Do any of you remember when Meggitt bought out FATS for 1.25 a share? I think they were trading in the .70 range but they were saddled with debt (80 million or more). Seemed like a pretty good deal for their shareholders at the time. I'm thinking we have a lot more going for us now than they had then.
That also works.
I like the way you think Felix.
VirTra home page has reverted to it's September 2014 view. More changes must be in store.
Virtra posted a couple new job openings a few days ago. Things appear to be ramping up quite nicely.
331 posts in exactly one month and on the 331st post you finally want to become part of the solution. By the way I've been invested here for the past 15 months and this is my 1st post to this board. Now that you (and others) have pretty much beaten this horse close to death I hope the attempts at resuscitation are genuine. I hope some day you can come clean as to your true motives here. Until then lets bring this baby back to life.
Say what you want about Miller.....whether they deserve credit or not, VirTra is nicely positioned to benefit from some promotion at this point and I like this move. Could they have gotten here without Miller? Possibly

Gotta love the Onion.
should I continue? Bottom of page 3 after you click on the pdf minutes for 9-8-14

Now check out page 44 of this document. Sharing the stage with TI training and MILO.

here's another one I'm assuming is VirTra, based on the price. See # 38

This must be one of the August sales. See resolution #23

last time we got to these levels, and above, a reverse split of 100 to 1 was proposed and the bottom fell out. I'm counting on "lessons learned" and holding for higher ground. We now have the ammo to support the move.
Interesting use of VirTra technology.

I followed Wowza on the FLPC board as it ran from .004 to .08 last fall. It was a lot of fun while it lasted. When that run stopped Wowza et. al. disappeared. He, personally doesn't say too much, but his followers hype like hell. I haven't looked at his site lately but I think he's from Asia.
Looks like a mistake to me as well, but we used to work with TI training and their info. seemed fairly specific.
Is VirTra still working with Ti Training? Check out this link. Scroll down to page 5, item #9. They modified the proposal from 2 simulators to the purchase 1 VirTra 300. Later on in the paragraph they state that the simulator from Ti training is the best choice.

Didn't see those. Only checked the Fedbizops page, posted and returned to work. Nice finds.

Hopefully a 1 for 10 reverse split is all it takes. The way the market operates I have a feeling we're going to be asked for more than that. Almost put in a sell order this morning for some of my shares. Guess I'm willing to watch this all play out. Hopefully I live long enough to see it come to fruition.
I have to agree with roscoe2 as well. Looks like the company is building nicely. Wish there was more excitement along the way, but I appreciate this not becoming a pump and dump. At earnings for the year at about .01 per share and with a pe ratio of 10 we should be sitting at a market cap of about $15,000,000.00 or about double where we're at now. I'm guessing a fair price would be about .09 per share. Any thoughts?
Personally, I understand the frustration but I don't understand the apathy. I'm invested in some active companies which communicate well, but have 3 times the shares Virtra has and little to no revenue. We just had 5 million in orders posted for the 2nd quarter and third quarter financials due any day(minute)now. Strange time to be giving up, with record revenue and profit on the horizon. I love the idea of get rich quick but get rich slow is what produces value and wealth. If you want excitement check out FLPC. I'm not giving up on Virtra by a long shot.
Looks like Holder was speaking at the same conference VirTra is exhibiting at. Too bad he didn't address any funds or support to help the local police accomplish this training.
Sprint has 3.1 billion Shares and OCTX 26 million.
Another possible sale. Check out pages 5 - 12

Gander has begun to open "Gun World" Supercenters lately. Probably in response to the heavily increased gun purchases we're seeing nationwide. Seems like an Academy would fit in nicely with these. Once everyone's armed hopefully increased training and recreational shooting will follow. Only time will tell.
Here's another reference to VIRTRA. About 3 paragraphs in.

This article just came out today. I know we used to have agreements with Ti training. Not so sure we do any more. Looks like our patent is being tested.
Another recent innovation is Ti Training’s Stress Vest. “It can give them a pulse like a phone vibration or can go up to a small shock. We think that's a big jump forward in improving our training,” says Filburn. “The instructor is able to activate the vest if deemed needed.”

good point.
Nice find Thanks. So what ever happened to the relationship with dsci?
wasn't Virtra a small business set aside or a sub for a larger company on STOC II?
Thanks for the info. Peo-stri is an interesting idea. With that in hand I'd like to know how they went bankrupt. 3.7 million would be a boon to Virtra. I'm guessing they were betting on bigger fish.
chapter 7 or 11?
Might be L3 but I think there was reference to cubic in a quarterly or yearly report(not in a pr).
