It's on the OTC Markets :
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SNDY/news
Nothing fake about it.
News still not on TDAmeritrade.
Gee, no trip 0's, no Reverse Split, no scam company with fake products. No pump and dump scams. What will we ever talk about on this message board? Go SNDY!
So a PR with no financials, no sales figures, no results of an audit and we start going up. Hmmmmm! Yeah, just a scam company, I guess. ; )
August 16 is the audit. It may not be the date that the price per share automatically sky rockets. In other words, simply because the 16th is the date of the audit does not mean any PR will be issued that day or that, all of a sudden, things pivot at that moment. It will take some time for that news to get out.
IMO confidence in any CE mark talk was lost when SNDY issued PRs in 2010 that said the entire process would be completed in Q3 2010,
Excellent post!
Having been through a R/S with another company - they do give prior notice. It's the law, they have to.
Forgive me, if I'm wrong, but could you answer me this: you stated that the company was going to fold, close its doors, go out of business. Can you give me an example of another company that has a scheduled Stage 2 Audit working with Expert to acquire the CE Mark that also went out of business?
Have they said they're going to do a Reverse Split? Has an official PR come forward regarding dilution? I must have missed those.
Yes, we did. Although some posters claimed you were making this up because they told us this company was a scam, not real, stealing our money, etc., etc.
If I remember correctly, the board member who knew that insiders were getting out knew because he just knew. Yup! He knew because he just knew.
Of course, this scheduled audit is probably just another scheme from Boost to "pump and dump" the stock - right Hulk?
I mean, if I were going to pump and dump a stock, I'd schedule a very reputable company to assist my client in acquiring a CE Mark for their product - a process that is timely and lengthy. That's a classic pump and dump, isn't it Hulk?
I wonder how many companies schedule a Stage 2 audit while they're planning a Reverse Split or planning to go out of business? Maybe Hulk or some of the others who told us, unequivocally that these things were definitely going to happen - and soon.
Yeah, okay, we'll all go with that.
And you know that the "insiders" are getting out how?
Was a reverse split announced? No? You write as if it is a done deal. There is no indication of a reverse split at all.
Also, the teacher in me can't help this ; ) , I think you mean 6 "million" and not "millions" as you have written.
Good luck to you. Don't lose hope.
Low? I bought in the trip zero range. However, I will pick up more as soon as some funds clear. A quiet time is not saying anything more than it's a quiet time.
I believe the business plan is to make the company's product viable for a large market, hence the CE Mark. The second step is to acquire a partner through joint venture and or merger/acquisition.
And, in all seriousness, I am not your brother. Can we please stop with the colloquialisms? Thank you.
What exactly does this question mean? Solos Endoscopy cannot sell in the European Union until the CE mark is in place. When that happens, the "geographical opportunity" expands.
Unless you mean, the potential opportunity that might come with merger or joint venture. How do we know that work isn't happening on either or both of those possibilities right now and the company simply chooses to keep that news quiet until the right time?
How do we know they won't? He was answering the question to the investor. This poor man seems to be damned if he does and damned if he doesn't.
Well done.
You're welcome for the info.
I think it serves as a good reminder to all of us that we all need to do our own DD. No one here should ever think that another member/poster is responsible for their actions or decisions. No one here has the responsibility to find out anything for everyone else.
Hiflier gives good input, but in the end it's his opinion. As all the posts are the opinions of the posters, or their own analysis of the facts that are out there.
No one should ever blame this board or members of this board for their losses or gains, for that matter.
In the stock market, never spend money you can't afford to lose.
If you gain, congratulations and celebrate. If you lose money, be adult enough to own the responsibility and recognize that it was your decision to buy the stock and yours to sell.
Good luck to all.
Your posts sounded like you were chewing out mgrego for not reporting to the board the changed share structure. And another post was asking mgrego to find out specific info on the share structure. We can all find this info out for ourself. mgrego is not our paid employe.
Once again, why don't you do it?
Well, why didn't you call the TA and find out for yourself? No one on this board has a paid job and is responsible for reporting anything. This is a message board, for Pete's sake, not a Board Room. You want up to date Share Structure reports - get them the same way the rest of us do, call the TA yourself. The contact information is on SNDY's website.
And there sits 2,000,000 on the ask. It's not coincidence folks. Some want this stock to go up to their levels and don't care who or how many get in their way to get it there.
I keep reading from various folks that Solos Endoscopy is a scam. Why, then, would all of these financial reports keep being filed? Why would Expert Resources list them on their website regarding the acquiring of the CE Mark? Why would we have pictures of actual medical equipment posted on this site? Scam stocks on the pinks usually have nothing, post nothing, and end up nowhere.
If Boost is pumping/dumping this stock - they did a very bad job of it, didn't they? It hasn't appeared anywhere. Maybe they're getting paid for services already rendered, as in the past, and Solos is trying to get rid of them. That would be a good move, wouldn't it?
This old canard returns again.
Yeah, filing an extension for three business days - the company must be falling apart, huh? I'm guessing you have a lot of money invested in SNDY and bought at a much higher price per share, right?
I know….three business days later is so wrong, isn't it? I mean when they're due on a Wednesday and you get them the next Monday, it just speaks of incompetence, doesn't it? It's not like they don't have two or three people who do nothing else all day but fill out those forms, right? Oh wait, they don't!
If you had read my posting, which obviously you did not, "I said I contacted the Investor Relations a while ago." I'm sorry that I forgot that for some, I need to be very precise. I cannot remember whether it was 9 or 15 months ago. It was a while ago. And, yes, there is a message now. I took the time to listen to it carefully. Obviously, the change came between the time I spoke to a human being and the time I listened to the recording.
The number doesn't go "nowhere." The message left directs you to the website and gives you an email if you have direct questions. The message clearly states why there is no individual answering the call directly. I really can not understand why you deliberately mislead the readers of your posts.
I contacted the Investor Relations a while ago and had a wonderful discussion with a lovely woman. And, more recently, I spoke to a person in their office. So, frankly, how do we even know that what you're posting here is true?
You could easily have said "Two blocks of 900K were purchased today." You don't sell if no one buys.
Okay, now I get it. The logic in your original post eluded me. I couldn't understand why someone would say many people don't like the idea of endoscopy (as if to say that it would be a bad investment), and then say this is a gem.
So while many may not like the surgical procedure - the investment looks good to you.
I'm sorry, but if many "don't like the idea of endoscopy," why would this be a hidden gem?
You only lose if you sell at a loss. Don't sell - hold until you have the profit margin you wish.
I don't know what Level II you're reading - the Level II I have has no where near 56M on the Ask. In fact, if you add up all the "asks" on Level II - it hardly goes over 1M.
Mike - the teacher in me has to say this: it's "quiet" not "quite."
LOL - please take this in good fun.
Thank you for your insight. I, too, believe it will be early summer before we see any action.
