Future guidance is what I'd like to know more about. How much product production are they capable of outputting before they start falling behind. Can they see this happening yet or is it not a worry. Are they staffed appropriatly now for the foreseeable future or is rapid growth outpacing current staff. Is the software licensing agreement going to amount to something small or large. Most importantly SALES. Like other posts here I too would like to know any considerations the management has about moving to another exchange & a timeline of when. Maybe they need another CC with shareholders. Lots has happened since the last one.
For $20 bucks & only 12 pages long I'm not sure if you would learn anything more than we already know. If someone buys it and there is something in there that has not ever been disclosed I would hope that they would post it.
Eleven new sales!!! According to this line all have been delivered.
All systems were delivered with the patent pending Threat-Fire(TM) return fire stimulator, which simulates return fire via electrical shock, further enhancing realism during training.
Maybe management had a plan this whole time now that the Eagles stadium plans has been confirmed.

Don Andrus, VirTra Systems' President and COO (OTC:VTSI), today announced a multi-tiered, multi-system firearm simulator sale to the United States Army.
According to the award, the U.S. Army has purchased one of VirTra's world-class VirTra 300 MIL simulators with an elevated deck and HD sound effects for complete auditory immersion. This fully immersive five-screen, ultra-realistic military enhanced use-of-force simulator, is equipped with recoil kits, return fire simulation (Threat-Fire(TM) II) devices, multiple tetherless firearm recoil kits, a full Taser package, firearm refill and recharge stations, M16 rifle kits with Smart Magazines as were recoil kits for M-9 Berettas, M-16's, M-4's and Crew Served M240's and M249's. VirTra's proprietary Recoil Refill Stations were also included in the award. The VirTra 300 is the only 5 screen, 300 deg simulator with seamless video available in the marketplace today. This fully immersive, ultra realistic training environment is as valuable in the Military community as it is in Law Enforcement.
In addition, the U.S. Army has awarded VirTra Systems the contract for a firearms training simulator at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. A mere 15 miles North of the Mexican border, Ft. Huachuca was used as headquarters for the campaign against Geronimo and tasked with guarding the U.S. border. The Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) provides police, fire, security and emergency services for the mountainous southern Arizona base. The organization chose the VirTra 300 LE over all others due to VirTra's unparalleled immersive and effective training environment. Along with the simulator, several recoil kits and VirTra's Threat-Fire(TM) II return fire simulator were purchased. The Threat-Fire(TM) II provides instant performance feedback via an acute biofeedback stimulus. This increases the intensity and effectiveness of the training, which aligns with the high standards of proficiency demanded by the DES.
Moreover, the U.S. Army called on VirTra to upgrade their previously installed Ft. Hood firearm simulator. Ft. Hood has been using a VirTra 300 LE simulator for several years, which has resulted in an extremely high level of proficiency for both military and civilian agents. In order to maintain the same level of superior training, VirTra was once again called upon to ensure that Ft. Hood has the best system available. The contract includes upgraded software, hardware and weapon kits, which will bring the system up to the highest level of effectiveness, allowing DES to continue the high level of skill and proficiency they require. The DES provides law enforcement, fire, emergency services and physical security for the sprawling Texas Base.
"Being recognized by the United States Military as the absolute best option for the most ultra-realistic, use-of-force simulation is indeed a great honor and testament to VirTra's tireless team; however, we are not motivated by recognition. Our objective is to save lives and by creating the best simulation product on the market, we are doing our part to keep our troops, law enforcement and civilians safe," said Don Andrus, President and COO of VirTra Systems.

This stock seems like it's getting ready to run. The MACD crossover has happened. The price is above the shorter MA. Right now it's all over the 70 day moving average just trying to break thru it. One more piece of news might do it. Look at the chart.

