Looks like someone else wants to see $207.00 thrown at ask to close out on a higher note...hopefully it sticks through to closing bell.
If you noticed, from the same resource that you learned where he posted his where about of his beginning new employment, you would also see that he also lives in Massschusetts as well. And since CDG is a Sub company to Innovative Holdings Alliance, I would not conceive things to be a miss at all. As previously pointed out, the website for Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc was taken down, it did not expire it's registration. That's another positive thing for me. I would like to think that things would move a bit faster, but I have to remind myself that Rome was not built in a day. I to get a little impatient from time to time. I have to remind myself that there has been no pump and dump...there has only been silence for the most part. I can see that there are things going on, because of the filings filed, so I try to continue belief that the company is trying to do something formidable that we will all be able to appreciate.
Very Interesting to say the least. Still patiently waiting...
I've got an order primed and ready to go in the event something new and exciting is released in the future. Patiently waiting.
The website....Since the site registration does not expire for another year, This could lead lead to good information about the company! I'm getting a bit excited, looking forward to seeing the changes!
Hello to all the members of this board. I ran across an infomercial about the Wocket and was amazed at the technology. I think that this product will be the next huge thing. I actually just ordered mine as well. I think it will be a great $149 investment into the security of my personal finances. I only just thought to look here on iHub to see if there is a following.
Congrats to those that were into this stock prior to Aug 2013.
Seriously?
I am at a loss and have no words to express my thoughts...
10k share trade is more than likely the MM's playing with the SP. There is only a FEW individuals that have bought shares at a price higher than .05c (post r/s). And I know those individuals are not selling for a loss. So that only leaves a few other options. Keeping in mind that there were (as the recent Filings reported) only 90 shareholders. Most of those 90 shareholders are Long Term. With a tight share structure, I would conclude that these small trades are mere MM's.
Your thoughts on this? (Or anyone else for that manner)

I am pretty sure 500m is what ya meant, but I just wanted to make sure!

Let's hope that these shares are not from the company. There were about 248k shares traded from the 17th - 26th June. I'm not sure where those shares came from, I assume someone that was paid in shares. I have, however, noticed that the bid has been supported through it all. So someone (person or entity) has some reason or another, to support the bid. This is a good thing, IMHO. I'm not saying that this justifies anything at all. I'm only stating that there is support from somewhere.
In my opinion, which is shared by many on here, there should be more information released from the company. This information should point out the website/contact information for these new companies developed under the Innovative Holdings Alliance shell. More information that could be released, to settle any uneasy feelings from the past with IHAI, would be any/all information about current Audited Financial Information for Innovative Holdings Alliance. Information about the direction into the future for exactly what/where we should expect to see this company headed into the future. Along with the Audited financials, seeing a filed S-1 and ascendance out from 'Pinksheets Land' to another higher level would be reassuring for the stability and forth-comings of this company.
I've read the PR's and the recent filings many times over. There are still some things that I am not so clear about. There has still yet to be any clarification of how IHAI with Mr. Mills became the IHAI with Mr. Treitman. We as share owners of IHAI went from being company dealing with Green Energy and the PSGS over to share owners of the IHAI dealing with medical company and assisted living homes.
I understand that Rome & the Hover Dam wasn't built in a day. This process that the owners of Innovative Holdings Alliance are going through, to get the company profitable, I'm sure isn't an easy one. But it's been months since the filings reports came out. I saw that those filings came out "on time" to meet SEC Regulations. I would have thought there was a crunch to get those filings released, so the management could get the S-1 paperwork filed with the SEC. Getting the S-1 paperwork filed could only mean that the company has intentions of uplisting the company to a higher trading tier. But since there are no S-1 filing paperwork dropped yet, I am unable to figure out what is going on.
At this point, it's the proverbial 'Hurry up and wait' game, yet again.
Here is my one argument for the conversation for this post. You feel it's 'appalling' that other fellow IHAI investors may be upset about the share price...I'm not just upset, I'm down right pissed off about it (also including many other quite investors on this board).
