As we have stated before...they are not matching trades exactly. I have had several buy orders that have been partial fills and for lower prices than I put my order in for. We have several people trying to buy more at several levels since people are posting that they want to sell...you can see how many actually are getting filled.

Interesting....so, the SEC has finished their investigation and told only you its findings. I'm glad that is straightened out.

You have to guess based on the orders already placed....that is how the grey sheets works.

Admin/Mod posted here a while ago that the website calls out certain posters by name and is a TOS violation and said references to it would be deleted.

Symbol hasn't changed...still SAEI. There will be no bid, ask or L2 on the grey sheets.

They told us the same thing with EIGH...they only know what their system is telling them and it hasn't been updated yet.

There does not have to be a match of exact size and price. E*GH is trading on the greys and many people (including myself) have gotten partial fills and for a different price than we entered. However, trading is very sporadic and you never know what will be filled.

So it's so complicated that the SEC can't rule on it yet, but a handful of people unfamiliar with the situation who roam public message boards can? Maybe this isn't as cut and dry as some would like to believe

The investigation will probably not be over by the time trading resumes. They can only suspend a stock for 10 trading days. However, it is possible for them to issue an extension in extreme circumstances.