Early action is impressive.
They released the PR. Now everyone will know they're executing their business plan.
Are we going higher or lower? With the new payrolls are we going to have a few bad quarters before things get better? Does anybody see any possible catalyst that can bring this company up sooner than later. I know Sir Felix tries to contact them sometimes and they give him nothing. Even the new website progress update would be nice.
I wish I understood why over the last 3 or 4 trading days several 100 share trades can take the price from .05 to .065 to .046 to .059 to .05
Is it just signals and if so what do they mean. I'm just trying to understand.
How would you interpret this line from the new Lockheed release. VirTra is proud to assist Lockheed Martin Global Training and Logistics in helping develop products that further the realistic training of our soldiers and other first responders," said Don Andrus, President and COO of VirTra.
Besides some sales are they working directly with Lockheed? Is that the reason for some of the hiring? I'm just trying to understand their relationship. Sounds like they're actually working with them.
It's nice to know the relationship with Lockheed is still there and growing. After the CC it didn't sound promising. It's obvious Virtra is in the process of growing and being a publicly traded company I hope they will give the shareholders an idea of the direction that they're trying to go in. Massive hiring is great but still all we can do is speculate. They need to show us the attack plan.
vtsi is now in my seven year old sons account. About 6 months ago I opened a custodial account with Scottrade in my sons name. He owns 3 shares of apple, 71 shares of citigroup and 460 shares of sirius. There was $53 dollers just sitting in there so I just said what the hell and bought him 750 shares of vtsi. He loves logging into his account when he see's that he made $20 or $30 dollars that day. I just started investing about a year ago and getting my son started early is a nice feeling.

Don Andrus, VirTra Systems' President (OTC:VTSI), today announced the receipt of two firearm simulator orders for international delivery. The orders are for VirTra's multi-screen, ultra-realistic, law enforcement use-of-force simulators. Each of the orders is from new VirTra clients, further expanding the company's international customer base.

I had a limit order for .053 for 25000 shares and they filled it at .041 I can't believe I finally got lucky.
The website is back up.
Since the site has been down for a while now and it just happens to be before the CC seems to me that it's planned and undergoing a complete redesign. Might be on the verge of seeing big things. If nothing happens today with the site or CC I know it'll be a big disappointment for all of us. But right now I'm leaning on it being big.
I set my limit at .072 and it took over nine minutes to fill my order. It filled 5000 at .068 and then filled 21000 at .069.
Lets hope ssparsons will have to update the 10 reasons list every other day in the near future.
Can't get filled at .072 for five minutes now
Eastunder - I've only been a share holder for a couple of weeks and have been following this board for the same amount of time. Just wanted to say thanks for all your time updating info on the company. I don't post very often. Just like to read. You seem to do a great job. Thanks again. Alan
I'm out tomorrow. That report gives me zero confidence. It's time to move on.
Why does vtsi need an attorney to make a statement about if they're making enough information publicly available? Are they being accused of something? Just wondering if anybody knows anything. Here is a link to the attorneys statement.

This is kind of like being in Vegas. You sit down at the table with ten grand and before you know it you're down nine grand but you let the rest ride. You need one of these windmills to blow on your dice but they're not spinning.
Very interesting post about daily short numbers I read on another board.

This isn't important but just something to read since there hasn't been many posts lately. VirTra Systems, Inc. (OTC:VTSI) is the 4th most efficient company in this segment of the market. Its earnings per employee was $871,700 for the last 12 months. Its revenue per employee was $384,700 for the same period. http://www.cnanalyst.com/2010/02/top-10-most-efficient-otc-stocks-glbt-tuyu-junp-vtsi-cnoa-egmi-sslty-cyln-apdn-esyg-feb-24-2010.html
This link says it's on 4/05. But I wouldn't give to much weight to AOL Finance dates because they have been wrong on vtsi dates before. http://www.dailyfinance.com/earnings/virtra-systems-inc/vtsi/nao/earnings-release

Some kind of custom semi. Don't know anything about it though.
March might be Q & A. Here is a link http://www.themarketfinancial.com/high-definition-firearms-training-simulators-the-future-of-combat-training/1587
Here is a piece of the article
We have also interviewed CEO, Bob Ferris and have provided the Q & A session towards the bottom of this article. He was also pleased to confirm a live investor conference call tentative towards the end of March in order to discuss earnings, future operations and as well take questions from investors in a live web-cast where the public will be free to tune in. Roughly 10 investors will be chosen to be a part of the questioning period, more details regarding enrollment will be provided closer to the date (TBA).
Has Mr. Ferris ever done a Q & A before like the one scheduled for the 15th? If he has when was the last one done and what was the most important thing that came out of it?
Bummer! I even added another 11,000 when it hit .087 Guess I should of waited.
I posted that on 11/05 because AOL Finance listed a date for a conference call on 12/07. Now that same page lists their next one on 4/05/10. The dates obviously mean nothing because I know they're not waitng till then to post 4q earnings.
I added another 11,000 shares today at .087 and Scottrade bought it in three different blocks. 5000, 3800, 2200. However on the buy sell trade page of Ihub they are listed on the sell side. I was wondering why?
