitting, then you are taking over, then charly manson winds up in charge. Now that he is the mod I don't have a reason to go back there again.
Yep, Dr Bob attributed your blog post to Jabbour:
Uploaded by: Bob Glass — blog by Dr. Jabbour
I was confused and thinking that the coffee had not kicked in yet. I did an internet search for solterra1 to remind myself of who solterra1 is, then thought I was reading Dr Bob's post wrong. But then I thought that he must really respect your outlook to post your blog like that, or to confirm that you are a genius to have figured them out. Or maybe it was like we opined here once, that you are really Steven Squires in a IH8ALOSS suit.
I thought that solterra1 was IH8. This article, http://www.scribd.com/bob_glass, that Bob Glass and Steven Squires has posted is by solterra1.
Correction, I don't know that Squires posted this on Twitter, but Dr Bob has it on Scribd
Also on twitter:
CEO Steve Squires nominated for 2011 Zayed Future Energy Prize, leading innovation in renewable energy technology that'll benefit the world.

Ditto the retirement fund! In for the duration, and accumulating when I can. Just find something else to focus on when you get frustrated folks, but whatever it takes, suck it up and hang in there. PV said it, everything has come together in one place, a stock perfect storm.
LOL, I do miss Ronbo Reagan. Another of his funnies:
While attempting to get onto his favorite horse, it got all skiddish and jumpy and wound up with one of its hind hooves caught in a stirrup, to which Ronnie replied, "well if you're gonna ride then I'll just wait." l
I guess I don't see the connection with the FINRA thing and the 10K, it didn't happen during the fiscal year so what does it have to do with a fiscal year report?
Crunch, as many have already stated, I don't like reverse splits. I worked for a health care software company called Medaphis at one time. Once a darling of Wall Street, due to too many aquisitions and other issues the stock plumeted from $52 PS to $3. So they did a 3 /1 reverse split but the stock never recovered and neither did the company, which was later aquired by a competitor. That was my first experience, but saw two other companies do a reverse split which failed to jump start the stock price. One was Cray, a computer company that once sold above $60. After the dot com bubble bust it turned down until it was selling below $10. They reversed several years ago and it is still below $10 today.
Yes, my Ameritrade streamer confirms that.
Well, just did my part and bought another 2300 at the ask. You are right to be impatient, that is the job of stockholders, and we have all felt that way and there is nothing wrong with it. There does seem to be a lot of attack dog action going on when someone vocalizes their frustration. It seems that if you were to blame George Bush, or evil greedy American big business no one would have a problem with what you say here, except me of course, but hold management's feet to the fire for being completely unable to get required reports out on time, or not having anything substantive to say in them, and you wake up the dogs. I expected the 10Q to be late and was still mad when it happened. I really want this thing to do what we are hoping for, but I don't like the way things are going either. I really do beleive that this thing will happen, but had to find something to focus on at times like this or I would have bailed two years ago. Even though I have a single minded determination to see this process through, I have to admit that PV and I8 are the primary ones that have helped me keep my focus on the light at the end. Maybe this will help, after all this is supposed to be what this board exists for, to help us all stay focused.
Ion30K
How about 25000 shares at .09 and sell for $100. What do we do then, move offshore?
After two years, I felt that this was the best news to date. Dr. Bob himself told us, we will be worth more by years end. I bought in two years ago and can certainly wait another two months after hearing this straight from the company.
You gotta love this:
I know everyone wonders why the stock sits at 9 cents, but that should change before the end of the year.
To, "the end of the year."
