Behl PBR concerns and more.
I have been researching high and low trying to figure the main issue behind the PPS decline. Personally, I hate the 1 billion OS count, I even voiced my concern to Monique in a personal e-mail. In addition, the continuous HSDN selling ( I hope is over). Yes I'm down financially from a Paper loss standpoint on this investment.
A few weeks ago my DD turned up issues with our PBR. I have not posted a whole lot lately because I am a little discouraged. The bottom line is this. The current PBR turns are 180 degree and consist of a smooth outer finish. When the PBR was constructed all went well. Then as they filled the tubes and turned up the pressure (which was not much) the volume of water entering the 180 degree forced the turn right off of the tubing on certain turns. That is why we saw the water puddles on several occasions in addition to the flattened tubes. Along with the bio cam being shut down at times.
Use your own common sense here (Even if you think I'm lying) You have plastic tubes carrying massive amounts of water at a pretty sizeable force. The tubing is secured to the 180 degree turns by using large hose clamps. Both the tubing and the turns are of smooth surfaces. So when that water pushed against the edge of the turn it simply shoved it right off seperating the two. Just think of the force in your residential garden hose. Have you ever tried putting on a hose nozzle while your garden hose is turned on full pressure. It can be done but it takes serious strength. Now imagine a tube full of water probably 20 times bigger pushing against the edge of that 180 degree turn. Realize these turns have a decent square edge on them Im guessing 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch thick.
Then they had to shorten some tubes in hopes of reducing pressure that is why some older pics differ from newer pics.
Now we get a PR basically telling us that the PBR turns are going to be totally overhauled and redesigned. The fact is the current turns are not 100 % secure. I think they will need to have new turns manufactured with some type of exterior lip around the perimeter so that when they clamp the tubing on it will keep from being blown off.
That being said. If Behl needs to wait on these new turns to construct multiple acres of PBR's then we could be looking out to 3 - 4 months In My Opinion. It is a wait and see. Now what do we tell customers if we have to put off their orders even longer.
However, if we can hang tight and our customers hang tight and Goodall perfects the NEW TURNS then we still have a chance OF EXTREME SUCCESS.
This is my DD which I feel pretty strong about. It is my opinion on some the sizing and forces put on the turns. I am just trying to make my point.
Behl Gates reporting DD both good and bad
Still hoping Goodall pulls this off
We will see
I still have concerns about it. BigBake1 and Gummy are pretty good at getting answers
Good night all
GO BEHL
When I spoke to HB
I was told that CO2 emmissions must have permits as required by the state of California
I have not called Santa Ana
When Is A Permit Not Required?
There are a few things you can do that do not require a permit; examples are: painting, construction of a one-story detached accessory structure (not to exceed 120 square feet) used as tool shed or playhouse, and window awnings. Please call the permit counter at (714) 647-5800 to see if your project requires a permit.

This is just residential.....Imagine Commercial/Industrial
We got huge potential
I stand behind Behl's plans. But do not think for one moment that I am not going to try to get resolve when I see Shareholder Value jeopardized.
Here is my E-mail to Monique
I never got a response Malt. I was on this issue the second I found out. I sent this e-mail on Feb 23, 2010. I still have it saved in my archives.
Monique,
We as shareholders have discovered, unbeknownst to us that the Authorized shares have been increased from 750,000,000 to 1,000,000,000.
This does not settle well with me due to the fact that any future earnings will be spread over more shares thus deterring smart money from investing. I feel that this is a move in the wrong direction from a shareholders viewpoint. Your responsibility as an executive is to maximize shareholder wealth and I know that you have this engraved in your mind especially coming from your outstanding corporate background. Why did Dennis proceed with this action when he has told us for months that the share structure would remain as is.
I have found that this increase was submitted and ammended on February 12th 2010 in the state of Florida. Is there anything that you can provide me with that would give me some peace of mind so that I have continued faith in my investment in Behl.
I have kept my word.
I have not called Behl going on 2 1/2 weeks. I am leaving them alone to let them GET IT DONE without shareholder interruptions
I hope it pays off
I thought it was 2 bucks
Now your revising the PPS to a buck.
I am utterly shocked that we are at .006
Tubes are leaking ?
malt66 ....... you playing with me my friend. Heck I am trying to get over the permit issue. Now I got to worry about leaking PBR's. How can we grow algae if the PBR leaks.
Don't BS me please.
On a lighter note CHANGE IS A COMING !!!!!!
I hear you my friend
Seriously, doubleg have you researched our permit status ? We are in some serious stuff here and I have looked high and low and do not see Behl being registered yet for permits.
This crap is causing me to lose a little sleep here and there. I woke up the other morning thinking this whole dream could be shutdown.
You get my point. I can tell you this when I called Hunt Beach the permits were through the roof. It is insane in California to do anything that could leak into the ground or be exhausted into the air.
Thanks again.
BG
Permits are NO laughing matter
doubleg .........This scares me to death. We dont want to mess with California Laws or local codes.
You operate without proper licenses, registrations or permits and get caught then we could be royally screwed.
