No, you mean I guessed it?
"Substantial progress".
You did the right thing when you informed us. I'm glad to hear your chances of recovery are high.
wilco244, I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. You seem like a person with a strong character which should give you the strength to manage your condition and IDCC's winding road.
lj7799, Ah, a little levity and your timing is good. It jolted me from my temporary depression. LOL
There has to be some good news from IDCC to balance out what we have learned tonight. I agree, news will hit in the morning and just maybe there is a rabbit in the hat for us shareholders. Good luck to you.
So, the CCA denied IDCC's motion to stay. Now my sphincter is really tight. I don't think my condition will improve with the possibility of Judge Batts having the case remanded to her.
Hold on to your hats boys!
dmiller, no it doesn't appear to be a mistake. 20.25 100 19:56.
sailfreeee, I'm certain you are correct. LOL
The silence is amazing. I didn't think we had it in us.
'jiff', no he wasn't.
'vg_future', Mickey is up to date on IDCC. He is adamant in his position that IDCC not settle for one dollar a phone.
revlis, I agree with you and I also hold Mickey in high regard. His recommendation to buy IDC and his tip to read Raging Bull changed my life financially.
I told Mickey you asked me to say hello to him and to wish him the best. He appreciated hearing that and offers his telephone number if anyone would like to speak with him. The number is 850 668-5545.
By the way, Mickey still owns IDCC.
JimLur, no I didn't hold in December 1999. I was fortunate to sell about 85 percent of my IDC position. However, now I own more than double the number of shares that I had back then.
The figure you mention in your message concerning Mickey Britt's IDC position may be low. It is true that he lost a fortune waiting on IDC. But he remains financially sound with other investments.
Yes, I do speak with Mickey and he has a chronic medical condition but he is doing okay.
I think there are a good number of members on your board that respect Mickey for his strong spirit and devotion to IDC. To some of us, he practically served as our unappointed representative. I hope he never changes and I don't believe he will.
chartex, yes I believe Mickey Britt still plays bridge with his lady friends. He is unique in person as he was on Raging Bull.
infinite_q, it would be special to have Mickey Britt back and in the forefront. My user name is in his honor. He recommended IDC to my son and we invested in the stock. I will be forever grateful to him. He still lives in Tallahassee.

Has the restriction on posting messages been lifted?
Fog1937, thank you for taking the time to put things in your perspective in regard to IDC's position at this time. I think your thoughts are very knowledgable and should be carefully considered by readers.
chartex, outstanding statement, sir!
MJP, yes it was a single trade of 457,000 shares in pre-market.
walman, AndrewNCU is the one who is suggesting an IDCC party for Floridians. I was alerting him that I am interested.
micktoo164
AndrewNCU, I estimate there are between 5 and 10 members of this board who are Floridians.
I like your idea of having a party when IDCC "takes off".
F6, it is good to see you are still out there!
We should probably also consider where the IDC price would be if the 8K didn't hit this morning.
revlis, thank you.
On Schwab, is the closing price still indicating $32.64 close and down $5.73?
Thank you.
ciciagt, on Mickey Britt.
You asked about Mickey Britt recently. The last time I spoke with him he was investing in income producing properties.
I don't think he is invested in IDC to any great extent. In fact, my opinion is he does not want to be engaged concerning the stock.
Personally, I feel he is doing fine and is enjoying himself.
He is a great guy and I considered it a privilege to meet him for dinner back in early 2000.
micktoo164
bulldzr, maybe you could just not be so abrasive and avoid defending and encouraging the other posters on this board to support you in your personal attacks on others. You seem to be changing lately and not for the good.
Yes, but if the news from the CC and PRs can't move the stock price up today it is concerning.
Dave,
Thank you for the phone number for the conference call. I was getting nervous as I surely don't want to miss this call.
I will not be able to access the website for the conference call. Is there an 800 number I can call?
Thanks.
Thanks, that's the way I read it.
NOK just issued 6K pertaining to IDCC-for July 31.
Learning2vest,
Who popped your cork? Your comments to laranger are uncalled for even in your stressful and unbalanced state. If we can tolerate your unending posts about every topic one can imagine perhaps you can tolerate laranger. My suggestion for you is to also keep on topic. Oh, why don't you apologize to laranger since you don't seem to have anything else to do.
ENOUGH
Yes, Schwab still halted.
IDCC halted on Schwab trading program!
Mickey Britt-Has anyone heard from him?
Mickey encouraged me to buy IDC in April l996. I did so and I have been buying and selling IDCC since that time. I will be eternally grateful to him as I have done very well. I drove from Boca Raton, to Tallahassee, Florida(425 miles)in December 1999 to have dinner with him and express my thanks. He is quite a guy.
Micktoo164
Okay Jim, I made the transition to the new board. Good luck!