The reverse split hurt me severely (as well as the rest of us here)!!! I had almost +11m shares before that occurred. Then when the split took place, my average pps was $0.42. The only reason/rational cause for the current SP to be as high as it has been over the course of the past year or so, is in part because people like myself and Matty whom were hitting the ask from time to time (at the higher price) to keep something worth looking at in our portfolio. I know I personally spent countless times hitting the ask at .15-.25c when noone else would/did. People called me crazy/stupid for doing this. Now it appears that Chris has started to get things moving in yet a new and different direction...but yet we hear more silence from those whom own the company(ies). The silence is deafening and my patience are wearing very thin, very quickly. It was mentioned in a post that 'we' act as though something horrible has happened to us (the remaining investors), ... well, honestly...there has been something and it's not laughable either. As I stated, I'm pissed at the share price right now. Yes there are changes happening within/to the company. We can see that from the existing filings. But there is WAY TOO MUCH Silence and even less explanations as to why/when/where/who/how things are moving forward. Guidance/Direction/Expectations/Audited Finances/Future Plans-Dispositions/etc. These are things I've expected to see in press releases and filings. To date, I have personally seen little of any at all. As for building up the person(s) responsible for a part of my financial future...in order for me to do that, I need physical data/proof of things to quantify in order for me to validate anyone at this present moment in time. I'm too pissed off about the silence and non-existent representation of any future plans to allow quantification/reasoning to persuade me to invest any more money into this stock/company.
And yes, I'm venting also. Though I may not believe everything I read/hear, I myself still need hard facts to quantify staying invested within this company.
I wish everyone a Great Day and Late Happy Father's Day!
It's very apparent that Innovative Holdings Alliance is starting to get things in order within the company, the filings and the disclosures of somethings. I, for one, have to admit that I'm impressed so far. For Chris Winter & Neil Treitman to take this company to current status and file all these documents with the SEC is a good sign of possible things to come. I am curious how all of these things will all tie together everything that is going to become under the Innovative Holdings Alliance 'Umbrella'.
I am also curious to see what & why all of these filings are being done in such consistent time frames; also taking into consideration that this path hasn't been traveled down before now.
One has to wonder if the company is preparing for something bigger than we are aware of for it's future. Neil Treitman seems to be a pretty solid/grounded individual. And I wouldn't see Chris Winter handing over his company to just anyone. I realize that I've said some of this very same stuff about 2 yrs ago, but I have to admit; We have seen more filings filed with the SEC in the past 3 months than we've seen in the entire time I've been following Chris Winter (since '10).
Here is a bit of enlightened information for everyone to peer their eyes upon and ponder thoughts/possibilities:

Now to get the 'Yield Sign' removed and we'll be G2G!!!
Much appreciated sir! We value any/all DD posted to the board. Please understand, I'm only trying to keep things legitimate and truthful on this board.
My personal opinion(s) and my thoughts about the outcome of IHAI are one of the same, yet very different at the same time. I look at the past and think one direction...and look at the possible future and think another.
I realize that one shouldn't think this way ^^ The way I have, being an investor and all. But I'm not a "Day Trader" in this stock. I've been in it for quite some time now. It's a real investment for me, it's a part of me. I have visions of double digits on the left side of the (.) but int he same breath, I realize that anything more than $1.- will be hard pressed without a LOT MORE of everything ($vol, share vol, trading volume, awareness, fulling reporting, etc.) <the list goes on forever>
I just want what everyone wants on here. To make some real money on this specific stock.
GLTY Sir! And GLTA, Go IHAI !!!
I enjoy the enthusiasm on the board, but where in the posting on otcmarkets.com did you see that it was for arcinc.com? I did a lot of DD myself and found a few Possible companies that could fit the bill for this company, but until further clarification is made by Chris Winter or Neil Treitman, we're still in a holding pattern to get the exact match and exact explanation & understanding.
