Thomca-Ching, I am a moderator and this isn't a yahoo board. please state your opinion then give it a rest. Thank you
I am a subscriber, you get news quicker but they seem more like pumpers for thier own gain to me. here is what dean said previously regarding approval, it is no sevcret that "end of year" has always been his estimate. Cannot blame him for being hopeful. This is from biomedreports.com;
44.) Imaging 3 (IMGG.OB) ($0.64) is currently awaiting a decision by the FDA for marketing clearance of their DViS (Dominion Volumetric Imaging Scanner), which is a patented breakthrough mobile fluoroscopy technology that produces high-quality 3D images in real time by utilizing photo-fluoroscopy. On a 9/24/09 conference call, CEO Dean Janes announced that the next submission to the FDA will take place on 9/30/09. The CEO has stated that a response from the Agency could come within 15-30 days post-submission (as early as the end of September), but that all of his timelines were only estimates and not formal FDA deadlines and subject to change and/or delays. The CEO provided guidance that the Company may be 1-2 filings away from FDA marketing clearance based on his estimation and further replies may be necessary to respond to the Agency for a final decision by year-end as the ultimate goal so that 12/31/09 is the estimated date for this entry.

I agree with you however, the timeline of events tells me this;
FDA asks for more images, I assume they were thinking ok if they are wanting to use this thing for heart surgery then we need to see clearer images. Dean sent those images. Fda must have agreed the images were good for "something" otherwise they would have said something before asking them to narrow the labeling.
secondly, Dean said that based on his past four approvals, the "no news" from FDA is good news because they always took the 30 days or more before issuing the letter.
Lastly, it is not up to the FDA to say hey-this thing ain't up to snuff but rather "is it safe" or not. If it cannot produce clear images then I don't have to buy it. That is not the FDAs' call. Dean said he already has buyers lined up so I do not think Images are the issue here.
We are reduced to owning a stock that we believe in-once in a lifetime opportunity for many. Did Mommy not give you enough attention as a child? Or are you just that insecure about your manhood you have to post things like "heed my words" haha I would rather hear you say "WHY" you think the Dominion will not get FDA approval than post childish comments on this board.Really gat, right now I think you are a loser after reading your post. Please try to be more proffessional.
I disagree with you, I am sure Dean has the press release ready and merely needs to click a button to send it to Marketwire. Mike Nissen told me personally (I can provide proof if you email me) that he expected the letter literally any day. It is just a matter if wether you believe him or not. I believed him.
Someone called imgg, no mail yet
At least these moderators are monitoring the board, my god it is a circus over at google and yahoo.
I agree it will get there eventually. Imaging3 (like any company that recieves approval) will have alot to prove in terms of setting up production facilities and filling orders. We know they have "some" wherehouse space already however, they are going to have to buy more space, set up partnerships etc... which will take time. I call it 3-5 dollars out of the gate.
European contract
agreed my freind, something of interest-there are many foreign posters on the Google board suddenly bashing imgg. someone posted that imaging3 has a huge European contract to build DVIS and Europe does not have the stringent FDA regulations that we have here.
Just thought it fits hand in hand since we all know that the reason people bash a stock is to get in on the cheap.Could explain why they are posting so suddenly.
Now I know it is "rumor" people so no need to ask me to substantiate anything because I cannot. So why am I posting this? Because it sounds plausible and its a good rumor-not a bad one!
I am hearing people say that the reason FDA wanted additional images was to evaluate them based on the "intended use" Could be why they wanted Dean to clarify the intended use label. can anyone speak to wether Domions' resolution is up to snuff or not?
I agree wxcept when questioned about it during the CC Dean said he couldn't discuss it "legally" I took that as something that would have a negative inpact on shareholders if released
Absolutely that is why I have been trying to spread the word today, I am not sure why Dean doesn't update us frequently via a newsletter on his web site. The Manipulators are very good at what they do and all people hear is bash bash bash and pps goes down down down. In my case I KNOW the approval is forthcoming and I think it rather comical however, I feel for the novice investors that may have their Christmas ruined by it.Keep us informed Dean!
I really believe the letter is in the mail, will be watching news tomorrow and through Monday. What I want from Santa (and the good lord)for all of us is approval before Christmas!

SPOKE TO IMGG LAST NIGHT
He had some good things to say, I would be glad to share my email correspondence with anyone that wishes to see it.
I checked the SEC to see if any insider selling going on and there is none. I think this was a big set up with the timing of the news report and all of the small blocks being sold. I have seen this happen right before significant news release. Then it will shoot up like a rocket!
Where can I find out if any insiders are selling their shares? That would give an indication as to wether it was denied or not.
Barutird? hope thats not his real name lol. Back to IMGG,alot of small blocks of sell orders.
Does that mean shorts have to cover today?