More importantly is the fact that once you get on the blacklist in order to be able to operate post-permit violation would require You to be scrutinized for every single thing you do going forward, much costlier and if you dont meet every single standard you will be shut down.
This is one area that worries me to death about my sizeable investment
BG
That is ONE concern I have-- Good question !!
I always poke my nose into the various cities in which Behl operates.
First, San Juan Cap then Huntington Beach where I spoke to everyone and their brother about permits etc. etc. You can go back to my prior posts when I was calling HB city government on a weekly basis researching Behl's progress.
I know our PBR here at Santa Ana will exhaust Oxygen along with CO2 because we do not have a source of CO2 such as a coal plants smoke stack. The algae WILL NOT consume all the CO2 some will escape. Therefore, Behl will have to pump vast amounts of CO2 into our PBR to grow the algae and in doing this a portion of CO2 will be exhausted into the California air along with the oxygen.
I know for a fact from researching local and state codes in California that you had better not release CO2 into the atmosphere without a PERMIT. I still cannot verify if Behl has a permit. And, God forbid we get caught without one that could lead into us getting fined / prohibited from operating anywhere in the state of California.
California has the strictest EPA standards in the entire United States. We do not want to test these regulations because we would be shutdown in the blink of an eye.
BigBake1, Gummy do you guys know if we have permits yet ?
BG ---- Hoping for a miracle
You are correct
I am in Behl as well. We got a tough road ahead of us
Why did OOIL pay $ 80,000.00
BlueWave was also previously compensated a total of eighty thousand dollars directly from OOIL
and again:
BeaconEquity.com is a Website wholly-owned by BlueWave Advisors, LLC, which has been compensated nine hundred and nine thousand ninety one restricted rule 144 shares for advertising
990,091 X .24 (est PPS) = $ 234,621.84 what's up with that.
If these break throughs are so promising then why does OOIL have to keep paying everyone to promote this stock ?
Anglo American, one of the world’s largest mining companies, is a cornerstone investor in MBD Energy.
What about this statement ? How much does Anglo have invested in MBD ?
A cornerstones worth ? Explain that. What the hell is a cornerstones worth of investment. Nice try.
From the 10q
Our financial statements as of March 31, 2010 have been prepared under the assumption that we will continue as a going concern
I want cash flow not cash burn:
Net cash used in operating activities was $(592,972)
Still too risky. I see PPS falling to sub teen levels in my opinion
Behl will be Golden when the PBR's are producing
Omega 3's
Global Omega 3 market is approaching 10 billion
WOW - Alot to digest - Buyout Territory ?
Just got to read over a few posts from the past 48 hours. Volatile just like the World Markets.
My conclusion is at this PPS Behl would be a very attractive acquisition right now. Sapphire gets 100,000,000.00 and Behl's market cap is sitting at $ 7,100,000.00. AlgaeVentureSystems receive 6 million.
Sapphire 1 hundred million
Behl 7 million
AVS 6 million
You cannot argue the facts of the talent on Behl's payroll. I would almost guarantee that some Bio-Play companies are eyeing this valuation and contemplating purchasing Behl.
This is just about the time when an Emerging Industry starts to consolidate. Companies look to build a portfolio of talent to emerge as the leader and when companies like Behl with proven talent ie.. Goodall, Sanchez, Maddox, Gass, Barry become this cheap then you better keep your eye open.
Their combined talent is worth 7 million alone to compliment any Bio start up.
BG opinion
Gummy u crazy man
Good work.....But also that was nice of you to feed that crow some corn
Yep...There it is Silver
Hind sight is 20 / 20. I have NO doubt looking back now that RT had NO intention of building this company. He short cut the website, the financials. Kept promising things even as the ship was sinking.
BigBake1 was dead on all along. I definately learned the hard way on this one. It's one thing when you invest in a company and you see the executives working hard to bring value to your investment.
It's another thing to purposely mislead investors in order to make a quick buck for yourself. Shareholders were never considered. I got one thing to say
"What good is it for man to profit the world yet lose his soul"
I sure hope after 2/3rds of my life are gone that I don't resort to snaking other people's hard earned money.
Thanks again I - Hubber friends. I dont know what I will do with the shares I currently hold
BG
Im complaining -- Bob Thompson what a stand up guy
What a great way to make a living Bob ! I am sure your mom would be proud of you.
Juice up a company like ENTK tell all the shareholders how great the business is evolving and contracts and acquisitions in hand.
Do video shoots at Extreme Bio. Appear on Emerging Green from time to time. Hang in there shareholders we are on the brink of explosiveness.
Poof ! Up in smoke shareholder value wiped out !
Ok Board here is the New ENTK
I believe Robert Thompson of Entk crossed paths with Frank Mir (Ultimate Fighting Champ) Entk sponsored one of Frank's fights.
