Please post links to backup your claims that NGTF is a scam. Thought so....
Yes. I ordered the sample pack of press releases the other day. Nightfood really has some tasty PRs.
What a small share structure compared to most other OTC stocks with hundreds of millions to billions of shares out. NGTF$$
That sounds great. Hope you're right!
"But does it really help you sleep? We ate a generous bowl of After Dinner Mint Chip at 11 p.m. and had absolutely no trouble falling asleep by 11:30. Best of all, there was none of that I-just-consumed-200-grams-of-sugar shakiness that comes along with traditional ice cream. And if you’re partial to coffee or chocolate, having a caffeine-free option is a game-changer. Will Nightfood cure an underlying sleep disorder? Definitely not. Will it make you never want to touch a pint of creamy, sugary ice cream ever again? Nope. But it is it worth a shot if you have a sweet tooth after dinner but don’t want to be up for hours? Absolutely."
"How does it taste? It’s not quite as decadent as traditional ice cream. There’s no denying this is a lower-sugar, lower-fat alternative. But right before bed, that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Think a frozen yogurt texture and consistency, with a slightly subtler flavor than the Breyers or Ben & Jerry’s ice creams you’re used to. Our favorites? Bed and Breakfast (hello, crunchy waffles), Cherry Eclipse (did you know that cherries are a natural source of melatonin?) and After Dinner Mint Chip (so refreshing)."

Another NIghtfood review with a humorous twist.
Wow! I better go buy a software algorithm to check my investments. The software won’t take into consideration growth potential, product acceptance and alliances formed for potential distribution. Sell! Sell! Sell! Nightfood is going to zero on 12-21-20. Hehehehehe,
I predict NGTF will close end of year, somewhere between .225 and .25.
Folkson pointed out that the path to awareness for any new brand takes time, and the main challenge for the company at this stage is to identify the strategies and tactics that will most efficiently and effectively raise the awareness of Nightfood and drive consumer trial.
Profits in my opinion in due time.
We've talked about this before. They're working on distribution, which will eventually bring profits. Ain't going to happen overnight though.
That's possible. End of the year tax-loss selling. Money for Christmas presents. Who knows?I will be buying more if it does. The big question is where will the price be in 1to 2 years. Company is working hard to get the product out to the general public. They are garnering lots of media attention. Distribution is growing.
I completely disagree with that statement. Gambling would be investing in random OTC companies and hoping for the best. There are companies that succeed in the OTC. Just a matter of finding them. I think Nightfood is one of those.
That doesn't mean that it's bad for all penny stocks or for that matter will be bad for Nightfood. They have come a long way in a very short time frame. They have an award-winning product. Distribution is growing. Growing. Growing. Growing.
You have a SHORT sited view. Long term I am of the opinion they will do well. Time will tell.
People who rely on luck to invest money will lose it all in my opinion.
The people who try and convince people that you can't make money in the OTC are the ones that make more wrong decisions than right.
Couldn't agree more. NIghtfood has come a long way in a short time. Looking forward to what I believe to be a successful future. aimo
You have such a SHORT term view. Nightfood is doing well. 5 top 25 chains. Yeehah!
The cool thing about living in the US is you are entitled to your opinion. Nightfood is doing well regardless. Looking forward to 2020 and beyond.
Don't worry. There will be more and more excellent media coverage that you can try to negate. Tastes great! More and more distribution! More media coverage! More distribution! Oh yeah. I'm sure you will comment on the price so.....it appears the price is holding steady in a nice trading range heading into the end of the year.
And if you can post Clay .... money can be made in Nightfood ice cream and the OTC.
That is really FUNNY! Thanks for the laugh! Do you really think it's realistic to think that one person posting on one of many bulletin boards can affect the stock market? I don't. I told you. I'm just here to have a little fun and try to educate inexperienced investors. . I am just here to shed a little light on the doom and gloom that some post here. NIghtfood has a very tasty, INNOVATIVE product that has won several awards. Distribution is growing and growing and growing........... Very cool. NGTF$$ aimo
Price has been holding in a range over the last 45 days or so. Guess the market is not on your side.
It's not realistic to expect the price to "pop" with every PR. That's just not reality. Nightfood is doing a great job keeping folks up to date though.
Looks pretty clear to me. Nightfood is working hard to get their great tasting, award winning, innovative product into every point of sale possible. What a great business plan. NGTF$$ aimo

Excellent! Keep that brand recognition going!
I'm just here to have a little fun! I am helping educate inexperienced investors that there are 2 sides to every share price. There is the long side and the short side. There is the positive and the negative. There are unsubstantiated opinions and then there are the facts. Any investors considering taking a position in NIghtfood, please do your DD. Message boards are not a source of due diligence although one can glean some interesting insight nothing takes the place of solid DD.
Be reasonable. Prices ebb and flow. Look at the long term. The one stock that you say own isn't going to go up all the time, is it? Surely you understand the market better than that.
Such a gloomy disposition. I bet there are some traders that have made some recent bank, buying in the low 20s and selling in the high 20s. Appears in 2020 we will hear about some more, new distribution agreements. It keeps growing and growing and growing.......$$$ aimo
Pretty obvious that the market likes what Mr. Sean Folkson and Nightfood have accomplished thus far, hence the current valuation. Do a little reading. Valuation is not just what "the physical NGTF" is worth. Distribution is growing and growing and growing.........
“Just as Halo Top both grew the category, and also won consumers from the competition, we believe we can do the same,” explained Folkson. “We all know nighttime is when most ice cream is eaten at home. Our sleep-friendly formulations and superior taste and texture give us a differentiated advantage over all other ‘better-for-you’ ice creams. After all, how can something you eat at night be better-for-you if it wasn’t formulated with better sleep in mind?”
"Actually I said similar things when the SP was up too...and it appears that so far I'm right.
The SP is way off its highs and barely maintains the current level...and I think some of that is due to someone tapping the ask to prop the SP up."
If you worry about the share price on a daily basis you can easily lose site of the big picture. What does the big picture look like? Let's see.......
1. National distribution.
2. Revenue, revenue and more revenue.
3. No more need for Convertible loans.
4. Nightfood and the Crave Monster have serious brand recognition.
5. Lotsa PROFITS!
6. See #2 and #5
AIMO
"You're working hard to protect NGTF."
SP is down...someone is selling.
I guess they would rather sell than wait.
Is it Sean...is it Sean's lenders?
Whoever it is, they are selling."
You are working hard to reject NGTF. Distribution is growing and growing and growing. Share structure continues to be wonderfully low. Do a little comparative analysis and you too will see. For every seller there is a buyer.
It's interesting that you only talk about the share price when it trends down. Why is that? Also, don't forget for every seller there is a buyer. Best to go back a few posts or better yet check out the most recent 10K. Sean agreed some time ago to not sell any shares. You know that though, right? You've done your DD. Right?
Saying a "stock price is going down and I will make money as a short" is a bit different than saying.....
"NGTF...WORKING HARD TO BRING YOU A PIG IN A POKE!! Stick a fork in it."
"The Titanic was holding steady too...just before it hit the iceberg."
"I heard Nightfood Ice sludge."
"The point is, we both know Sean is likely a millionaire thanx to NGTF stock sales."
"NGTF will flop. Only...Limbaugh fans won't get on board with NGTF.
NGTF is toast. None of the products or branding is innovative. NGTF Bunk!
