I am a subscriber, you get news quicker but they seem more like pumpers for thier own gain to me. here is what dean said previously regarding approval, it is no sevcret that "end of year" has always been his estimate. Cannot blame him for being hopeful. This is from biomedreports.com;

Imaging 3 (IMGG.OB) ($0.64) is currently awaiting a decision by the FDA for marketing clearance of their DViS (Dominion Volumetric Imaging Scanner), which is a patented breakthrough mobile fluoroscopy technology that produces high-quality 3D images in real time by utilizing photo-fluoroscopy. On a 9/24/09 conference call, CEO Dean Janes announced that the next submission to the FDA will take place on 9/30/09. The CEO has stated that a response from the Agency could come within 15-30 days post-submission (as early as the end of September), but that all of his timelines were only estimates and not formal FDA deadlines and subject to change and/or delays. The CEO provided guidance that the Company may be 1-2 filings away from FDA marketing clearance based on his estimation and further replies may be necessary to respond to the Agency for a final decision by year-end as the ultimate goal so that 12/31/09 is the estimated date for this entry.
