Mythical, you keep trying to bash, but you are terrible at it. The person I spoke to that installed the ballast in the community center had his energy cut by 40% in the first month. He also paid 4 dollars a ballast after his rebate from PSNH. Keep slinging the bs, and I will be happy to prove you wrong. Or go to another board where someone might by your crap.
