I feel exactly like you do.

How are we ,shareholders, win here if at all? ..... We shall see soon maybe in less than a month.

One thing I did notice in this PR is the lack of enthusiasm, They havent talked of Benefits for existing shareholders!!!

So another question that inmediatly araises is:
Are we being Reverse Merged?

Looking back....The shareholders do not seem to have been considered.
