If no PR by 15th, how low pps?
I am in the same boat. I think the company will be a winner.
Just 17 days til EVTB is to be "approximately" completed by.
Six months from October 15, 2011 = April 15.
Read CEO Sidney Aroesty's declaration here:
http://content.stockpr.com/tdcp/media/d2efb55d6c020d26de67d470c606d1e3.pdf
Pretty exciting, as when this date comes and goes it will speak
volumes to the underlying competency of those making such declarations as to whether or not they actually had a clear
enough understanding and perception as to make such statements
with accuracy, and broadcast them to the shareholders and public
with such specificity.
We will know this very soon.
In my opinion.
Exactly 20 DAYS until 4/15: when Sid
declared the the EVTB was to be approximately completed by.
Six months from October 15, 2011.
Read his words here:

These prices are a steal IMO.
8-K is out right now
Sids thoughts on r/s and low pps: From Nov 1 letter from CEO:
"We don't know what the price of the stock will be prior to a split and want to have the ability to get the price high enough to avoid some of these restrictions. At the current price level of $.008 the range of new pricing would be between $ .12 and $ .28, not much of a margin for price limits of $.10 for deposit."
There's that sub-penny..might load up...
True. There should be Big News IMO.
Without any news - no doubt. IMO.
Sid took 2 mo. to communicate to shareholders after being hired.....
I wonder how long the new CEO waits...
Edged to 15 on breakout board w/minimal volume and essentially no price change, and few posts...someone thinks TDCP deserves to be there right now.
I liked that too. Aquisition mentioned.
First time I remember hearing broadening
their horizons in that way.
I always thought Sid & Brian were transitional...
Maybe the new hires are the planned permenant staff for those positions.
I think the new CEO hire is historically very specialized toward
c-space, much moreso than Sid. IMO.
I think that the new hires are both planned long ago and very GOOD NEWS
that indicate the transitional phase ending with the EVTB completion has been passed. IMO
Less than 4 weeks should tell....
"Or it could mean he hasn't accomplished his goal and got canned."
Totally possible....although 3Dicon is still listed on his site under the heading "Customers and Partners".
If it were my company and I failed to produce the expected EVTB result, there is no way that I would continue to list 3Dicon as one of very few "Customers and Partners". IMO
Into 4th consecutive month w/ no PR...
I guess there is nothing to say, yet...
EVTB hires secured ? Please read....
The available Careers at AOT have changed !
Originally (~six months ago) the Careers tab on Brian Hoover's
Advanced Optical Technologies site was taking applications for the following job positions.
Systems Engineer
Sr. Optical Engineer
Optical Designer
Electronics Engineer
Mechanical Engineer
Firmware Engineer
Applications Software Engineer
Material Chemist
NOW, the only available careers are:
"Software Engineer (Algorithms)
Senior Optical Engineer
Accountant/Office Manager"
LINK:
http://www.advanced-optical.com/culture/culture.php
The desciptions of the three remaining jobs appear to me to be different decriptions than the previous ones
(as best I can remember the older Sr. Optical Engineer job description). I hope that
this translates to most or all of the EVTB hires being secured.
That would be an obvious and positive interpretation. IMO.
Just over a month to the successful prototype....
(Assuming 3Dicon makes good on CEO's letter to sharholders
published last Nov.)
Taking into consideration that we were earlier PRed
concerning preparation for commercialization efforts in China
(via Yongsen Consulting),
I really like the quote from the Wired article that says :
"Markets like China and western Europe are seeing far more enthusiasm for 3D TV than in North America"
...suggests their marketing foresight and/or competency...IMO
...because CSpace (hopefully) solves the problems of the current formats that are being marketed...
Interesting 3d article that, despite revealing how the
most currently marketed 3d TV is not taking off as some
expected, actually works totally in favor of the C-Space
take on things.

Very good point.
Check out interim CFO Chris Dunstan
at his website:
http://chrisdunstan.com/3.html
Seems like a talented person.
Under the "Current and Recent" tab:
"Serving as interim CFO 3DIcon, a public development stage
company developing true volumetric 3D display technology"
Looks Like Sid A. & Chris D. go back
together a ways:

AND Sid A.:
http://01969f2.netsolhost.com/pages/SidAroesty.html
AND Chris D.:
http://01969f2.netsolhost.com/pages/ChrisDunstan.html
They seem very competent to me.
I think it is exciting from the standpoint that the CEO described
the smaller version of the TSP to be done by six months from
~October 15. Such definitive statements by a CEO are excellent
in a neutral way regarding their soon to be known trustworthiness
and competence in giving their word in such a way.
One thing is certain: After April the 15th the world WILL KNOW how competent the CEO
is to make such statements as outlined in the letter to shareholders of Nov. 2011...
....it can go a few different ways...
Not "headed" anywhere in particular, just reporting
lines of inquiry for those interested enough in the
company to confirm information for themselves by means of
a telephone call to ARIA investor relations.
Was there ever any tea @ Red Robin?
Here's a DD puzzle for you...
ARIA’s website is gone…AND-
While looking for updates on ARIA international, the most recent articles,
such as the one below (several months old)(See link) mention the following at the end:
“Tel: (888) 802-ARIA (2742)
Email: Investor@aria-int.com”
I called this number to inquire as to when the new website would be put up
and the individual on the other end of the phone said that they were not in business anymore. ???
Call for yourself.
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/aria-international-incorporated-relocates-corporate-headquarters-to-university-of-arizona-tech-park-104340658.html
The first “licensing partner” listed by 3Dicon on their own website begins as follows:
“3DIcon has signed a definitive licensing agreement with ARIA International for its CSpace® technology in select homeland security and defense applications, specifically in: 1) container cargo and baggage scanning markets, and 2) related command-and-control applications.”
What might this mean and why, I wonder, has 3Dicon not updated its references to ARIA if,
in fact ARIA is out of business. Maybe the guy on the phone did not state things correctly ? Call for yourself….
Will they go 3 Mo. w/no real PR ?
Watch your toes: backing up the truck.
I think so....IMO.
Mr. Hoovers site NO LONGER says any of those things discussed here at IHUB the last few days. I wonder if he was asked to remove what had been written as it is pregnant with implications to some.
Why list that as one of two accomplishments
on your website where you are trying to promote your company
if, in fact you were a failure ?
To me this sounds possibly good. It seems to indicate that it was done perhaps. Check it out at Advanced Optical Technologies.
You guys are certainly right: LOOK at Hoovers home page for
AOT under Management-
"Dr. Hoover has led AOT through successful prime contracts with the US Air Force and Army. He also served as Vice President of Technology Development for Tulsa-based 3DIcon Corporation, where he oversaw the integration of technologies and resources in the development and commercialization of the CSpace® 3D display technology. "
B4 investing, name ONE place to get tea ?
Provide Address Please....Thanks.
True. Totally moronic.
Maybe next PR is facility confirmation and use in NM.
The term "Initial" Patent application may be referring
to a Provisional Patent application. If that is true I
would be disappointed. There really is no accepted terminology
referring to a standard utility patent application as an
"Initial" Patent. It does not make sense that the term is
used to indicate anything new OUTSIDE of the C-Space mechanism itself.
Corroborating the same tone in the same PR is the use of
the word "Lead" Patent, again, not normal terminology,
but clearly indicating something....
No bid, no news, no thanks.
