Given the current state of affairs, we expect that Sino-Forest will either begin trading again sometime in 2012 or be taken private. We expect the price to be in the $8+ range, with upside to $12+ depending upon the results of timber valuation reports.

Could be pre-arranged trades between hedge funds, brokers, institutional? I've seen it happen also on stocks. One in particular a couple of years ago, was followed up by a huge move the next quarter. Other times, I also don't always see a direct immediate correlation.
