The likely hood of a RS here is unlikely at these penny levels. If ever zvtk were to get into the dollars range then a RS could be more probably.

Yes, and that can be attributed to just one or two single (fool) pumpers of which are highly praised on the yahoo forum.
A lot of people sold at a loss by listening to one or 2 main pumpers on yahoo. There are a lot of people still holding the bag from purchasing at the .0100 to .0150+ levels although most have sold at huge losses by now. In reality, there was no need for so many on that forum to have been strong but with the massive amount of pumping that was done buy just one single pumper and with the the further pumping and praise loaded on that person, many got in about the .0090 level and very many have now lost good fortunes.

To date, that pumper is still bumping his 'pumped' posts to the top. He has now taken up another identity to further load praise on his own posts through his new hidden identity.
We all have to watch out for stocks that are overly pumped and be especially aware of people like that who will take on multiple personalities on a forum in order to falsely heap praise onto their own posts. Watch out and trust neither the bashers nor the pumpers and especially be aware of the fact that some will have several ids in order to not cause to much alarm all the while pushing at 2X 0r 3X the speed thru different id's.

Charts are a 50/50 things at best. The best thing about charts is if you study them you will know how to read charts at which point you -might- have given yourself a 50/50 chance at Absolute Best. ;)
Charts don't tell you when a stock is being Manipulated and that Manipulation is what/why a pps is a pps. All Stocks Are Manipulated therefor charts are at times more useless then they are useful

I don't see any reason why there should be better volume this afternoon without further/valuable PR's. So far Volume is particularly light on today's trading and the markets in general are quite depressed.
Most people fail to realize that the biggest influence on any stock is in how the markets in general are performing.
This week in general has not been a good week for world markets.
I expect the Dow to bottom soon, probably at the ~10,400 level at which point we will all benefit from the support and burgeoning up rise. In this week of bear markets it is hard for any stock, ATNP not withstanding, to gain momentum.

I think the mm's will hold this down until many of us longs sell off.
They have no intent on letting people with 5 or 10 million shares hold thru a huge push up.
mms don't make big profits off of us holding millions from the .0021 days.
In fact, if worse comes to worse I am sure they would love to push this back down that far in order to squeeze the shares out of us.
Truth is the market is rigged in their favor and they are not interested in letting money get away from them.
They will hold this sideways and down for as long as it takes to get as many of the old shares pulled off relatively cheap.The problem is that to many people got in on zvtk early on rather than chasing it up.

Well I don't necessarily agree with all you have stated I would say that it's a lot closer to reality than most others.
I still have 6610000 shares left after trading some off at the peaks a few weeks ago.
will be waiting to get back up to .016 level before I slice off another %10. I don't think it will be to long of a wait before we see the next Real step up, -support at .0160 and high around .0200 to .0225. Here's hoping that it's not more than a few weeks distant.
Two major problems last week were that the markets in general were bearish and all stocks suffered plus the fact that the patent holder has started taking profits. And I do mean Started. Not sure if he has fully sold off the expected 2,500,000 shares that is slated to be sold. 2.5 mil doesn't really sound like that much but it was enough to hold the pps sideways on last weeks pr. I would expect that if he hasn't sold off the entire 2.5 mil that he will continue to sell more with every upcoming pr. This may again hold the pps somewhat sideways until he has taken all his projected profits thru the 2.5 mil selloff.

That wasn't Adam and that wasn't dilution as per say.

A P/E ratio of 10/1 is a best case scenario, since there are no real hard numbers on earnings yet, Ill be happy with a realistic conservative pps. Which is what the current pps is showing.

It's also possible that some of the shares were sold and more will be sold with upcoming news so as not to depress the pps too much.
This makes me think that they are planning to release another pr very shortly to help offset the negative effects of the insider sales.

Not surprisingly, we are not far off of the .02 cent mark right now.
We might even have gotten closer to the .02 mark except for the fact that insider trades held the pps sideways on Friday.
And that in itself is not a real big deal.

I would like to think that zvtk planned the next batch of commercials to coincide with a fresh shipment of stock from the manufacturer as well as to have them air on the holiday right when everybodies relaxing in the couch.

Well I would agree, the pumping seems to have subsided a fair amount. All in all I think we have a good company here.

While it would be nice to reap huge profits right now I think in reality the real gains will be made thru Feb and into April. We are on the tip of the iceberg here.

Well I think that zvtk is way to 'over pumped', much of it by new inexperienced and/or excited investors.
That may be one of the reasons that the MM's are holding it at bay.

My personnel opinion is that sales are off to a great start (based on the CEO's statements/reactions).

They've given the manufacturer a heads up that they need to replenish the goods only after just a few weeks of sales. They've instructed the manufacturer to prepare to increased manufacturing and to get ready to ship in larger quantities.

So far all indicators are that they have better than expected sales/growth.
The current pps is based on the early sales estimates and when the first real saes estimates/numbers are released we will se us climb past the former .0162 high and maybe get into the .02 range. Also expect that once we get there we will see another pullback to our former high and the stock will trade in that range until we see futher pr's.

If Chris is smart, He will hit us with a 1-2 punch followed by a knock out 3rd blind line hit.
Good companies, Good CEO's know this and like to hold off on pr until they can bunch some together. This causes the pps to rock hard and find an even better footing to perch on once a new high is reached.

The one things that most investors seldom take into consideration is "the market in general"
What is the dow or the S&P doing on any particular day?
How are other companies performing in the market sector that zvtk resides in?
zvtk will be effected by the day/weeks market sector so if pr's are released during a bear session/week then expect a lesser performance even with good pr.

Time will tell.

It sure would be nice to have investors studying fresh pr with anticipation over the weekend.
But if not, if no pr..
- there will be other weekends and I would think that zvtk will releases their pr's when they have strong numbers to back them up and not before.

In my opinion, there's no reason for anyone to fret or get antsy when pr is slow to come.

These things take time. -Even with a pr tomorrow we will still be hungry for next weekends pr, and then the next.

ZVTK is a good company and the pps will rise over many weeks and months. No real need to worry because it's not reaching new highs this day, this week or this month.

Patience is a hard thing to sit on especially when we see a good thing and know what the future holds.
Give it a chance and patience can either make you money or cost you potential profits.

Generally a good sign of 'intelligences' is when someone starts trash talking or bashing a person rather than support their unfounded claims. It's also a good indicator as to a persons mental maturity and/or age.

My question would be, 'How low do you think the Market Makers are prepared to push this?
With no real prs, we saw the MM's push zvtk into the .0070s again and again. And without some forth coming strong PR we could expect to see retesting of the .0075 support and possibly a slide into the .0060's.

My positions are well grounded so even at .0060's I am still up several %100 but there are many out there that may get scared if/when it dips into the .0060s or beyond.
-Without some real pr, .0060's (or worse) could be a strong reality and the MM's would be more than happy to take shares back from scared rabbits.