Here is the quote from the Annual report:
I realize the annual & semi-annual are almost the same, but has anyone taken the time to read the Annual & Semi-Annual Report?
Any thoughts on how things will proceed from here?
Did anyone noticed the thin Lv2 on IHAI ?
Did anyone notice the buying at the ask?
Did anyone find anything else online referencing Mr. Treitman & Mr. Seibel?
IHAI @ .30c with Bid/Ask: .23c x .35c
Has anyone seen any of the Youtube videos of Treitman and his Cambium Wellness?
Youtube Link Here ->> Neil Treitman Testimonial - Dr. Mache Seibel
Has anyone completed any further DD on Mr. Treitman (and all of his companies) or any DD on Mr. Seibel (and any of the companies he's been involved with?
Has anyone (other than the ones that have been posting their DD) managed to find anything else out about the CEO or the group/realm of people he is involved with?

Yes Sir, and I see no apparent changes.
Just a heads up, I have attempted to contact Mike Mills numerous times since the release of this last PR for Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc., with no such luck with speaking with him. I haven't tried to call Holladay Stock Transfer Agent yet. I hope that someone on here will make that call to find out what the current SP is listed as. I've noticed that OTCmarkets.com is not correct. That website http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IHAI/company-info, shows the OS is current as of July 30, 2012, the Float & AS are not listed.
It has been mentioned that some people may like Mike Mills and do not trust Chris Winter. It has been mentioned of feelings that CW has scammed everything he has touched. I would like to know what it is that influences people to like Mike Mills and not trust Chris Winter. I do not see anything showing that Chris Winter has scammed anything. Yes, I once thought that the buyout deal was a bit on the shady side, but that was some time ago. And no one really got to talk to him (Chris Winter) to truly understand why he backed out of the buyout. Chris Winter was then entering a deal with HM3 (Tim Harrington) in 2010 time frame. Things (from our investor point of view) seemed to look like they were going to head in the right direction. Especially with the spinwheel. But then we find out that Chris Winter pulled out of that deal. And a deal was struck with Carmil Energy. But no one managed to get through to Chris Winter to talk to him about this company ownership change over. We only know what was put on the website. No one really got to talk to him about this venture with Michael Mills either (and the intricacies involved with this venture). There was a conversation with Michael Mills on site, by some members on this board. But there was a lot of vague information given. Nothing definitively showed merit. No one really got to talk to Michael Mills referencing the intricacies of the deal between Carmil Energy and how Innovative Holdings Alliance was going to play a part in the deal (and specifically what that part was to be). We, as investors, were only able to go off of vague questions answered by MM, assumptions that were derived following the PR released +2yrs ago and any information that was put on the IHAI website.
Presently, nothing on the website refers anything towards any dealings with Michael Mills and/or Carmil Energy. It would appear/look as though Chris Winter has the reigns and has decided to back out of yet another deal. I can only assume that since Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. is Chris Winter's company, he has a good/viable reason for pulling out of yet another deal. Michael Mills had said that IHAI was his company now, he was president/owner. Yet all the DD that I do only shows Chris Winter still listed as the owner/president. With that being said, alls we as investors can do is continue to wait and see how this all pans out.
If you go to IHAI Website, you shall see that the website has been updated in a few different ways. If you notice, on the top left, it says iha (not the ihs that it had been showing for the longest time). You may or may not notice that when navigating through the website headers at the top right, upon going back to iha Home Tab, you are not re-directed to go-daddy.com website. You may also realize that there is a Resource Library, where Press Releases once was. On the contact us tab a few months ago, there was still Michael Mills and the rest of that crew. Then about 1 months ago, everything was deleted/taken down. Once this latest PR was released (actually the day or two prior)...the contact us page has information for Neil Treitman, Brian Bible and Chris Winter. Neil Treitman is listed as the president now. Brian Bible is listed as the VP and Chris Winter is listed as Director of Investor Relations. Going off of this and this alone, I would have to assume that if we want answers to the PLEATHURA of questions we all have (Some of which I've posted previously), Mr. Treitman would be the person to ask now, since he's listed as the President. Through some DD, it has been found that Neil Treitman has already been key member in another company that was/is public. He also has been part of another company that had a public listing with a SP of a profitable amount. That shows that Neil Treitman would appear to know what he's doing in the public company sector.
