Fred doesn't do that cali.. He's legit. Why would one work so hard to eliminate company debt and build profit making infrastructure, just to nock it all down with a christmas bonus? When that 'bonus' could be invested in the company to make more money, so that when the board does decide on bonuses, we'll have a legitimate reward to give him. I would be willing to bet both your arms and legs that Fred doesn't take a bonus.
wow!! I cant you believe you sold at 006 for a loss.... dustin, with this stock, you've gotta hold it for a little longer. You should never have to sell at a loss here. We're moving up in the world, why don't you get on board and join us. The machine is being oiled and primed as we speak. I can't wait to see what Fred has in store for Jan/Feb
Gaben7
There's not a person on here that can give you a legitimate answer to that question and really have too much of a leg to stand on. It's possible. He did play a significant role in designing the plans for what could possibly be one of the most impressive penny stock fruitions since Nesle, and that seems like it would be a tough thing to walk away from. He's a sharp guy, I'm sure he's at least still pulling strings and pushing for forward Amelot momentum. That's probably the best answer you'll find on here.
JMO
: ) Way to go AMHD!!!!! Hell of a job!!! Fred, you're my hero, merry christmas. Keep up the good work!!
I don't know Eric, I agree with you in a sense, that I make more money on this stock if I can sell more people on buying it.. But investing is a personal thing man, you're the one writing the check, and they way you came of, sounded sort of demanding. Ask questions all you want, but demanding an answer hasn't worked for any of these fellas.. They've been demanding answers for awhile. ; )
Here's the breakdown, over the past few years there's been a lot of money made and lost on this stock, we had a CEO (Aziz) who was a real sharp guy, and has some great business connections and ideas that could really make this thing take off, but wasn't really the guy we needed in order to get the job done. He laid out a pretty cool foundation though. Fred has been associated with Amelot for a long time and seems to be the kind of change we needed to get this thing moving again. He's investing like crazy, buying up shares in the open market, eliminating past debt, reworking things to be more efficient, allocating money more appropriately and it sounds like he's working on some cool deals that really make this thing fly. I personally like the guy, and if you're interesting in buying, this is a good time and a good company to do it with. I'm gonna hang on to my shares, I mean, I'll sell and buy occasionally, but I'm in it for the long haul. It's a fun company to watch. As you can see, the board can get a little wild, but it's fun. A lot of these people have been with Amelot for awhile, and some of them have missed out on good selling opps, and might be a little bitter.. Others just make unsubstantiated claims because they're pissed or like to get a rise out of people.. You'll figure it out. The truth of the matter is, everyone would like to see it do well, and we've finally gotten onto a track where things are starting to pan out.. Fred is pretty clever at the helm, and I trust him with my money. I think we're getting close Eric. Good Luck whatever you decide to do.

Myth: Biodiesel does not have sufficient shelf life.
Fact: Most fuel today is used up long before six months, and many petroleum
companies do not recommend storing petroleum diesel for more than six months. The
current industry recommendation is that biodiesel be used within six months, or
reanalyzed after six months to ensure the fuel meets ASTM specifications (D-6751). A
longer shelf life is possible depending on the fuel composition and the use of storage-
enhancing additives.
I'm not rochet sientist but from Dec 16 2009 - Early January 2010 seems a hair under 6 months.
Myth: Engine warranty coverage would be at risk.
Fact: The use of biodiesel in existing diesel engines does not void parts and materials
workmanship warranties of any major US engine manufacturer.
This one doesn't seem to hold much water either..
What other rumors would you like to spread Big Bird?
waka waka waka
Didn't sound like he was buying it to store it Earny boy/girl. I read... 'building a reserve of product ready for market.... early January 2010... ' That doesn't sound like a long time to store something.. Will biodiesel go bad in 20 days? You may now attempt to make another ridiculous point by making me aware of the part where 'storage tanks' are mentioned... I would say to that.. 'Pumps' are also mentioned.. To me that indicates we will not be holding onto the product for long.. We will be 'pumping' it out.
We are working on building a reserve of product ready for market in preparation of an aggressive sales campaign beginning early January 2010. We want to ensure that our supply will meet the demand. We have also ordered additional storage tanks, pumps, and other equipment to handle the expected increase.
Double Down Sesame Street, now is your chance. : )

Yeah, I hear ya Tex.
Someone who's not making very much money.
I'm stickin to my gut, I think we'll pull out of this flat spot before too long. I mean, think back a few years ago when we were in a similar situation, around the oil rig days... People made a lot of money off of AMHD. I wouldn't write her off quite yet, this one might surprise us all.
Well you guys have a great day, I'm gonna step outside and see what 7 degrees feels like on a Thursday.
cheers
I'm gonna give this a 7/10 on the funny scale.. It made me laugh a little, but I've heard better. Keep up the good work. And a safe and fun filled weekend to everyone.
Cheers
I don't think we're going sub.
jmo
You don't know what I mean by drunk dial? You gotta get out more, man.. : ) I agree, I'd like to see some information regarding the allocation of investment dollars.
why would AMHD approach you for anything? If you're interested in knowing what's going on with the company, it's my impression that the best way to handle that, would be contact the company. It's a new thing, you may not have heard of it. Or you could always stick with your current strategy of mud slinging, maybe Aziz will drunk dial you one of these nights and pour his heart out to you.
JMO
I don't have the personal message thing set up on here, I can receive them of course, but I'm limited as to what I can send.
