If I remember correctly, the board member who knew that insiders were getting out knew because he just knew. Yup! He knew because he just knew.

Of course, this scheduled audit is probably just another scheme from Boost to "pump and dump" the stock - right Hulk?

I mean, if I were going to pump and dump a stock, I'd schedule a very reputable company to assist my client in acquiring a CE Mark for their product - a process that is timely and lengthy. That's a classic pump and dump, isn't it Hulk?