Frank Mir has a miracle type story. Bad motorcycle accident and came back to become a success. In the meantime, Frank goes beyond fighting industry to look for other sources of income. He is into health drinks and clothing. Frank Mir and Robert Thompson strike up a deal and Frank buys out Entk executives. Frank is taking his clothing line public -- Suffer Apparel
Frank Mir has a clothing line in Nevada:Affiliation:
UFC Fighter - Suffer Apparel

confirm this under his picture on FaceBook
Also on the last press release located Yahoo Finance when you call the Investor Relations Number

get me a 12 pk of brown algae root beer
while your there. Have Fish pick up the tab.
Ok I have plenty of shares.
Can someone tell me who Frank Mir is and what is his relation to ENTK.
Do we have a chance of gaining value ?
Sounds good friend
I promise I wont call for at least 30 days maybe longer if someone else here provides good DD
Supposedly they get 300 e-mails a week
and another 3 dozen phone calls from shareholders alone. I just thought we as a group try to significantly reduce the e-mail call volume.
Board -- Do you all think we should
Do the best we can to quit calling the execs for the next 30 days.
What if we all agreed to stop all calls and e-mails for 30 days.
Just an idea. Perhaps they can move mountains w/o distractions
I still have questions but I can wait 30 days
I wonder if BP might consider algae fuel ?
Behl buyout worth .18 - .27 cents per share
You know what I like about Dr. Goodall. The fact that he can market all the assets, patents, processes and the human factor that Behl holds.
If I were BIG OIL and needed a long-term plan to diversify into other means of fuel I would have my eye on every start up algae company in the market.
Behl and Origin Oil are 2 that would be very attractive right now in my opinion.
1,000,000,000 @ .18 to .27 is a drop in the bucket right now for BIG OIL and I feel is an appropriate market value for the technology, talent and upcoming contracts. If I were on a Board of Directors of BIG OIL I would have my eye on this upcoming industry looking to acquire a start-up with ground breaking potential.
If someone walks in the Santa Ana headquarters and makes a sweet deal who knows what the outcome may be.
BG ----- Thinking like Bill Gates
I know this is one RISKY adventure we are on
But Goodall just delivered one heck of an "In Touch Tuesday"
I hope to God we do not run out of cashflow getting this ship going. The thing I dont understand is how are we paying for all the employees. Dennis told me he nor the company was selling stock. I saw where friends and family put up $ 765,000.00 . This & the LARGE Outanding Share count are what really scare me a little.
However, I felt that this was a Grand Slam statement by Goodall:
would say rest assured that we are a leader, we will be (I think) the first company to commercialize algae production in this new wave of photosynthetic algae technology (there are a handful of companies who have been in production for certain specialty markets going back a decade or more – but none of the new wave companies will beat us into the marketplace and for many commercialization is years away)
Then this:Being a first mover brings big rewards
Exactly jufel Where do we go now
I feel exactly like you do.
How are we ,shareholders, win here if at all? ..... We shall see soon maybe in less than a month.
One thing I did notice in this PR is the lack of enthusiasm, They havent talked of Benefits for existing shareholders!!!
So another question that inmediatly araises is:
Are we being Reverse Merged?
Looking back....The shareholders do not seem to have been considered.
BG
Highway robbery in my opinion
Orchestrated fraud. I wonder if any of the processes that got to this point were illegal ?
I will give BigBake1 credit. He was very forthcoming in the practices of Robert Thompson.
Anyone know where to begin to initiate an investigation on the legality of what has transpired with ENTK. I question the transparency of what took place and the fiduciary reporting to the shareholders.
This could just be a life lesson that I am learning here but what just took place over the past 4 months looks like orchestrated FRAUD.
BG IMHO
Another PR coming possibly ???????
Dr. Goodall will be sharing a detailed report on the presentation, and related topics with our shareholders in the next few days.
Did you guys remember this small portion of the last PR?
BioCentric Energy was honored (together with two other algae companies) with an "Algaepreneur" award in recognition of the company's pioneering contributions in the commercialization of the emerging algae business. Dr. Goodall will be sharing a detailed report on the presentation, and related topics with our shareholders in the next few days.
Gofer-- Are u setting a deadline
as to when you will submit questions? Or are you still debating whether to submit them at all.
I will e-mail a few. I want a day or two to think of the few I find most important to me personally
Thanks, BG
Let's propose paid wages LOL
As much time as I have spent on research over the past year. It would be nice to get paid.
Gator do you still have millions of shares ?
I second that Big !!
1.) My first question would be about O/S count
2.) What are the costs (ball park figure) to get to OTCBB
and best case scenario ---- How long to get there ?
I have never been paid jbsliverer
Friday Night Shareholder conference call
Gofer....One thing that I would prefer would be a shareholder conference call and soon. I can't think of a more exciting time than coming home after a hard week of work to jump on a conference call and talk with Dennis, Brian, Possibly Monique and all you I-Hubbers on a Friday evening.
A 7 pm eastern standard time Conference call would put that at 4 pm California time. Everyone could come home on a Friday ease back grab something to eat and drink and jump on a conference call to talk about this fine investment
Then after the call is over all of us I-Hubbers have all night Friday and the rest of the weekend to continue to digest the information via I-hub.
I must be getting old. I usually come home on Friday and relax with the wife and kids, those days of late night running around are over.