West Texas, tens of millions of dollars is probably a little off.. by like, tens of millions of dollars. Don't you think if the company had tens of millions of dollars laying around, they probably would have chose someone other than Todd to build their machine?
jmo
investing is not a guarantee man, you're gonna lose from time to time.. and you're not doing anything now but hammer the last few nails into your coffin. You're interpretation of the press release, however entertaining was a little far fetched.. It didn't say the company could not pay it's board members, it just said it wasnt.. And honestly, why would Amelot pay if they didn't have to, it's a way for us to save money and allocate funds more appropriately. Maybe the board members see it as an investment, maybe they see or know something you missed, which wouldn't come as a shock to anyone.. you wanted news, you got news, you wanted communication between company and shareholders, you got that, and now you're mad the company isn't throwing more money away on arbitrary things?
jmo
Have you even attempted to communicate with Fred? Have you tried leaving your name and number and an easy way you can be reached.. Have you identified your questions and yourself to him? Or now, that you've made such an ass of yourself, are you to embarrassed to make your existence known? If you want to make claims about the company, don't you think you should speak with the people running it first..
jmo
just because you're not being briefed doesn't mean that major shareholders aren't being briefed.
jmo
that sounds very noble and all.. but as convincing as your theory is, you haven't been able to prove anything.. if that were the case, this company would have been shut down a while ago by the boys in blue. So at this point, there's a possibility that you are wrong and thus lessening the chances for AMHD success and the success of it's shareholders. Like me. So until the SEC storms in and shuts it down, it would be nice if you gave it a chance. Ps.. it's snowing where I'm at.. Do yourself a favor and enjoy something for once, being obtuse isn't all it's cracked up to be. Take a break, you're getting on my nerves. ; )
Go AMHD
good point..
you're right, there's a good reason for a lot of people to feel put out if they wanted to.. But non stop griping and complaining isn't gonna change anything, and to be honest, you're the one who breeds the majority of that.. You've made you're point abundantly clear.. And so have a few others, so... let's relax a bit..
yeah, no kidding.
ya no kidding
hahahaha at least we have an entertaining board.
Well, if that were the case, you'd definitely be right. Hypothetically speaking, if that were to be the case, there's a lot more ways to make money than producing it yourself. All we need is the contract, then partner up with someone who could produce it, but have a couple contingencies tied to it.. The use of their facilities, what percentage they'll be getting.. I don't know, stuff like that.. I would feel a little worried if we had a ceo in the drivers seat who wasn't innovative enough to capitalize on opportunities in peculiar yet efficient ways. I think if there's a chance that we can benefit from the barbados agenda, Fred will make it happen. Then again, I'm just as blind as you guys.
jmo
I'm with scalig on this one, that would real nice, and it seems like the right thing to do.. Go get em fellas!!
This might be the first honest, genuine statement I've seen on this board from you. And it basically echos the thoughts of the majority, which is.. You (We) have no idea.
This Barbados thing however, has the potential to be Huge for this company. I guarantee, if there's a chance Amelot can play a role in facilitating the Barbados government with it's need for more efficient fuels, Fred will be all over it.
Keepin em' crossed for a PR.
Go AMHD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
jmo
Oh man, you guys aren't gonna believe the sweet game I just came up with.. How about you all draw straws.. and the one who draws the shortest straw has to buy all the 3's!! Since I came up with the game, it would be a conflict of interest for me to participate, however, I'll be the referee, which is much more stressful than drawing a silly old straw to determine who will take out a measly sub penny bracket.. : )
Best of luck,
GJ
hahaha, no I'm not movin on.. I was just saying goodbye to you.
prime time
it appears that someone has hacked into WT's login and changed things around. I personally spoke with Fred not Long ago and I can assure you all there are some exciting things hanging in the balance. He wouldn't tell me much, but sounded excited. To be honest, I have no idea what's coming, but I wouldn't let whatever is going on with this whole moderator bit scare you too much. My guess, is that someone somewhere knows what's going on, and is trying to mess with the stock in order to lower the price and take advantage of a potential run. As I said earlier, I don't know anything about what may or may not be on it's way as far as the company is concerned. I make a habit of not asking those types of questions, primarily for legal reasons. But in the brief conversation we had, I gathered that he was happy with the way things are progressing. And as far as shares go, WT isn't the only one sittin on a basket of eggs.
Excellent point! I too tried to make the same point not long ago, but wound up in the dog house, as may have used a slightly more abrasive format.
Well said though, all of it.
I agree, 4's soon.
jmo
I hate to even bring this point up, but 10,000 shares times the current share price is not .03.
Maybe Amelot isn't your biggest problem.
jmo
I hear ya
I don't know if you read my last post or not, but I haven't lost money with Amelot. I've only made money. If you've been around as long as you say you have, you would know that Amelot has done much for shareholders, if you weren't smart enough to capitalize on the opporunities that came your way, I could see how you may have become bitter. Here is a saying that might come in handy some day, 'pigs get fat, and hogs get slaughtered' It sounds to me like you may have been part of the latter.
Best of luck in the future.
As far as Fred doing anything positive for the company, you probably know about as much as I do. My guess is that you've read the PR's and are aware of the team he is putting together. Would you want him to post a press release every time he goes to the bathroom or what? Waste a bunch of company money on useless press releases just to satisfy the bashers on the board? I personally am glad he isn't doing that. In a essence, that's one thing he's done for the company, he isn't wasting money on senseless things. What has he done to harm the company? If the share price jumped to .1 overnight, I would be nervous. We're moving along just fine, and in time, the price will grow, and so will the weight of our pockets. Be patient grasshopper, and focus on what you can do to help.
JMO
Anyone who would act as a puppet for anyone would be a little questionable to me, however that's not the case here. Don't be so naive.
That's what I'm talkin about Tex!!