We now must wait to see if financials are released, what they say and further guidance on how this company is to proceed going forward. Keeping in mind, Innovative Holdings Alliance is a "Holding Company", as listed within the name. The company can have ventures in any direction they choose. And to be honest, there may still be some sort of venture with Carmil Energy in the future or maybe there won't be, we'll only know if/when Innovative Holdings Alliance releases information about that. If you remember back 4 yrs ago, Chris Winter was going through that buyout deal that he backed out of, went into deal with HM3. The website information and ticker were in the health sector, Innovative Health Science (IHSN). Then when this deal with Carmil Energy, the name changed to Innovative Holdings Alliance (IHAI). That change got the company out of a specific sector and into a more generalized approach. The owner, Chris Winter, has apparently chosen to lean back into the health sector. The energy sector can be profitable if the product works and is marketable (which we all though the PSGS would be). But the Medical Sector is another 'PROVEN' industry that is profitable in just about any sector within the medical industry.
In my opinion, if Chris Winter chose to back out of Carmil Energy deal with MM and go this route, he must have a plan. We can only assume this plan will be profitable for everyone involved. That or he just can't make up his mind and we (as investors) will get scammed/screwed. But before this conversation goes too much further, I would like to point out one other thing that I've posted about many times over. There has not been any scam yet. In order to have the 'Classic Pump & Dump Scam' there has to BE A PUMP of the share price with share volume following, which would then allow the said dumpers to come in and 'DUMP' said shares in order to make money. Right? Well, if you notice, this has not happened yet. The only thing that has happened, that screwed a lot of investors/share owners, was that there was that 80-1 reverse split and then the price fell from .50c to .04-.06 range for the longest time. (I was even after the R/S at a SP of .50c). At a SP of .05c, that equals less than 1/8th value of the SP after the R/s...meaning that at .05c, I am 95% in the negative with IHAI. Considering I currently own 75K shares of IHAI, that means I'm in the negative for a good chunk of money (being a small time investor). But back to my point...there hasn't been any scam (to my knowledge) because there hasn't been any 'Pump & Dump', due to the lack of share volume at any point of IHAI's existence being an obvious indicator. The only thing we can do, at this current point in time, is continue to wait until more information is released from the company. I, of all people that post on this board, understand the desire to get your money back out of this stock (or even make money on this investment if at all possible).
I've even done the math to find out how much would be ideal return on investment. (Taking into consideration the company hasn't been seamless and also not very frequent with the release of viable PRs that show the company getting better/profitable). Had we had this money invested into a blue chip stock and received a whopping 20% annually over the course of the past (4 yrs), we would need to see the share price of .8710c. Being as how we are about to cross that 4yr mark and going into beginning of year 5, add another 20% and that take the SP to $1.0452 for this all to become something that turned into a profitable investment. Ya can't beat an annual 20% ROI. So to be fair, (and honest with my opinion), if you put your first sell at .50c, you will get your full investment back minus your commission fees. But, if you put your first sell at 1.0452, that will get you your investment back + 100% profit, although it took ya almost 5yrs to get it. And never forgetting, profit is profit. Regardless if it takes 5 mins or 5 yrs, it's still profit.
