Well get her on here than.
Bruce, who is the electric leauge of Arizona, and why is that relevant to Lisas' post?
Thanks for the good wishes, and good luck with all your investments. I got a response from the chick that wrote the article on Axis. I will gladly send it to you if you give me your email.
"That was the first of Axis' distributors to bail on them"
Bruce, I thought you were above this crap. I was wrong. I look forward to your "you sir are ignored" post but first. Who the hell is Verkuylen, and why does he have credibility to you. He is a guy that pissed off Walgreens and is backpeddling. Second where do you see that they were a distibutor of Axis? I don't see that anywhere. For that check with the likes of Brite-lites. He is an energy consultant, trying to drum up business with the likes of walgreens, and others. If he can use Axis amazing energy savings to gain other clients he will. Check out this link his company. http://www.esgna.com/controlled.html
Notice the daylight harvesting solution....hmmm I wonder who that would be. If another company wants the product I am sure he will call Axis again.
The fact is you have not lifted a finger to do any DD on Axis. You are simply trying to start a pissing match or simply bash without facts. Have you called Axis? Energy solutions? Anyone. No you haven't, I have, and your accusations are without fact, or supported by reality. The pr about Walgreens on Friday was one guy in hot water with walgreens who is trying to cover his ass. The article cleary states that indeed the ballast were delivered to 2 Walgreens. I would love a reponse, but have a feeling I know what it will be. Enjoy your computer hobby, and move on to other boards. Or educate yourself on Axis and participate with fact. Good day
Thanks...getting old. Which means your getting real old

It doesn't sound like Axis said anything false Penny. It does sound like they pissed off Walgreens. Or Walgreens was pissed at Verkulen, and he blamed Axis.
Executives offered conflicting accounts of how the press release came to be issued. Verkuylen said his firm tested the Axis ballast - which adjusts fluorescent lighting based on the level of natural light available - in its own offices. He said the energy-saving product was promising enough that his firm decided to try it at two Walgreen locations, and supplied shipping addresses to Axis without identifying them as Walgreen stores. He thinks Axis figured out where the shipments were headed and issued the press release without checking with him or Walgreen.

My question to you is how deep are this third party's pockets? To keep paying for these well known companies and government endorsements must cost a fortune.
No, still holding, been here before. Hopefully they have something in the pipeline for us. Financials, new orders, anything would help right now :)

nbm16yankees, great post, however look out for my sox this year. I asked Axis that very question about the 45 million shares. I did not ask if they could be sold. Probably because of the way he worded it. I have thrown out those notes but it was something along the lines of preserving ownership to the founders. He told me they were not for sale. I am pretty busy tommorow but I will shoot an email to the company and ask your question. They have been pretty consistent in getting back to me. Glad to have you here, and best of luck. Except for those damn Yankees :)
NBM....Even though you are a yankee fan I will help you out :) In your very city, I know for a fact that the demand for Axis product is huge. AJRCO is going to be a huge player in your area. For a company that is 3 months old what do you expect to see? As far as not getting through to pr. I find that hard to beleive, as I have spoken to them many times.
Myth man, expect to see the financials this month. I hope you are just a basher with no short position. If you are, look out, I think you might get burnt. IMHO
Myth, does that mean you are done here? I hope so, since you still contribute zero to this board.

About Axis Technologies Group, Inc.
Axis Technologies Group, Inc. conducts its business through a wholly owned subsidiary, Axis Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska. Axis Technologies, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets a proprietary line of energy-saving and daylight harvesting electronic dimming ballasts for the commercial lighting industry. The company's target market is small to large commercial users of fluorescent lighting including office buildings, wholesale and retail buildings, hospitals, schools, and government buildings. In 2002, Underwriters Laboratory (UL) approved Axis products for sale in both the United States and Canada. The Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) ballast is priced competitively and is the only daylight harvesting ballast system that can be marketed as a replacement for a standard ballast.
About the Axis DDH Ballast
A "ballast" is an electronic component that regulates voltage in fluorescent lighting. Axis Technologies Group, Inc. has developed an innovative new ballast with the aim of expanding daylight harvesting into mainstream fluorescent lighting applications. The patented Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting Ballast is a new technology that transforms the ballast, a once standard lighting industry staple, into a dynamic energy saving system that can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 70%. The Axis DDH Ballast utilizes an individual photo sensor to automatically adjust the amount of electrical current flowing to the light fixture, and then dims or increases lighting in conjunction with the amount of available sunlight that may be harvested from available windows and sunlight. The Axis DDH Ballast avoids "over-lit" conditions that increase energy costs by keeping lighting "tuned" to the desired level in a designated area.

JB I spoke to them, and you can expect an unaudited financial next month. They hope to have the audited finacial by April. They will need that to get off the pinks :)
Mythical, you keep trying to bash, but you are terrible at it. The person I spoke to that installed the ballast in the community center had his energy cut by 40% in the first month. He also paid 4 dollars a ballast after his rebate from PSNH. Keep slinging the bs, and I will be happy to prove you wrong. Or go to another board where someone might by your crap.

More great news, you can't make this stuff up! :) Pennyboy.
Thanks Barney and Bruce, I tend to see things in the middle of both of your views. Bruce, I don't see why you continue to show up here, and impart your wisdom on us. I know from reading your history that this isn't typical behavior of yours. Mostly tink tink type posts. So could you enlighten me on your interest in this stock. I know you answered you saw this in an email, but why the obsession? I am just seeing the latest news, I really think this is a bomb about to blow.
Bruce, thanks for the input. Does it matter to you that AXTG shows up on the Rule3210 Flag, and not the Reg SHO Threshold Flag? Just curious, I plead ignorant to the significance of either. Would like to hear your thoughts. TIA
Because, as I told you countless times. I called the company myself. Which holds more weight than your mindless drivel.
Bruce, yesterday it was down a penny. Today isn't over yet, I say 2.50. Also, I wish all my stocks were getting "killed like this one has" lol.
I am happy to see this stock settle in at this range. There has to be pretty good support in this range. I would think the lack of volatility has kept the daytraders away. Next move, get off the pinks!