I hope this statement settles some squirrely feelings ppl may have. We've waited this long, why not give things a few more months? If ppl can't/don't want to hold any longer, I do see a huge bid for 105,000 shares at .10c. That's $10,500 that someone has sitting on the bid, wanting to either support the bid or to buy up all the small time investor shares that have been accumulated over the past 3-4 yrs (in my opinion). People could sell to get out from under it, if they want, but they obviously won't get your full investment back. As I said, we've waited this long, what's another 6months going to hurt? I mean seriously. The website has changed directions/appearance and there's a different listed President. There's also a different avenue going forward into the future. That's a pretty solid indicator that things have been going on behind the scenes. We just don't know for now long this change has been in the works (especially since we've not heard anything from the company in 2yrs). This is all my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt and drive on as you see fit for your financial decisions, plans and trading styles.
GLTA & Go IHAI !!!

Chris Winter seems to have kept his initial plan alive through this period of silence (Innovative Health Sciences, Inc.). I believe that changing the name from that to it's current Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. allows for more diversification and business opportunities (as we see with the latest PR).
I can not explain the lengthy period of silence, nor do I care to imagine what all has been going on with the management. I can only assume there has been some sort of management fall out between Chris Winter & Michael Mills. Hopefully the next PR released will explain some of this direction, history, fallout, future outlook, etc.
I personally want to know the following information:
*What happened to the Carmil Energy deal?
*When did the business model change from Health to Energy and now back to Health?
*What the (SS)share structure is going to be?
*When is IHAI expected to become fully reporting?
*What is the business model look like from this point forward?
*When will things become transparent with the company?
*Why the silence for almost 3 yrs?
*What happened during the yrs of silence?
*Is Michael Mills gone? Gone for good?
*When can we expect to view the financials of the company?
*Has Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc, had any revenue to file on the books?
*Is the company in the black or red currently?
*Are we expected to experience any more splits with the shares anytime soon?

GLTA & GO IHAI
Maybe that is a correct statement. Maybe we as investors in IHAI are wrong to think anything profitable could come from all of this. Thank you for that opinion, it is yours and you have that right to believe as you will. As per the TOU, I will keep this to a gentle roar in regards to my thoughts on your opinion(s) past & future for the goings on of Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc., (IHAI).
Now that you claim you got out from underneath the burden of holding the IHAI shares you've claimed you've owned for quite some time now, I would hope to see you move along to another board, post and prosper else where as you so desire. I do wish everyone the best of luck with any and all of the investments that they so choose to execute in the manner that bests suits their trading styles.
GLTA & Go IHAI!!!
Now maybe this thing will run like a jackrabbit and hit the $ range soon?!
I have orders in on the bid and the ask, in the event that you feel the urge to sell your shares ;)

Watching how fluidly the bid/ask moved today, it could easily move upwards with little resistance. The only ones that are still invested into IHAI would be the 'Longs' and any investor that has discipline enough to wait/hold. So in my opinion, the SP on this could very easily make it to $2.50-$5.00 with the right news and solid financials being released. AJMHO of course, all due to the fact that the bid/ask aren't stacked yet. And until that happens (more investors come in to day trade this thing), this should move rather easily. I've also seen 'Daytraders' come in and move a given stock up pretty quickly as well.
That being said, should that happen with IHAI, we could be in for one interesting roller-coaster ride. I just hope to see more ups than downs with this ride. Only time can tell.
Someone else should request to be moderator so they can handle all that. I prefer not to deal with any of that (updating the intro on here).

+126K share volume today so far...
Due to some members, I told this board I would not post on here any more until something came out. Well, the stock is up 80% with real volume and there is a PR released today (the first one in almost +18mo?)
Welcome back to the IHAI board and GLTA Longs here!
MTT, yes, I was and still am quite happy with all the continued buying at the 'ask' to keep the support of the SP. It helped all of our portfolios. But, it hurt my average PPS in the longer time frame. This volume today (starting Friday) was a shocker. To see it up 80% and my portfolio looking much better. I'd love to see this thing at least bring me even/par. But in order for that to happen, it still has to go up quite a bit more in SP. I'll take what I can get for now.
Here's to all the longs out there, Cheers!!!
